This place is a utopia during the slower seasons. We came during the beginning of August and it felt like everyday was crafted for us. The minimal amount of guests there made it feel inclusive but also exclusive. We were provided a personal concierge, but they had the incorrect telephone number, so we didn't receive anything until mid-trip when they contacted the room. We stayed here for 5 days and originally started in a king piscina privada which was very gorgeous and the private pool was a great addition to the room for morning yoga and late laps. Unfortunately during my stay, cleaning had missed a few shards of broken glass from the guests prior, and I sliced open a toe. Medical came and they were quick and attentive to clean it, as well as schedule a deep clean for the room the very next afternoon while we were at the spa. Sadly after the spa visit we came back and where the room was reset, there were still puddles of blood on the patio, so I didn't feel as though it was cleaned outside at all. Expressing this concern the manager Daniela offered an upgrade to the Junior Suite to ensure safety and that the prior room would be thoroughly inspected. Ambiance/Aesthetic: 11/10 Nobu Cabo San Lucas is one of one the prettiest aesthetics I've ever seen. Very Japanese minimalistic but also very upscale and neutral tones. Ambiance is upscale with everyone to themselves and there to enjoy their time, overall very quiet and peaceful. Service: is either 100/10 or a 6/10 no in-between: Majority of the staff is super attentive and kind going way above, and beyond greeting you at every point of contact and walking you to anything you're looking for. However the 6/10 came in as there were a pockets of miscommunication and a handful of rushing to other reservations. Daniela was a 100/10 Spa: 9.5/10 - services were amazing and they recommended to not use the hydrotherapy services after the facial so they allowed us to come back the next day. Pools: 9.5/10 - the pools were perfect temperature and there are multiple, and one with a swim up bar. There's an adult only pool closer towards the beach that does require reservations, which can be set with your personal concierge. Ardea Steakhouse: 9/10 - Everything we ordered was delicious, but there were quite a few rambunctious kids that night so the ambiance was a bit different. We had 11 courses so I'll highlight the notable below Braised short rib: 9.5/10 - really the star of the restaurant presentation was amazing, and very robust with flavor. Beef carpaccio: 9/10 - great starter, the fried cheeseballs are delicious. Baked oysters: 9/10- perfectly cooked and not overly brined Cro-muffin: 9/10 - amuse-bouche was so flakey, savory, and delicious

The trip me and my boyfriend took for Valentine's Day was amazing! Obviously this is an expensive hotel (which some of the reviews highlight as a downside but is this not obvious?) but I think it was well worth the splurge and the person who paid for the entire thing agrees. Special thanks to our hosts Salvador and Ted who helped organized all rides to and from airport, rides to and from town, and other activities like ATV. They were extremely helpful! And our favorite pool staff Alejandro, who was so sweet and made our trip truly unforgettable. The food is incredible with one miss. The one restaurant we didn't care for was Ardea, the food felt heavy and the flavor was lacking. As for the rest, 10/10. Even the pool side food/ bar was a 10. Fresh healthy food that always tasted amazing. Not to mention all restaurant staff were incredible. The pool was perfect: beautiful, fun, and unforgettable. The staff would greet me, help me move and set up all my belongings and my umbrella and bring fresh ice water and bucket too. They were always attentive and sweet even learning my name after one day . I won't forget any of the pool staff, they really made this hotel feel very homey. The views and architecture are to die for. Everywhere looks like it came right out of a magazine and is extremely clean and always well cared for. The ocean and pool views were bright and inspiring, clashing with the modern architecture and flourishing botany. Lastly the spa experience was incredible, but don't make our mistake and come late! The massage was heavenly, and they took great care of us. The steam room , sauna , and pools were all so relaxing clean and beautiful. Overall this trip was straight out of my dreams and I'd come back in a heart beat, if my boyfriend ever decides to make that move again. But he's already expressed he will!

I love Nobu and this particular location is so remote they have a hotel and a Hard Rock on the same property. It is a solid 40 minute Uber ride from Pedregal so be prepared for an adventure driving through the streets of Cabo. It's less than 8 miles but the roads are pretty rough. If you're staying here, it's a beautiful restaurant so you don't have to worry about anything. It was dark so I couldn't enjoy the ocean view. The hostess seemed sweet and sat us outside. The food is always delicious and my 2 favorite dishes, gluten free Nobu style salmon sashimi and spicy tuna off the crispy rice were perfect. The service was sorely lacking and our waiter couldn't wait to clock out. None of the employees had the cheerful Nobu attitude and that was disappointing. They were just doing their job and still expected a big tip. I probably wouldn't come back unless I stayed at The Nobu Hotel or the Hard Rock which is also on this gorgeous area.

