We've dined at Nobu Palo Alto before, but this was our first time actually staying at a Nobu hotel--and wow, this experience was absolutely next level. We chose Nobu Hotel Los Cabos to celebrate our anniversary and our first international trip since having our now 9-month-old daughter, and we couldn't have picked a better place. The resort itself is stunning--intimate, serene, and beautifully designed. I joked with my wife that it somehow felt more Japan than Japan itself (and yes, we've both actually been to Japan). That minimalist luxury and calm energy is felt everywhere on the property. We stayed in a swim-up pool room, and it was hands-down one of the best room experiences we've ever had. Being able to walk straight into the pool with our daughter was magical--she absolutely loved splashing around. Nearly everywhere you turn, there are gorgeous ocean views, which adds to the sense of peace and escape. As foodies, we were thrilled to find that every single restaurant on the property was a banger. Truly--no misses. The food was consistently excellent, and the same goes for the cocktails and drinks, which were thoughtfully crafted and delicious. We also dined at their signature Nobu restaurant, but that deserves its own separate review (sneak preview: incredible food with sunset ocean views). Service here is top-notch across the board--warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Special shoutout to Cesar, who made sure our pickup, checkout, and transition to the Hard Rock Hotel later in our trip went flawlessly. He even arranged our airport transportation--everything was seamless and stress-free. We also treated ourselves to massages at the Nobu Spa, which were absolutely on point. I didn't realize how many knots I had from carrying our daughter everywhere, but that massage worked miracles. One thing I really appreciated is how the resort intentionally staggers guests across rooms, making it feel like you have the place almost entirely to yourself. For a new family like ours, that intimacy made the experience even more special. We absolutely loved our stay and will 100% be coming back. Nobu Hotel Los Cabos exceeded expectations in every way.

This place is a utopia during the slower seasons. We came during the beginning of August and it felt like everyday was crafted for us. The minimal amount of guests there made it feel inclusive but also exclusive. We were provided a personal concierge, but they had the incorrect telephone number, so we didn't receive anything until mid-trip when they contacted the room. We stayed here for 5 days and originally started in a king piscina privada which was very gorgeous and the private pool was a great addition to the room for morning yoga and late laps. Unfortunately during my stay, cleaning had missed a few shards of broken glass from the guests prior, and I sliced open a toe. Medical came and they were quick and attentive to clean it, as well as schedule a deep clean for the room the very next afternoon while we were at the spa. Sadly after the spa visit we came back and where the room was reset, there were still puddles of blood on the patio, so I didn't feel as though it was cleaned outside at all. Expressing this concern the manager Daniela offered an upgrade to the Junior Suite to ensure safety and that the prior room would be thoroughly inspected. Ambiance/Aesthetic: 11/10 Nobu Cabo San Lucas is one of one the prettiest aesthetics I've ever seen. Very Japanese minimalistic but also very upscale and neutral tones. Ambiance is upscale with everyone to themselves and there to enjoy their time, overall very quiet and peaceful. Service: is either 100/10 or a 6/10 no in-between: Majority of the staff is super attentive and kind going way above, and beyond greeting you at every point of contact and walking you to anything you're looking for. However the 6/10 came in as there were a pockets of miscommunication and a handful of rushing to other reservations. Daniela was a 100/10 Spa: 9.5/10 - services were amazing and they recommended to not use the hydrotherapy services after the facial so they allowed us to come back the next day. Pools: 9.5/10 - the pools were perfect temperature and there are multiple, and one with a swim up bar. There's an adult only pool closer towards the beach that does require reservations, which can be set with your personal concierge. Ardea Steakhouse: 9/10 - Everything we ordered was delicious, but there were quite a few rambunctious kids that night so the ambiance was a bit different. We had 11 courses so I'll highlight the notable below Braised short rib: 9.5/10 - really the star of the restaurant presentation was amazing, and very robust with flavor. Beef carpaccio: 9/10 - great starter, the fried cheeseballs are delicious. Baked oysters: 9/10- perfectly cooked and not overly brined Cro-muffin: 9/10 - amuse-bouche was so flakey, savory, and delicious

The trip me and my boyfriend took for Valentine's Day was amazing! Obviously this is an expensive hotel (which some of the reviews highlight as a downside but is this not obvious?) but I think it was well worth the splurge and the person who paid for the entire thing agrees. Special thanks to our hosts Salvador and Ted who helped organized all rides to and from airport, rides to and from town, and other activities like ATV. They were extremely helpful! And our favorite pool staff Alejandro, who was so sweet and made our trip truly unforgettable. The food is incredible with one miss. The one restaurant we didn't care for was Ardea, the food felt heavy and the flavor was lacking. As for the rest, 10/10. Even the pool side food/ bar was a 10. Fresh healthy food that always tasted amazing. Not to mention all restaurant staff were incredible. The pool was perfect: beautiful, fun, and unforgettable. The staff would greet me, help me move and set up all my belongings and my umbrella and bring fresh ice water and bucket too. They were always attentive and sweet even learning my name after one day . I won't forget any of the pool staff, they really made this hotel feel very homey. The views and architecture are to die for. Everywhere looks like it came right out of a magazine and is extremely clean and always well cared for. The ocean and pool views were bright and inspiring, clashing with the modern architecture and flourishing botany. Lastly the spa experience was incredible, but don't make our mistake and come late! The massage was heavenly, and they took great care of us. The steam room , sauna , and pools were all so relaxing clean and beautiful. Overall this trip was straight out of my dreams and I'd come back in a heart beat, if my boyfriend ever decides to make that move again. But he's already expressed he will!

