Now I need to take to court as we are 7 months later, customer service (Andrew) refuses to return calls and Chris Cook states we need to pay for the windows and install. Completely unacceptable. If you give them your money, don't expect service if something isn't right or they make a mistake.

I advised the person I spoke with that we wouldn't be available during the week and wouldn't be available for the next few weekends. I finally received a call from Ryan attempting to schedule "during the week and for the next few weekends". As we were busy for those few weeks, I emailed him, yet again, two weeks ago. I wasn't surprised that I received no response. I truly thought the showroom had everything I needed for my kitchen. It's just upsetting that your designer is less than responsible, attentive, and trustworthy.