The bottom line is that this place is way overpriced. There was a leaking faucet and broken TP holder in our room. Service was not attentive. At the pool, many staff members who were servers were just standing around and after no one came to ask if we wanted anything (which we did), I asked one if I could get a menu, and was told to wait for the waiter assigned to my region of the pool. I proceeded to wait another 10 min, and still no one came, but there were 3 servers a mere 20 feet from me. When I asked if I could just get a menu while I waited for whoever was assigned to my area, I was again told to wait. I waited another 10 min, and since I had a 2 year old who was very hungry, I went to the bar to go and get a menu for myself and ordered the food there. I got a mini pizza and poke bowl, and when the outrageous $70 check came with an automatic added gratuity, which was so frustrating because I would not have given any gratuity for the junky service. It looks esthetically nice and it is very quiet. No activities, so although it says family-friendly, it really isn't. I would not go back

Update (August 2025): After my original review, I reached out directly to Nobu Hotels corporate with full details of my stay, including photo evidence of the stained sheets and a clear timeline of events. Unfortunately, corporate reviewed my case and informed me they would not offer any compensation beyond the room upgrade I received at the time even though that upgrade came only after I spent over six hours waiting for a clean room following the incident. They mentioned they would "check with their insurer," but ultimately told me there was nothing more they could do. I had hoped a brand like Nobu, known for its high standards and guest care, would take more ownership of such a serious lapse in cleanliness and service. Sadly, this was not the case. The lack of accountability from both the property and corporate confirms that my experience was not just an isolated mishap but a failure in how guest concerns are handled at the highest level.

The resort itself is a beautiful and well-maintained property. The staff was great for the most part, but the food was lacking quality. Our pre-arrival concierge was great, but the second we checked out and made comments about our concerns with our stay and our billing, well crickets to date. I had high expectations for my recent stay at Nobu Hotel, but unfortunately, the experience did not align with the price point. The property itself is attractive, but overall I found the stay to be overpriced for the quality delivered. The dining experience was underwhelming. Given Nobu's reputation, I anticipated exceptional food, but what was served did not meet the standard one would expect at this level of hospitality. We have dined at several American Nobu locations and felt this location left us feeling flat. The quality and quantity were both lacking. Additionally, the atmosphere during our visit was not conducive to the kind of relaxing, upscale environment I was hoping for. A large private event was taking place, and the noise, crowd behavior, and energy of the gathering carried heavily into the shared spaces of the hotel, especially the pools. The environment was very loud, with unsupervised children and families creating a disruptive experience. Instead of the calm, refined setting I had expected, the noise level made it difficult to relax and enjoy the amenities. While I appreciate that events bring life to a property, in this case, it significantly detracted from my overall experience as a paying guest. Unless stronger management of shared spaces is implemented, it will be difficult to justify returning. I would encourage the hotel to consider how to balance private events with the expectations of other guests, particularly when the cost of the stay sets a very high bar. Also, we experienced ongoing confusion with billing. Each day, multiple charges, billings, and holdbacks were posted to my account, making it very unclear what my actual final bill would be. While I understand that hotels may place temporary holds, the frequency and lack of transparency created unnecessary frustration and made it difficult to track expenses. For guests, it's important to have a clear, consolidated view of charges to avoid misunderstandings and we are still unclear as to charges, versus holdback and our final billing amount.

Absolutely adored the hotel, but I would stay away from the food and personally I did not enjoy the Nobu lobby. The good: Service: Stellar - immediately upon stepping on their hotel grounds, you are greeted by their friendly staff and welcomed with a wet towel to wipe off any sweat & offered a very delicious and refreshing matcha lemonade to quench your thirst - My concierge at NOBU assisted with coordinating getting us to and from restaurants, events, and even drove us in a golf cart upon request. Stephano always tried to do whatever he could to assist and I never heard "no" throughout our week long stay. We got his direct number to text him no matter if it was after dinner or during the day, and we never had to wait more than 20mins for a reply back to the text. The grounds: Beautiful and zen - concept is minimalist Japanese/Scandinavian style - one con if waking a lot is a problem (but is a pro if you want peace & quiet) is that everything is so far from each other. Be prepared to walk a lot to get to the Nobu restaurant and/or their newly opened Muna restaurant and/or the spa. - unfortunately the Lobby has no air conditioning and being open air concept, we were sweltering from the hot summer humidity The bad: All of their food is overpriced and under delivered - it is just not up to par if you are a true foodie and having no air conditioning in any restaurant just made the experience (& smells) worse. It's very telling when it's not the food's aroma hitting my nose but rather the staff's BO (not their fault, I really don't think it is fair to make them to work in such horrendous heat with no A/C all day long). If you go to the restaurants, your safest bet actually not the cooked food but rather the sushi. Just don't make our mistake of ordering cooked seafood- the $90 lobster we ordered was frozen and lacking in taste. The total experience: A really great getaway from the hustle and bustle. Let me tell you, it was a great experience. It is pricey and not an all inclusive, but you get what you pay for in terms of accommodations, the spa, & service. The next time I come back, I'll reserve my stomach real estate for some actually delectable food somewhere else. I gotta say I am absolutely impressed with their service, they are the definition of what it means to provide excellent service and how to make customers feel valued and catered to.
This visit was for January 2021 when travel was slightly restricted. We spent one night at Nobu. If you're unfamiliar with Cabo, this is in a relatively new area also near the hard rock hotel and sat way deep from the main road. It's perhaps 15 or 20 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas so you either need to utilize hotel transportation or rent a car or a cab to get here and off property. We were warmly welcomed at the gate which set up our arrival into the main hotel entrance area. Check in with swift and private and we were escorted to our room. After a brief orientation we settled in and went to the pool. The property is extremely clean and well-maintained. It's very tranquil and serene with Japanese detailing throughout. At the time of our visit they were few guests so it was much less crowded than the level of business now. We opted for several drinks and appetizers at the pool and all of it was delicious. You can walk out to the beach area but the beach is not swimmable so so your research. We had a room with a balcony which we enjoyed. I prefer it to the rooms with the pool entry or private pools. At the time of our visit some food and beverage outlets had limited hours or were not open at all. The location did have room service which we had our second day and was outstanding. We dined at Nobu against my better judgment. If your timing there because you want to say you've been there that's one thing but overall I think the experience is overhyped and over priced. The food and service were just subpar at Nobu. We would definitely return. I would suggest at least two nights here but probably no more than several days. When you arrive, you probably don't really want to leave the resort due to its proximity which is fine, they do have really good food and beverage outlets and it's quiet and relaxing. For me, around day three I would be stir crazy. read more