I love Nobu and this particular location is so remote they have a hotel and a Hard Rock on the same property. It is a solid 40 minute Uber ride from Pedregal so be prepared for an adventure driving through the streets of Cabo. It's less than 8 miles but the roads are pretty rough. If you're staying here, it's a beautiful restaurant so you don't have to worry about anything. It was dark so I couldn't enjoy the ocean view. The hostess seemed sweet and sat us outside. The food is always delicious and my 2 favorite dishes, gluten free Nobu style salmon sashimi and spicy tuna off the crispy rice were perfect. The service was sorely lacking and our waiter couldn't wait to clock out. None of the employees had the cheerful Nobu attitude and that was disappointing. They were just doing their job and still expected a big tip. I probably wouldn't come back unless I stayed at The Nobu Hotel or the Hard Rock which is also on this gorgeous area.

It was Nobu. The meal was spectacular as was the service. The thing that excited about this location was that they offered pashminas to wrap in while sitting outside. Now that was real nice.

The bottom line is that this place is way overpriced. There was a leaking faucet and broken TP holder in our room. Service was not attentive. At the pool, many staff members who were servers were just standing around and after no one came to ask if we wanted anything (which we did), I asked one if I could get a menu, and was told to wait for the waiter assigned to my region of the pool. I proceeded to wait another 10 min, and still no one came, but there were 3 servers a mere 20 feet from me. When I asked if I could just get a menu while I waited for whoever was assigned to my area, I was again told to wait. I waited another 10 min, and since I had a 2 year old who was very hungry, I went to the bar to go and get a menu for myself and ordered the food there. I got a mini pizza and poke bowl, and when the outrageous $70 check came with an automatic added gratuity, which was so frustrating because I would not have given any gratuity for the junky service. It looks esthetically nice and it is very quiet. No activities, so although it says family-friendly, it really isn't. I would not go back

Update (August 2025): After my original review, I reached out directly to Nobu Hotels corporate with full details of my stay, including photo evidence of the stained sheets and a clear timeline of events. Unfortunately, corporate reviewed my case and informed me they would not offer any compensation beyond the room upgrade I received at the time even though that upgrade came only after I spent over six hours waiting for a clean room following the incident. They mentioned they would "check with their insurer," but ultimately told me there was nothing more they could do. I had hoped a brand like Nobu, known for its high standards and guest care, would take more ownership of such a serious lapse in cleanliness and service. Sadly, this was not the case. The lack of accountability from both the property and corporate confirms that my experience was not just an isolated mishap but a failure in how guest concerns are handled at the highest level.

The resort itself is a beautiful and well-maintained property. The staff was great for the most part, but the food was lacking quality. Our pre-arrival concierge was great, but the second we checked out and made comments about our concerns with our stay and our billing, well crickets to date. I had high expectations for my recent stay at Nobu Hotel, but unfortunately, the experience did not align with the price point. The property itself is attractive, but overall I found the stay to be overpriced for the quality delivered. The dining experience was underwhelming. Given Nobu's reputation, I anticipated exceptional food, but what was served did not meet the standard one would expect at this level of hospitality. We have dined at several American Nobu locations and felt this location left us feeling flat. The quality and quantity were both lacking. Additionally, the atmosphere during our visit was not conducive to the kind of relaxing, upscale environment I was hoping for. A large private event was taking place, and the noise, crowd behavior, and energy of the gathering carried heavily into the shared spaces of the hotel, especially the pools. The environment was very loud, with unsupervised children and families creating a disruptive experience. Instead of the calm, refined setting I had expected, the noise level made it difficult to relax and enjoy the amenities. While I appreciate that events bring life to a property, in this case, it significantly detracted from my overall experience as a paying guest. Unless stronger management of shared spaces is implemented, it will be difficult to justify returning. I would encourage the hotel to consider how to balance private events with the expectations of other guests, particularly when the cost of the stay sets a very high bar. Also, we experienced ongoing confusion with billing. Each day, multiple charges, billings, and holdbacks were posted to my account, making it very unclear what my actual final bill would be. While I understand that hotels may place temporary holds, the frequency and lack of transparency created unnecessary frustration and made it difficult to track expenses. For guests, it's important to have a clear, consolidated view of charges to avoid misunderstandings and we are still unclear as to charges, versus holdback and our final billing amount.

"This property is a true gem , beautifully designed with a thoughtful layout that's easy to move around . It offers a refreshing escape from the traditional, with clean lines, stunning views, and a modern Japanese take

Absolutely adored the hotel, but I would stay away from the food and personally I did not enjoy the Nobu lobby. The good: Service: Stellar - immediately upon stepping on their hotel grounds, you are greeted by their friendly staff and welcomed with a wet towel to wipe off any sweat & offered a very delicious and refreshing matcha lemonade to quench your thirst - My concierge at NOBU assisted with coordinating getting us to and from restaurants, events, and even drove us in a golf cart upon request. Stephano always tried to do whatever he could to assist and I never heard "no" throughout our week long stay. We got his direct number to text him no matter if it was after dinner or during the day, and we never had to wait more than 20mins for a reply back to the text. The grounds: Beautiful and zen - concept is minimalist Japanese/Scandinavian style - one con if waking a lot is a problem (but is a pro if you want peace & quiet) is that everything is so far from each other. Be prepared to walk a lot to get to the Nobu restaurant and/or their newly opened Muna restaurant and/or the spa. - unfortunately the Lobby has no air conditioning and being open air concept, we were sweltering from the hot summer humidity The bad: All of their food is overpriced and under delivered - it is just not up to par if you are a true foodie and having no air conditioning in any restaurant just made the experience (& smells) worse. It's very telling when it's not the food's aroma hitting my nose but rather the staff's BO (not their fault, I really don't think it is fair to make them to work in such horrendous heat with no A/C all day long). If you go to the restaurants, your safest bet actually not the cooked food but rather the sushi. Just don't make our mistake of ordering cooked seafood- the $90 lobster we ordered was frozen and lacking in taste. The total experience: A really great getaway from the hustle and bustle. Let me tell you, it was a great experience. It is pricey and not an all inclusive, but you get what you pay for in terms of accommodations, the spa, & service. The next time I come back, I'll reserve my stomach real estate for some actually delectable food somewhere else. I gotta say I am absolutely impressed with their service, they are the definition of what it means to provide excellent service and how to make customers feel valued and catered to.
Stayed here for 8 days and 7 nights and loved it. The hotel is brand new and still has lots of minor fixes but overall it was beautiful. It has a very nice contemporary organic zen design to it. We stayed in the building 3 which is the tallest and had an amazing view of the property and it came with a sunset view as well. All rooms are huge with comfy beds and plush towels & you even get a Nespresso. You can request for memory foam pillows if you don't like the soft down pillows that they provide. The resort has 3 restaurants, Nobu (fancy one fine dining pricing but you can wear shorts), Malibu Farm & Pacifico (outside seating only) which as a full bar. The Pool and Bar Grill also serves food, Hasan our server was great. Quality of food in all restaurants was on point. Service and Food were awesome! We were assigned a personal assistant or butler, Debbie, who was amazing! Only thing is you can't go into water at the beach because it's located on pacific side and waves and current is very strong. But who cares because we stayed in the pool and went to the spa every day...lol. I went to the spa 4 times and thanks to Bernicea my experience got better and better. I would love to come back here but I don't think I can afford it...lol. read more

We booked 1 room for 4 people. We later called them & they told us we could add 1 more person, that it would not be a problem having a 5th person given that there was a sleeper sofa. We get to the hotel, they tell us that is not allowed, that we need to book another room! We argued with them but they said they gave us wrong information. Who gives wrong information at this level of a hotel?? They took advantage of us once we were there since we could tell occupancy was very low. Next time whatever change you get, get it in WRITING. Then we left a pair of shoes there. We texted the guy, no response. We told him we could come back for it, no response. This was 2 days into having moved to another hotel. We were pretty disappointed at their lack of professionalism when it came to these two things. Pretty significant in our view given how exclusive this hotel is. We had reservations at the RIU Palace for the rest of our trip, which we enjoyed so much more. read more

My husband & I just recently got back from our honeymoon at Nobu & it was beyond what we dreamt it would be! From greeting you with tea when you arrive, to waving goodbye as you leave.. The service was out of this world, Martha, along with every other employee, took such great care of us & was always checking to make sure we were satisfied. Whether you're at a restaurant, in your room, or at any of the pools- the views are all incredible. The food & drink at each restaurant were delicious, it was hard to pick which one we would go to next. Such a romantic & calming week for us, we never wanted to leave! Highly recommend staying at Nobu. We will be back soon! read more

Sadly I don't think we will be returning. The food was excellent, and the customer service was lovely. But the room had an odd mildew smell, and the air doesn't circulate well. I'm sure there's tons of mold in these rooms. The entire room fogs up if you take a 10-minute shower. Mind you. Our room was reasonably large we have a room with a private pool... We paid for the airport driver before our stay, and they sent us an email with a photo of a man that would be wearing blue and holding a Nobu sign. This was NOT the case. We had to ask different hotel drivers to help us find the Nobu drivers. It ended up being a woman wearing purple with no Nobu logo, which is a bit nerve-racking between the fact that we're in a foreign country and the language barrier. The car that we got dropped off in was disgusting. It was an old beat-up Ford. This also cost 300.00 usd. Like I said earlier, the food was great at all the restaurants, especially for Mexico. But one of the nights we went to Nobu, and the cocktail they gave my wife had no alcohol in it. Mind you. We are casual wine drinkers. Rarely do we ever order cocktails, so for us to not taste Grey goose vodka was extremely odd? We sent it back, and they brought another one that tasted the same. That being said, I'm assuming they really skimp on the alcohol. Vodka isn't something that you don't taste. We also tried out the spa for massages, facials and hair treatments because the shampoo and conditioner make your hair feel like hay. My wife said her massage therapist wasn't putting any pressure at all. And my esthetician basically did what I do at home. The hair stylist was ripping my hair out while it was wet with a skinny toothed comb. I'm pretty sure I lost a great amount of hair after that. I genuinely feel like the employees at Nobu Cabo are very poorly trained. The spa is NOT worth the money, so please save it. All and all, the architecture is beautiful. The food is excellent. It's all spotless, and they take covid precautions. But again, I don't think we will be coming back, it's just not worth it. read more