I booked a short stay here for my birthday as I love nobu restaraunts. When I first arrived staff was amazing and this place is truly breathtaking. Checking in was quick and easy. I paid the $5 fee with cash and was not given a receipt which at the end they tried to charge me again for. Some things just weren't clearly explained as far as asking to put your card on file $500 for incidentals. Turned out that included food but food doesnt seem like an incidental. This only was a problem because I opted to do the free breakfast and learn about the residencies and I recieved a $200 food and beverage credit but you need to put the $500 card down to use it so make sure you do that. My room was so clean and absolutely minimal but gorgeous. I had a view of the pools. The housekeeping come by twice a day and they tidy up and clean really nice. You also get your own personal ambassador which mines was Ignacio who you can text and ask about questions or accommodations. I also had a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for me in my room. One of my favorite things is the Nobu beach bag it was cute and came in handy. The pools here are breathtaking and there is so much to explore. They also have game areas as well. You can book accommodation through them as well. I truly believe they try to make your stay as amazing and easy as possible. read more

I attended a beautiful wedding and stayed at Nobu for three nights. Didn't like my bed or the pillows even after I asked for a firm ones. Didn't appreciate booking two rooms for my family but each room was on the complete opposite side of the resort. I was then told the reason was that I upgraded a room to ocean view! They should have told me since I called three times to make sure my family's room is nearby. I think it is definitely overpriced. The amount of giant flies everywhere was bad. read more

How do I begin? Great entrance, great bar! Then we get to the table and it's where it all melts down. For background purposes I have been here over 20 X and it's always been great. Tonight might have been a 1 off but when I spoke to manager upon leaving he was completely out of line and unprofessional. Let me start: upon sitting down the waiter came over to take drink orders - All Good. Then we ordered some Sake and drinks and that was all good. Then we went to order and everything went we thought as planned. This was the order: Caesar salad for two, miso soup, sashimi for two people, wagyu 6oz, fish and chips, vegetarian dishes to include avocado/cucumber sushi, and order of Brussels sprouts . All ordered at the same time The food was excellent and my complements to the chef. The food came out as follows Fish and Chips, Miso soup and sashimi, then sushi . Then the Wagyu and steak. 30 min later the ceasars salad came out. We then got the Brussels sprouts after we got the bill and asked why? They then brought a new waiter over and the manager. The waiter attempted to strong arm us and intimidate but it was laughable at best. The GM was completely unprofessional and afterwards I went to talk to him and told him this was probably a one off bad night and we should just move on! I presented my hand to shake his hand and let's move on. He said get out and cursed at me! I said come on, let's move on and he proceeded to berate me and cuter at me and I then got upset and regret saying what I said but it was worth it! I go to Nobu all over from Malibu to Bahamas to Vegas to other places and this is the worst experience ever. This is not because of Valet, reception, food, or bar! This is solely about The strong Arm waiter and the manager. He wasn't reasonable and he was completely out of lie. On every level. I still think this is a great place but just watch out for the Manager and his strong arm who likes to threaten customers Robert read more

We arrived at between 3 and 4pm. Check in process took over 2 hours. They kept telling me "5 more minutes 5 more minutes" We were told we'd get a phone call when we were allowed to go to our room -because they have to walk you there -you can't go alone. No phone call. After 90 min and $200USD for lunch at Playa Bar ($30 hotdog is not worth it) we went back to the front desk to ask if we could please go to our room. We were told "5 more minutes" Not our bags, but our friend's bags took 45 minutes to show up, after their 2.5hour check in process. Our bathroom sink leaked all over the floor the first time I used it. I let them know, but it was never addressed. We prefer not to have the AC on all the time, but when we turned it off the room smelled musty and moldy. We had upgraded to a room with a private pool. It smelled like manure, to which we were told, "that's not our fault, it's the wind and the property next door" in a way he's right I suppose. Even though we had our own private view of a dirt mound (photo included) we couldn't bare the stench out there. The lighting in the room was terrible. Worse was the power/voltage in the plugs. They were mostly broken. the one that worked took over 8hours to charge a phone. Noe and Jose were pleasant , housekeeping was top notch. But service was crap. How did this place earn 5stars? We decided to fly home early because it was so awful. We were told we would not be refunded for the extra night, but staying was still not worth it. Both front desk supervisors were so full of BS when talking to me. One of them, (A. Gomez I believe is his name ) wouldn't even LOOK ME IN THE EYE! He had his head down during each conversation. The other supervisor Jorge was so disrespectful to me. Told me to "stop speaking ma'am I am talking" Our friends had the same issues in addition to some of their own , but in their case it was the husband to complain. We all agreed he was treated with much more respect and attention. All the 5 star reviews for this place are fake. Especially on the other popular hotel review platform. See for yourself. Take the time to read some authentic reviews written by humans and not AI. I wish I had. Pick somewhere else to enjoy the sun. read more