Absolutely the best dining experience I've had in my 45 years. It was just that, an experience. Don't miss out on this place. The food and staff were amazing. Every course we had was perfect. A really fantastic sunset over the ocean, but the freshness of the fish dishes I really can't express how impressed I was! read more

While the COVID pricing and offer was amazing.. the service did not match up. Mind you, this was our honeymoon experience: As soon as we landed in Mexico, we received an email that our favorite activity was cancelled. As soon as we got into our room, we realized there was a literal day-club outside from 1-6pm EVERY DAY. The windows were see-through so I couldn't even walk around comfortably in my room. We asked to changed to the upstairs room, they said OK but it would take 3hours to clean.... We went to have lunch. We move into the upstairs room only to realize that we can hear people from the room next to us screaming!! We asked for the managers to figure out what to do next since it's not acceptable. Our ambassador called for bellhop help with our bags and no one came.. so we took our own bags all the way to the front desk. Mind you.. all this happened in 3-4 hrs after arriving to Nobu after our long flight. They put us in a room away from all the partying noise. Sadly, the issues didn't stop there. I ordered drinks and apps, then went to take a shower... my husband, whose not in the shower, hears a man in our room.. the dining delivery came into our room, while I was showering and no one answered, and was fully in our living room. He said since he didn't get a response he came in... WHAT?? Oh.. and there was a wedding at Nobu and we found out they were going to be blasting music til 12am and then we found out there will be a fireworks show....... We were given earplugs to be able to deal with the noise. The managers, ambassadors, and staff tried to make a good experience but clearly failed in most areas. THE FOOD THOUGH: at Nobu & Ardea.... Phenomenal!!!! We would only come back for the food, and the gracious chefs + staff at the restaurants. While the COVID pricing and offer was amazing.. the service did not match up. One of the best resorts I have ever been to. The service and attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. I need more stars to give this place! This place is beautiful but I did have have some issues with the hotel. We booked on the phone to get the 50% off that they had going on due of Covid. We booked a private pool, ocean facing room, however when we arrived they put us in a room with a private pool facing a hill. The pool got zero sun on it all day. I asked why we weren't in an ocean view room like we had booked and they told us there must have been a mistake or misunderstanding. Even tho we were being charged the same price. I asked to be moved to an ocean view, private pool room and they said they were all booked. So we moved rooms to one with an ocean view and no pool. And we had to pay $500 extra a night for that room. But I'd rather see the ocean then have a shaded pool. So beware when booking. You will think you are getting a great deal on a beautiful room, just to have them put you in a subpar room and then charge you extra to move to a nicer one like what you thought you were originally booking. We also reserved a fire/s'mores on the beach one night and I asked before I reserved it "how long do we get to stay and enjoy it?" They told us that drink and food service ran till 10pm but that we could stay as late as midnight if we'd like. So I booked it for 7pm (around sunset) $300 to reserve it for the night and an extra $50 a person for s'mores so $600 for our group. We also ordered some drinks so our total was around $1000. We were then told at 8:30pm that they had ran out of fire wood and would be packing everything up. Are you kidding me? We paid $300 and were promised we could stay till midnight. The front desk refused to reimburse me the $300. I wasn't asking for the $1000 reimbursed because we did eat our s'mores and drink but the $300 for the fire pit should have been given back since they didn't let us stay and enjoy it like we had been promised we could. And my last issue was that the ocean is not swimmable. But I'll take blame for that because I should have done more research before hand. Besides those things the rest of the trip was wonderful. The room we moved to was really beautiful and the restaurants on site were amazing! read more

Luxury meets tranquility at the Nobu Hotel Los Cabos. As always, Nobu's restaurant didn't disappoint, and the other 2 restaurants were great options as well! Although you can't swim in the ocean, the multiple pools, private cabanas, and unforgettable views make up for it during the day. All rooms have a terrace and view but some rooms come with a private pool or connect to the main pool...pretty modern and creative design. The hotel may not have everything onsite, but the team will do anything in their power to accommodate and/or schedule an activity for you! Huge thanks to Roy, Cinthya, Felix, Alberto, and the entire Nobu team for making my short stay so memorable, hasta pronto!! read more

My fiancé and I came fo this resort to get away during a world pandemic. Everyone said how nice this hotel was. Let me tell you something.... EXTREMELY OVERCHARGED. IN WHAT WORLD IS A COKE $6?? we are from LA and a coke in Beverly Hills is $3 max. We have reservations to go out every night at different hotels for dinner. We wanted to get an Uber but guess what it?? It happens to be that Uber's are not allowed on the property because it's a "private compound" but taxis and private cars are allowed in. An Uber can drop you off but not pick you up. AND TO TAKE THE HOTEL CAR IT IS $215 usd or take a taxis for $55 when an Uber is $17. I called the front desk to try and sort this out and spoke to EFREN ANAYA. WHAT AN UNACCOMMODATING GUY. I ASKED HIM TO GIVE US A RIDE TO THE FRONT GATE SO I CAN GET IN THE UBER AND HE SAID NO. MY ONLY OPTION IS TO PAY OR OVERPAY. THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE AND I AM STUCK HERE UNTIL THURSDAY. EFREN YOU SUCK AND FOR THE PRICE WE PAY TO STAY HERE THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS BE ACCOMMODATING read more

From the moment we arrived at Nobu we were blown away by the service, hospitality, cleanliness, and sheer beauty of the resort. It is spectacular! You feel as though you're staying in a museum! The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Housekeeping does an amazing job providing you with everything you need. The pools are lovely and mostly empty on weekdays. It is difficult to get a lounge chair on weekends, so get there early. The restaurants are great and we fully enjoyed them all. The dinner we had at Pacific was above and beyond, the service was 5 stars. I can't remember our servers name but I wish I could! He was warm and attentive. A few cons: you cannot swim in the water at the beach. It's disappointing if you weren't aware before booking. We enjoy swimming and surfing in the ocean so we were a bit sad about that. On our second to last day there, a gigantic cockroach appeared from under the bed. We understood we were in Mexico and weren't upset. We called down to the front desk and they sent someone up to take care of it. The man began spraying a solution over the room and then went on his way. We called down to the desk to see if we could be put in another room because we weren't sure we should be breathing in the chemicals with no ventilation. We were in an ocean front king, and saw that the rooms around us were unoccupied. (unoccupied rooms have a "Sanitized Room" sign on them.) the front desk advised they would call us back. An hour passed and we didn't hear back, so we left for breakfast. When we returned, no messages were waiting. 45 minutes after we returned, they called us and let us know they would like to send a "bug expert" up to our room to discuss what happened... we thanked them for the gesture and declined, still wondering about switching rooms. Guest services let us know that they have no rooms for us to switch to and that was that. We must note that when we checked in, they let us know they were at 30% occupancy, so we were confused as to why a room switch wasn't possible. We paid a lot to be there and were respectful, polite and quiet guests. Their reaction to the issue was disappointing for us. Aside from the beach issue and large cockroach in our room, we enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return soon! read more

Nice hotel and clean. All food here is ridiculous priced. Any meal from breakfast to dinner your looking at minimum $30 a plate starting. Breakfast burrito $30. We ate and we paid but I call this hotel a one and done. It's near hardrock hotel and in Diamante community. Driving to the gates take 15 min and to town over 30min. Not much to do here except golf. It was very windy so the pool was not a very pleasant experience. We found ourselves hanging out in our room because walking around got boring. Also went to another hotel to eat dinner on the last night to get out of here. read more

From the moment you arrive at Nobu hotel you feel like you have arrived in heaven. Well now during pandemic they made sure everything is sensitized and is according to all covid regulations. Check in process was nice and smooth. Our personal butler Stephano was amazing. He gave tour of the property and settled us by the pool until our was ready. Room was beautiful, super comfy bed and the bathtub was gorgeous made our Colombian wood. Through our stay Stephano was incredibly helpful with any need we had. Ok so Nobu hotel has the best hotel food I ever had. From pool food to room service to their incredible restaurants it was delicious every single dish we ordered. Nobu costumer service is was amazing all around. They made our 8th year anniversary extremely special and we will never forget this trip. 10000000000% recommend Nobu hotel. Big plus as well covid test is included and the whole process took no longer then 15min. read more

WOW! An amazing part of our honeymoon. This hotel is aesthetically amazing! It's designed to perfection and resembles a truly modern resort. The only reason this is 4-stars instead of 5 was the room problems we had. Our room wasn't ready upon arrival although check-in is at 3pm and it was a few hours past. The room seemed to be rushed, and was missing basic amenities like water, soap, shampoo, etc. We had broken appliances such as lights, the safe, air conditioning etc. The hotel did make up for it by giving us a gracious free upgrade. (Thanks to the kindness of the head of customer service, Yomali. She's fantastic!) The positives are the service and the pool! Head Chef Paolo Della Corte is incredible! He noted my wife's celiac allergy, and not only customized our first dinner, but also checked in on us in every restaurant we ate at. Of course, ever Nobu has to have an amazing Nobu restaurant, and that did not disappoint either. All in all! A very good stay! The biggest note I would make is if you want a private/honeymoon like experience - be sure to spend more on a more private room. If you want a more party vibe, stay closer to the pool with a DJ. You can have very different experiences here, depending on your accommodation type. read more

What an incredible place! Not only a true 5 star property, but 5 star service and experience. The staff shined in particular. We left our passports in our safe and Marta from the Conceirge team went out of her way to get them to us before our flight. Was a great experience and a hotel we will be back to. read more