It's a long trip to get here and a fairly long taxi ride to the hotel. Most people have had a long day by the time they get here. Sadly the reception is seriously 'D' grade, especially for a 5 star hotel. We waited inline for 40 minutes to check in, possibly 5-6 couples in front of us. Tons of staff no one doing a thing or seeming to care. Finally checked in. We were told a concierge would take us to our room. We waited another 45 minutes for the same people that were looking at their phones to decide to take us to our room. Which we could have easily located if we'd had a key. The concierge was useless, and rude, once in the room we waited another 45 minutes for our bags. So basically 2.5 hours from arriving in lobby to in room so we could take a shower from travel, change clothes and see the beach. When we got to the beach we met a couple who had the same result. The place was not busy, plenty of staff and they absolutely don't give a darn about service. Sad bc the place is beautiful and absolutely incredibly expensive, like it makes Monaco look like a bargain. Muffins are $10. A cheap bottle of wine is $100. Bottom line is, staff doesn't give a darn and it's super expensive. If you are going to spend thousands for a weekend away, expect 5 star service and want to be pampered. Don't do it here. read more
4.5 stars. I stayed here by myself in July 2020 for 4 nights and couldn't have imagined how (almost) perfect it was. Given the numerous covid restrictions, this Cabo trip actually turned out to be the best Cabo trip I've taken, as both the airport a d hotel were nearly empty. The hotel is already boutiquey and only has 200 rooms. Couple that with a reduced capacity of 30%, I almost never encountered anyone in the hallways, and even had the smaller pool near my room to myself for most of my stay. It made me feel completely safe and secure. The hotel is super new and looks and smells like it! I stayed in a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the smaller pool. The room was simple but elegant (keeping to the usual Nobu look), and quite spacious. Location is pretty isolated from town or other hotels, which was perfect for my stay as I was there to relax and self-realize, not to go out and party (and with covid, there really wasn't anywhere to go for that). Beach access was also phenomenal and I can't see it ever being obnoxiously crowded, even when we go back to normal times. I paid a great rate given the circumstances. Service was also really friendly and accommodating. What made me tack off a half point though is what was missing. I think for a hotel of this caliber, staff should be more inquisitive and go above and beyond. For example, many ultra high end resorts will take time to get to know you and your stay. They usually might surprise you with a little gift or activity based on why you visited the property. In my case, I was going through two personal life events and it would have been nice to have gotten acknowledgment or a little something to cheer me up. Additionally, given that only 30% of the rooms were occupied, I feel like the hotel could have upgraded all guests to better rooms to show them appreciation for patronizing the hotel during a difficult time. It really wouldn't have cost the hotel all that much (if any at all) since those are fixed costs, and any show of appreciation to guests would go a long way in terms of customer loyalty. In spite of those little issues, I still think this was an amazing resort that I would definitely go back to, especially if there were incentives given by the hotel. read more

Probably Cheaper to just go to Japan. Check in: Lengthy & unnecessary. Food: The best part of the experience. Prepare your budget for things like a $29.00 hot dog. Beach/Ocean: May as well be nonexistent Service/Transportation : They are doing you a favor to have you overpay in US dollars. Summary: Left a day early while still being charged, which really sums it up. read more
Loved staying at nobu. Super close to the beach. Great staff members. Valentin was so pleasant to work with. Valet staff is great. Huge rooms and huge bathroom. Nice to have the option to have a room that leads right into one of the pools. No major issues other than it takes a while for stash like house keeping or room service to answer the phone. Takes 5-10 minutes to get to a main road. Guess that's the flaw when you build a hotel right on the beach. read more
Beautiful property in a gated community of Los Cabos. It is a bit of a drive from the airport so plan accordingly. Once you arrive you are in paradise. If you are looking to go into town often this might not be the resort for you. This property is great for adults and those who are looking for a bit of luxury. It is not all inclusive and meals can get pricey but the food is delish. The hotel focuses on simple, clean and minimal vibe. Plus the Nobu restaurant is right on property to enjoy during your stay. Have a great trip! read more

I love Nobu it's MY favorite restaurant & my husband and I have a plan to visit as many different Nobu's restaurants as we possible can. This one was very disappointing the drinks & service were great but the food was not very good. We did visit Nobu 57 back in May of 2023 & that one was FANTASTIC & Ted our server was amazing and made our experience that much better! Sadly we will not be going to this particular Nobu any time we visit New York, we will go back to Nobu 57! read more

Warning ‼ We have stayed at Nobu many times in the past. DO NOT GO THERE! It's not the same resort it used to be. Besides the horrific, unbearable, and miserable freezing and windy weather.....due to its location.....the new management has ruined it for everyone.....including guests and staff! They don't care about anyone.....especially the customer! Every single employee I talked to wants to leave. We cut our stay short and left and went to stay at 2 different hotels.....both of which had ex Nobu employees who left due to how miserable and unhappy they were at Nobu due to management. The word on the street wherever you go around Cabo.....is to stay away from Nobu! Even the food at the restaurant has gone down hill and is outrageously priced. We had a nonstop series of frustrating occurrences which I was constantly left upset and disappointed after repeated requests to speak to a manager who clearly didn't care. Please hear me when I warn you not to stay at Nobu whatever you do. You will want to turn around and leave immediately and the management will do nothing but disappoint you! Please spread to word to anyone thinking of going and share them the misery and suffering! read more

This is my 4th stay at Nobu Los Cabos and this will be my last stay here. My experience at this Nobu has caused me to never return to a Nobu Hotel or restaurant ever again. TLDR: from the moment you walk into this hotel you will be sold on anything and everything until the moment you leave. From being sold a timeshare AT CHECK-IN to $50 hamburgers (see menu) to having to pay minimums to be able to sit by certain pools. If you don't enjoy that on a vacation as I don't, do not come here. I came to this Nobu in January 2020 on its soft launch and had an amazing experience that caused me to come back 3 more times. On my 4th stay, I even brought my entire family with me on what was supposed to be a relaxing thanksgiving holiday. My latest experience was anything but and I'm embarrassed that I made the recommendation for us all to come here. It all starts before you even get to your room. I spent hours traveling to Cabo and was so excited to immediately get to my room, change into my swimsuit, and get the last few hours of daylight. As I gave my information at check in, I was told that my room wasn't quite ready yet (it was 4pm, well past check in time) and was ushered with what seemed to be a hotel concierge to get a tour of the hotel. Instead of a tour, this ended up being a hard sell to a Nobu timeshare where the sales rep would not back off even with several times saying a strong no. It took me having to get aggressively upset to finally convince them to take me to my room. What a terrible way to start a trip. When I was finally able to make it down to the pool, I then realized that they've raised their prices on food by 3x what it used to be. Want a hamburger? $50. Want a burrito? $50. You're not getting out of a meal for two with a drink for a couple hundred dollars. There is now a mandatory gratuity as well which has caused service people to not provide that level of service you travel to Mexico for. Forgotten sides and requests were several throughout my time here. Don't expect them to be going above and beyond on anything let alone at the expected level of Nobu service. Wondering why I continued eating at Nobu even though the ridiculous prices? It's because they have a monopoly on the area. There are no other food options within 45 minutes of this property. There are also no Ubers allowed so you basically are limited to their overpriced shuttle service. Think I can take advantage of all their pool amenities since you're a guest? Think again. I tried to visit their infinity pool (which I always previously had access to) and was promptly told that I cannot stay there unless I hit a minimum amount - keep in mind I had a tab of probably over $1,000 open at their other pool. So. Rude. The next day I tried their other pool by the bridges - there are 11 of us here across 4 rooms. After we sat down I was told I was taking up too many chairs (we had 8 chairs across 11 people) so less than the amount of people staying here. Insanity. So. Rude. I was once the person who was buying $500 Nobu gift cards for my mom for her birthday. I recommended my cousin get married there (he did). I was considering getting married here. I don't know what's happened but I'm done with Nobu and I recommend you never step foot in a restaurant or property either. read more

It was a great 3 night stay, quiet, great service with excellent pools and eateries. Booked a junior suite with the view facing the golf course above the spa pools and it was really nice, spacious. I loved the tub, shower, and sitting areas, including the terrace. Pros: - Friendly great service where they ask you around the resort anything they can help you with. Give them your Last name and room number for no hassle. - my friends who had the swim up pool, very convenient for pool lovers and it even connects and loops; it's called either the pacific pool or sunset pool. Sunset may be the infinity pool. - the guest services/ butlers always offer to grab you anything you need, bottled water, towels, they even had a kettle and microwave set up in our room. -if you're at the pool in the afternoons they sometimes pass out tiny bites like banana bread, and the first night turn down they left a coconut brown butter cookie. - convenient covid testing onsite. Cons: - can't go near the beach for safety reasons, they make you sign a waiver. - resort is far from central downtown and marina area, so taxi cabs are required to take into town and it's about a 30-45 minute ride depending on traffic. Also Ubers aren't accessible inside Diamanté / nobu resort town. - pricey menus, everything from In room dining to cafe, to quick service restaurants. Depending on what you order meals can be $15-45 a person. If you eat at nobu/ardea expect to spend about $80-200 a person depending on what you order. - because I was spotted to be in a relationship (couples/family type) they try and invite you to a selling presentation with a $300 dining credit voucher for your time, but they don't say how long it is. They did ask me if I had plans before and plans after which I didn't like. If there's no transparency ultimately I lose interest so I did not attend. As a DVC member I really believe that products sell themselves, and as much as nobu los Cabos is really nice, I wouldn't come back. Seeing it once was amazing, but for the price I'd like to explore other resorts in Cabo. read more