Beyond expectations! What an amazing experience my friends and I had. We set up a shuttle to pick each of us up since we arrived on different times and days which met us right outside the airport. The drive was smooth and short, maybe 40ish minutes to the hotel. Upon arrival you are greeted by some staff and beautiful architecture. This property is so crazy beautiful and zen like. Always kept in amazing condition and clean. I did not literally find one thing wrong with this place. We decided to upgrade which was a great choice. At first It was a suite with a balcony but opted for a suite with patio and swim up pool. I can not describe how it felt to wake up every morning and have coffee out there. Pure bliss and heavenly. Claudia assisted us the entire time with reservations, checked in to make sure we were doing well throughout each day and etc... She was warm, sweet and very helpful. I recommend having her to assist you with your needs and reservations while on the resort. Malibu Farm we had each morning and it was perfection. Service was great and the food was delicious. Must try the avocado pizza!!! Nobu Restaurant is always a good choice no matter what city you are in. They have their restaurant on the property of course and it always meets your expectations especially if you enjoy sushi. Salmon and the cod is also super good and melts in your mouth. Mezcal margaritas were our go to the entire trip and it was always a hit. Take advantage of the teak tub experience, how often do you have that in your bathroom seriously?! Never miss a sunset, they are gorgeous. Have to try the spa and it's amenities, very relaxing. Esperanza is wonderful and walks you through a relaxing process to see and experience it all. I can't wait to come back, it's been a week and I'm already having separation anxiety. Highly recommended. read more

Wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. One of the worst service hotels I have ever stayed in my life. I've traveled through 59 countries and have never in my life encountered worse service or a hotel who could care less about the happiness of their guests or reputation of their hotel. I graduated in hospitality management from university of Miami, worked in the hotel and hospitality industry worldwide for the last 15 years. This hotel is the furtherest thing from luxury. We requested airport pick up, no one from the hotel was found upon arrival. We called the hotel before take off and we're then told to call a number when we arrived . A lady name LILY picked up the phone and told us to call another number. We called the number she gave.. which was the same number we had just called and we're speaking to her one and was listed as the hotels main line. But still took her 2 mins to find the number.. which was a never ending automated service. LAURENCE TUCK who apparently is the general manger is absolutely no where to be found and won't show his face upon multiple requests. Next, We reserved dinner at the outside bar pacific for 7pm. They told us they my boyfriend could not even enter the outside bar with a pair of khaki shorts, a polo t shirt and dress shoes on.. at an outside bar! They said pants must be worn on the beach in an outside bar/restaurant. So we were not offered service. Avoid this hotel at all cost, they do not make anything enjoyable or memorable. Everything in this hotel is a favor or an ask. Never seen anything like it. The management and service is far less than par. Spend your time, money and sanity elsewhere. This hotel needs so much work. Will never be back. Ruined the whole cabo experience in general. Does not live up to NOBU standards. read more

The hotel was beautiful and service was great. The biggest issue we faced was with their taxi service trying to up charge rides to any destination. They charged me $300 pesos just to get to the front gate when I paid a private driver $500 pesos to get to the airport one hour away. Insane then they fluctuate the exchange rate how they see fit. Definitely taxi out then take an Uber back into the resort for a 1/4 of the price because that service was just atrocious. read more

Property is beautiful. They will try to sell you timeshare on check in. Overall low score as service was completely lacking for price you pay. Lots of people standing around at the pool but you almost have to flag them down to order something. Pool and jacuzzi were not heated first two days. A bunch of people had to complain about it. Beds are super soft and uncomfortable. Make sure there is no one quarantining for Covid next door to you. Management needs to brush up on on their customer service skills as well. Did not handle the situation well, told a lot of lies, stated they were following Covid protocol when they weren't and putting us at harm. There's just so many better options. read more

The hotel was beautiful. It's quiet and SO romantic. We had the ocean front room with a private pool & truly didn't need to even leave the room! Service was hands down the best I've ever had anywhere in the world. Oscar at Ardea steak house & Eduardo from room service were our friends by the end of the trip. Such great attentive and kind people. We can't wait to come back and experience this again. 10/10 recommend especially to couples! read more

We are currently staying at Nobu Cabo for our wedding anniversary, and I've been so disappointed by the hotel I felt compelled to write a review. Our "ocean view" suite had only a tiny sliver of ocean very far off in the distance, our only option was to switch to a pool front room which is not what we wanted. The worst part however is not the view - it's the location of the hotel. It's completely isolated upon section of beach in Cabo that is always 10 degrees colder than other resorts like Las Ventanas or The One and Only. How disappointing to fly to Cabo, only to be trapped in the room because of freezing wind. We feel duped because has we known, we would have booked our stay elsewhere. On top of that the food at the hotel is a solid 4/10, especially since their main lunch restaurant is closed currently. The only bright spot of our trip was our dinner at Nobu restaurant, which is always good. Buyer beware, unless you want freezing wind and bad food I would suggest staying somewhere else. The hotel staff are wearing puffer jackets by the pool LOL. read more

The service here is absolutely horrible, I will never be staying here again and highly recommend others do the same. I had set up private dinners where we were served bread an hour after sitting down. I had set up airport transport at the front desk, was told they would get it all taken care of for us and that we needed to be at the airport two hours before boarding time thus making an 8am pickup mandatory. I had all 17 people in my group at the lobby at 8am for our car pick ups only to learn no one at the front desk even set it up for me. No cars were coming, no car services were answering their phones, and the front desk wasn't even apologizing about their mess up. We ended up having to find cash to pay for taxis to get in because they didn't accept cards like they other vans I had set up, Nobu's atm was broken and the workers suggested we just stop on the side of the road to find cash while en route to the airport..their suggestion was unbelievable and unacceptable, they were the ones who screwed this all up in the first place, we were late for our flights because no one submitted a car request after telling me they would. This is just a few of the many times we had extremely poor service on this property. I'm very surprised that this is a Nobu establishment. read more

I'm in the travel industry so very picky about hotels. This resort is nothing short of stunning! I toured all areas of the resort and came away extremely impressed. The spa is really something and the guest rooms from Deluxe to the Suites are huge (Deluxe 514 sq ft, Suites are up to 2628 sq ft). They are a beachfront location in the Diamante area which is very exclusive and secluded. There is a golf course behind the resort but is not part of Nobu. They will make arrangements and transport the golfers. I think we went through two sets of security gates to get to the property. Nobu is very quiet. For guests who want total relaxation and incredible service, I highly recommend. The Hard Rock is next door (the only two properties on the beach) but requires a day pass for the Nobu guests. You don't hear any of the noise. I can't say enough good things about the place. They don't miss a beat. The quality, service, rooms, restaurants and grounds are nothing short of spectacular. read more

Love Nobu Hotel! Its no wonder they are one of the leading hotels of the world. Luxurious amenities and award winning services. The restaurant is all star with a menu made for a star studded night. Had an absolutely lovely experience at Nobu Los Cabos. It was better than I imagined and photos do not do this place justice. The architecture is this beautiful modern desert/beach/oasis, the people are so pleasant, and plenty of pools to choose from. We even brought our small yorkie and they were so pet friendly and accommodating. which is enough to sell me from the beginning but when you check in they bring bowls to your room, a dog bed, and even have a dog menu! I'm pretty sure when i was away she was getting massages and eating caviar lol. The view of the ocean is beautiful and we could see whales and dolphins all day long, it was truly magical. The only downside is how far away you are from anything, it's a tad bit isolating however you definitely feel safe. Our concierge Josbeth was incredible and so attentive. The bartenders at nobu, Carlos and Roger were amazing and friendly. Will definitely be back. read more

Nobu Los Cabos is truly a 5 star resort. Everything from the food, the service, the architect, the sceneries, the amenities was a 10. This hotel set the bar so high that I wont be able to go to another resort when visiting Cabo. I can't say more wonderful things about this place. Shout out to our concierge Yosbeth! She was so attentive and wonderful. Every single thing we needed she was there and went above and beyond. She knew what we needed before we even knew. Also, I would like to give a shout out to my two favorite bartenders at NOBU restaurant, Roger and Carlos. I couldn't believe the talent these two had. Every drink they made was a masterpiece and tasted like heaven. They both deserve to have their bartending skills recognized worldwide. Nobu's professionalism and customer service is un paralleled. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. This will be the ONLY resort I'll ever stay at in Mexico. I can't wait to go back ! read more

I am writing to express my recent experience at the Nobu Hotel in Cabo San Lucas. Unfortunately, our vacation got off to a rocky start and ended on a similarly disappointing note. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were initially directed towards the timeshare side, where we were strongly encouraged to consider purchasing a timeshare. We were informed that our reserved room was not yet prepared and would not be available until after the designated check-in time. Consequently, we were urged to make use of the timeshare accommodations. However, after asserting our preference to stay in the hotel as originally booked, our room miraculously became available. Subsequently, we proceeded to the pool area in the hope of enjoying some relaxation. One of the primary attractions that drew us to this hotel was its promise of a breathtaking ocean view from the pool, complete with a swim-up bar and sushi station nestled in the sandy surroundings. To our dismay, upon arrival, we were greeted by imposing construction barriers that obstructed the entire view, indicating that the swim-up bar and sushi station were undergoing renovations. This was contrary to the information provided during our initial property tour, where we were led to believe that we would have access to these amenities. Despite this disappointment, we opted to make the best of the situation and took a seat by the poolside. However, we waited for approximately 10 minutes without any assistance in securing chairs. Despite our requests, there was no host or hostess available to help us. We eventually decided to sit down and order food, but our meal was marred by the presence of a black hair. The following day, we reached out to the concierge for assistance with reservations, but no one returned our calls despite repeated attempts. Consequently, we took matters into our own hands and made our own reservations. Unfortunately, our experience with the concierge continued to be marked by unresponsiveness to our requests. Frustrated by the lack of amenities and assistance, we made the decision to leave the resort and venture into town, where we paid a premium for access to a beach club. We had initially chosen Nobu Hotel in anticipation of enjoying the amenities that justified the price we paid. On another occasion, we attempted to access the adult pool, but found that no accommodations were available, a situation we had encountered on previous days as well. We requested one of the staff to inform us if any chairs became available. An hour later, we were informed that chairs were now available. We packed our belongings and proceeded to the other pool, which was quite a distance away, only to be told that there were no available chairs, and the staff appeared unaware of our previous request. It was only after we left in frustration that chairs suddenly became available, repeating a pattern of inconvenience. Finally, we engaged in a conversation with the manager, who unfortunately displayed a lack of courtesy throughout our interaction. He appeared disinterested and repeatedly checked his watch, failing to pay attention to our concerns. He offered us two complimentary nights for a future visit, an offer we declined, expressing our intention never to return to the resort. When we requested a refund, the manager agreed without hesitation, indicating that he would communicate with the corporate office to facilitate the process. Regrettably, he did not follow through with his commitment, failing to respond within the promised timeframe despite our daily attempts to reach him. In light of these circumstances, I am compelled to seek resolution through formal channels. I kindly request your assistance in expediting this matter through the corporate office in the hope of achieving a timely refund, which is rightfully due to us. read more