Beautiful property! Staff seems burnt out from too many entitled gringos. Everything is overpriced so expectations are not met. M Bar has horrible music, the DJ is bad!!! This place misses the mark, it would take some better leadership with lots of training to understand exceptional service. The location of the resort is too far away from town and makes eating out and having fun complicated. In general I'd look for another property with better service, less wind and more fun. read more

It's a gorgeous location but very secluded making it pricey to go into town and the stores they have here are extremely expensive. Just for a bikini TOP was $222 US dollars and I repeat it was just for half of the bikini. The staff were absolutely GREAT. We also bought the residency deal and got two complimentary massages and I swear if I wasn't paying I would ask for a refund, the cheapest massage they have is $279 and it was terrible. The food is great and worth it, I enjoyed my experience but I wouldn't want to come again for the prices of this place. read more

We held our wedding at the Nobu and are so glad we did. They maintained the highest standards for their staff and ensured all the food was perfectly made. ON TOP of that our concierge, Mauricio (Mau) was beyond our expectations! We got married and had a lot of things going on including multiple room changes, the need for special requests like pressing, waters, vendor support, and more. Mau handled each one excellently and with so much kindness. We previously had Able as our concierge and he was also excellent. We are continuously impressed by the Nobu. Our fave restaurants are the Ardea (#1 favorite) and Playa Bar (#2, try the Wagyu Hot Dog.). In fact we brought our crew to the Ardea after the wedding and loved the DJ and bottle service there. The manager Rene went above and beyond to make our night special. Finally our events planner Nina (Maria Alessandrina) was an ideal partner. She was responsive and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy throughout. We feel very happy to have chosen the Nobu (and Nina) for our big weekend. We've now stayed at the Nobu 4 times and will be back. Thank you for being an incredible hotel for our friends and family and perfect wedding venue. read more
This is a five star hotel. Brand new (opened officially mid November 2019). Service is five star and the ratio of staff to guest must be about ten to one. Gym has brand new equipment (as would be expected), with a trainer and classes offered throughout the morning. The spa has hydrotherapy pools, sauna, and steam rooms and offers the standard fare of spa options. The beds are comfortable and the room size is comparable to other five star luxury hotels. Management is open to feedback and making adjustments. They listened to our feedback graciously and generously offered adjustments and complimentary items. Once the hotel gets more time under its belt, this will be a great hotel! The reason I'm giving this hotel a four star review is that it's very isolated (drive is about 10 minutes from hotel to freeway; about 45-50 to airport). You can Uber in, but cannot Uber out (must take a taxi out), which really increases the cost of leaving. $95 for round trip transport by the hotel to the downtown area. Or $35 one way by taxi. But $10 from downtown to the hotel by Uber. Also, there are only three restaurants on site, plus room service. Nobu is awesome, but a pricey every day spot, which gets old if staying a week. (If you are staying a week, budget in $200-$300 a day for food for two if you're eating at Nobu, and much more if drinking). Pacific restaurant serves Mexican cuisine outside, so if chilly out, not a real option. Malibu Farms, a California inspired restaurant, serves healthier, lighter fare. We ended up spending an average of $240 per day for food and beverages for two of us (but we were also intermittently fasting 16/8) - this included two dinners at Nobu, meals at Malibu Farm, one to two drinks at the pool a day, and one dinner downtown. This is a great three to four day vacation spot given the relative captivity embedded in the location. Hard Rock Hotel is an all inclusive resort next door, but you need to pay $120 per person for an all day pass (which includes unlimited food and beverage). So if you're wanting to stay in one place and never leave, I don't recommend you stay more than four days because of the limited food options. If you're the type to leave every night for dinner in the city, you'll have lots of options, just budget in about $50-100 for transport. read more
Definitely one of the fanciest hotel we've stayed at with the best service, friendliest staff, and amazing amenities. The staff was very attentive and welcoming at all times. It's far away from the hustle and bustle of Los Cabos, so it takes a little extra drive time to get there, but being away from everything is so much more serene. The entire place is beautiful with pools everywhere, clean modern design, calm greenery perfectly placed, easy access to the beach (not swimmable though), great sound deadening inside the rooms, excellent in-room amenities, etc. We enjoyed food by the pool, in our room, and at three of the restaurants. We had an amazing visit. It's also the most we've spent on our rooms, but it was money well spent. read more