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Nobu Los Cabos that I feel compelled to share. Our vacation, which cost us over $10,000 for just three nights, turned into a nightmare. First, we had a $600 piece of property broken, and when we approached the manager at 12:40 PM, their response was shockingly indifferent. Instead of offering assistance, they suggested we should pay for it ourselves. This lack of care was a huge red flag for us. Even worse, we noticed that the champagne we had paid for was missing. It felt like we were being robbed right under their noses. On top of that, we were charged $494.20 for a pair of Fendi glasses that we never received. It was clear they had no problem taking our money without delivering the promised service. To add insult to injury, they were aggressively trying to sell us a condo, which is the last place we'd want to live, especially at Nobu. We also attempted to arrange horseback riding, a yacht sunset cruise, and fishing activities via email prior to our arrival, but we received no response whatsoever. The complimentary dinners we were promised were never honored, and when we expressed our dissatisfaction, the concierge spoke to us as if we had no right to complain, despite spending so much on our stay. This entire experience left us feeling robbed and disrespected. The food was mediocre at best, earning a mere 1/10 from us. The service was non-existent, scoring a 0/10, and the manager deserves a -5/10 for their lack of professionalism and concern. Overall, this trip has soured our view of Cabo, which is heartbreaking since it's so close to home. In hindsight, we would have been better off enjoying a staycation. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid Nobu Los Cabos. It was the worst vacation experience I've had in 34 years! read more

Nobu Los Cabos is nothing short of a paradise on Earth. The team at Nobu is the epitome of professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness. Our ambassador, Alan Santiago, is nothing short of a magician. He orchestrated a truly magical experience for us, checking on us constantly throughout our stay, ensuring every moment was perfect. We stayed in a private pool room that can only be described as a sanctuary. The zen minimalistic decor exuded tranquility and sophistication. Dining at Nobu was a culinary journey of unparalleled excellence, accompanied by exquisite cocktails that were truly works of art. As a health and wellness enthusiast, the gym was a dream come true. It's not only gorgeous but also highly functional, allowing for invigorating workouts with breathtaking ocean views. If there was a minor setback, it would be the spa. While it was still good, it didn't quite match the overall luxury of Nobu. What truly sets Nobu Los Cabos apart is the people. We connected with so many wonderful, thoughtful, and all-around amazing individuals, like Enrique and Kiara. They are genuine, authentic, and made our experience even more special. Our time at Nobu was so extraordinary that we decided to become residence members. If you're contemplating this trip, don't hesitate - just book it. We used Delta Vacations, but I can only imagine that using the Nobu Concierge would provide an even better experience. Five nights and six days of pure relaxation and wellness in this unparalleled haven - it's an experience beyond compare. read more

Nobu Los Cabos is truly a gem and absolutely worth the drive! While the journey to the hotel may feel a little daunting as you approach, once you arrive, you're greeted by a stunningly beautiful setting that instantly puts you at ease. The food was absolutely delicious, living up to Nobu's world-class reputation. The yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño was fresh and flavorful, perfectly balancing spice and citrus. The black cod miso was cooked to perfection, with its buttery texture and rich flavor melting in your mouth. And, of course, the crispy rice with spicy tuna was a standout - so addictive and satisfying! The service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. They were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made thoughtful recommendations. The view and ambiance are the icing on the cake - breathtaking oceanfront scenery paired with chic, serene vibes that make you feel like you've found a slice of paradise. If you're in Los Cabos, do yourself a favor and make the trip to Nobu. It's a dining experience that combines incredible food, exceptional service, and unforgettable views. Nobu Hotel Los Cabos is simply perfection with one glaring exception.... If you get a room near the cortez pool (building 1) then you will be pounded with loud blaring music from their DJ from morning until 5:30pm.... We moved to the quiet Pacific Pool side (Building 2 or 3) and it was zen quiet and peaceful... The pool on the Pacific side was quiet, beautiful and so welcoming.... The rooms were beautiful.... So choose wisely... Either the Loud Cortez Pool and rooms or the quiet zen beautiful rooms on the Pacific pool side. Our Butler Ignacio was simply outstanding... He helped us find the perfect room in Building 3 (zen quiet and peaceful) and made dinner reservations and was so attentive to our special needs including 2x daily ice and water in our room... He also was there to see us off making sure the bell staff collected our luggage at the exact time promised... He is a gem of a butler with a positive and very friendly and professional demeanor..... 5 star butler read more

Staying at Nobu Hotel in Cabo was an amazing experience overall. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what you expect from a luxury stay. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the resort felt elevated and relaxing. A special shoutout to our ambassador Roberto he was incredible. Attentive, helpful, and always made sure we were taken care of. He really enhanced our stay and made everything feel seamless. The only downsides were not being clearly informed about a $200 USD cleaning fee at check-in, which was a surprise at the end of the stay. Also, some of the late-night drivers arranged through the hotel tried to run my card directly, which felt uncomfortable and a bit suspicious. Despite those issues, the overall experience was still excellent. I would absolutely stay again because the property, service, and Roberto's hospitality truly stood out. read more