Do NOT eat here! And definitely don't order the omakase. I'm giving it two stars because the wait staff was very kind and the restaurant was in one of the most beautiful spots I've eaten at. However, the food was terrible. And I'm not picky at all. I felt quite sick after the 7th course. Some of the food was just plain inedible. The gazpacho tasted like canned tomato. The sea urchin and foie gras made me gag. The wagyu felt and tasted like rubber. The fish is not fresh at all. Even liberal use of truffle and yuzu couldn't save this dinner. I've had omakase at Nobu at Malibu and paid half the price of the one at Cabo, and was infinitely happier at Malibu and just repulsed at the one at Cabo. Honestly, I've been way happier at casual $5 sushi places than this vastly overpriced and overrated Nobu. Including photos below. At least everything was beautifully plated, the only palatable part of the food. read more

This place is exactly what you'd expect from Nobu. If you enjoy the following then you'll love it here at Nobu. If you want to be charged an arm and leg for food and drinks, come here. If you want to be forced to use mafia Taxi service instead of Uber, come here. If you want zero planned activities, come here. If you want to be hit up multiple times for timeshares, again, come here. If you want high winds 24 hours a day then please you must come here. I know I will never come back here again. read more
Review for ARDEA only: HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE. Worst meal of my life with my family. We were disgusted, ridiculed, and deceived. Terrible food here compared to nobu quality food. We arrived and waited to be seated after making reservations for 7:15 pm. The place was packed and the room was super smokey? I get it for a steakhouse but maybe ventilate a bit more? The horror started when were assigned out two waiters. One was ELIOENAI CRUZ (see receipt). He was the most outright rudest server I have ever had. It took forever until we were able to order. As my dad asked to try the cowboy steak AND the shrimp to share with my mom he had the audacity to roll his eyes and say "it was too much." Mind you we are paying for the food and he was a waiter who didn't own the food so it wasn't any of his business judging how little or how much we order. HE HAS SUCH A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. HE WAS MEAN AND MADE US ANGRY AND ARGUED WITH US ALL NIGHT LONG. An eternity later our food comes all wrong. All steaks ordered medium rare were WELL DONE CHARRED GROSS ROCKS that were OVERSALTED OVERPEPPERED AND BURNT! WORST DOG MEAT I've ever had. I was baffled I thought we were at a nobu. The chef on October 28, 2021 was horrible. Not to mention the pork was dry, the salmon was dry. They gave us two things of mash potatoes when we didn't order one, and then they charged us for it! When we ordered dessert we asked for the ice cream with one scoop of melon sorbet and one scoop of watermelon, my boyfriend and I got the same. AN HOUR OF WAITING LATER, the waiter ELIOENAI CRUZ came back with 7 dishes of ice cream. We said no we wanted one dish with two flavors. ELIOENAI took offense and told us we were the ones that misunderstood when clearly it was his fault. We argued with him at the table and he rolled his eyes at us more and went to get the manager. What kind of server blames the patron for their own mistake. We had eaten two days prior at Ardea and received one scoop of one flavor and another scoop of another flavor. When the bill came we were baffled. WE WERE CHARGED 40 dollars for mineral water when all we got was TAP WATER!! They charged us for 7 bowls of ice cream. They charged us for sides we never ordered and lamb that we did not receive. DONT COME HERE DONT COME TO ELIONEAI CRUZ! WORST MEAL OF OUR LIVES SO DISSAPOINTED AND CHEATER TERRIBLE FOOD WORST SERVICE EVER SEEN. WHO ROLLS THEIR EYES AT CUSTOMERS AND BLAMES THEM FOR THEIR SCREW UPS AND CHARGES THEM FOR IT. Management better do something because I am telling all my friends and family to NEVER COME HERE read more

The roads to get here may be daunting, (actually not so bad even in a storm) but the food and service is beyond worth it! I have eaten at the Nobu Palo Alto, Nobu Malibu, Nobu XYZ and this Nobu wins the prize. The tuna sashimi with truffle (smoked under a dome) was AMAZING. So fresh. Excellent portions. The fish was in the ocean earlier today-so fresh! The ribeye was cooked to perfection. A PERFECT MARTINI. Best in class service (ask for Raul) Such a fabulous dinner. read more

This is a genuine paradise. Better than the pictures show, better than the website describes. Aside from an initial moment of disappointment (which I'll get to) I had several pinch-myself moments of bliss. I went with my wife and two other friends for four nights in early December. I don't know what the occupancy rate was at the time, but we often felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. Some of that may have been low occupancy, but it also has to do with the hotel's expansiveness. It all felt big but private--always an available seat poolside or a spot in the gym or at the fire pits. If your idea of a vacation is some hodgepodge of sleeping/reading/sunning/drinking/eating, this is the place. We booked a base-level room and couldn't have been more pleased with the amenities. I love my bed at home, but when we left we were dying to see if we could buy the mattress. The walnut veneer against white walls looked elegant and modern. I'd advise to save your money on a room and spend it at the restaurants instead. You get all the views and the pool access just as easily in the public spaces. A word on the beach: dang it's fierce! The ocean shelf is just off the shoreline, which makes the tide violent and wild. I wouldn't even go ankle deep in it. And neither do the locals it seems because this beach is empty from horizon to horizon. Aside from the guests at the neighboring Hard Rock, and a few fisherman, when I took a jog it was just me and the waves. The sand is coarse but wow is it clean. The best part of the trip was the service. Waiters were always present but not pushy. Everyone speaks English, but will also be patient with your Spanish. They worked extremely hard. Alex at the infinity pool in particular was a highlight of the trip. Now the bad part--not five minutes after we arrived, these frickin Nobu guys tried selling us on a timeshare. I mean they said it wasn't a timeshare, but it's the same vibe. Actually they didn't really say it was anything at first. At first it was some magical offer for $300 off our food bill. Then the conversation went from suspicion to annoyance to feeling completely manipulated. It's a terrible look. And we're it not for the other parts of the trip, the sour taste wouldn't have left my mouth. read more
So beyond impressed. They waited on us hand and foot. So everything was great but here's what really got me- my husband lost his wedding ring in the pool. They had divers jumping in there AND FOUND IT! For my birthday, we did the Chef Paolo 7 course meal in a cabana by the water. It was a DREAM!!! Honestly from the massive tub to constant care and considerate service, I would totally come here again. THANK YOU NOBU CABO! Legit in love!! read more

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! TO start off with, Irwing the hotel check in receptionist was by far the rudest employee on the premises. He Kept charging my card without explaining, when I asked for a supervisor, he ignored me. Never received explanation and am left in the dark. The room smells like moisture or mold. I would not recommend staying here at all. STAY AWAY! read more

Gorgeous hotel in a gorgeous setting. The service here is incredible, from the hotel staff to the restaurant staff, they really treated us well. The hotel is beautiful at every turn. Lots of well done art and architecture. The room was spacious and well appointed, we really liked the shower / tub enclosure. The wood soaking tub was amazing. We had tasty food and drinks throughout the trip; pool side, at the restaurants and in-room, all of it excellent. The hot / cold stone massage was unique to say the least. Excellent spa. All that said it can be rather windy out here along the pacific. We thought maybe it was just the days we were there but got the feeling from the staff that it can be windy often. In June we were actually cold around the pool and almost no one was in the pool. The room was cool as well and the wind was audibly blowing through the room (but being from a windy area we are used to that). The soaker tub was where we went to warm up. read more

1. This location is incredibly inconvenient. 2. They are VERY MISLEADING with respect to available seating. No reservations available online but upon arrival the restaurant was 1/2 empty 3. My wife and I have both been dealing with very unsettled stomachs ever since we left 2 days ago. 4. This was my 4th time to a Nobu, but my experience here was terrible compared to other locations. 5. You're almost made to feel by staff/security as if you are lucky to be here but it was unquestionably the worst dining experience of our entire trip to Cabo. read more

Hotel was great, our bartender Aldo was great by the swim up pool. The staff was awesome and the hotel was a nice relaxing vibe to get away with. The property is beautiful and the pools are nice and clean. However we had many issues here. The service wasn't good considering the amount of money you pay to stay here. There are often many people standing around not willing to help. We had to find someone and flag them down each time. They share all the tips so they aren't motivated to work. Halfway through our stay the remote and phone stopped working so we had to walk to the front desk if we needed something. There was someone's old hair stuck to the side of our sink from a previous stay. The manager said he would send someone to fix the tv but never did. You're just a number to them. We also had a random $150 charge on our bill when we were checking out that said "SPA FCA" but we never used the spa so they quickly took it off, maybe hoping we wouldn't notice. Everything on site is ridiculously overpriced even a bottle of water is $20. I highly suggest going to the grocery store on your way there and bringing lots of water, alcohol and snacks. Also getting out of town was $45 for the ride (uber can't come to pick you up they have to call someone else) and about 30 min away. The beach is gorgeous but you can't get in the water due to strong currents. The restaurants on site were delicious but expect to spend $$$. We will not stay here again. read more

Oh my goodness where do I begin. STAY HERE. This was my first time to Cabo, I've been to Mexican many time but the east coast Mexico (Cancun, Cozumel, etc). Cabo is such a different vibe. It's chill, classy, and more sophisticated. Nobu is so chic and minimalistic, totally my vibe. The service is impeccable. I was texting my concierge about all of my needs. Everyone here is very kind and happy! Very helpful and accommodating. The food is great. There is Nobu (the restaurant) Malibu Farms, and Pacific. We didn't eat at Pacific and we dine at Nobu on our last night. Phenomenal. We ordered room service the first night because we were completely exhausting from traveling. You MUST order the miso cod butter lettuce. I think it's in Nobu's menu too. Nobu is Nobu if you've dined there before. We thought the drinks weren't very strong throughout but we also have a high tolerance. Top shelf alcohol is available and the drinks are good! Overall, the vibe was super chill and chic. Since we traveled from philly and there are no direct flights, our stay seemed super short because of travel time. The hotel is about 45 min to an hour away from the airport. I would 1000% come back! I'm not easy to please but I had no complaints. Except that you can't swim in this ocean! The waves are too strong. I didn't know that before coming but we chartered a yacht to The Arch and were able to do lots of swimming on that side of Cabo. That's a must visit! This review is very long - please message me for any questions or recommendations! read more

Okay, so hands down the accommodation was amazing! The hotel and rooms are very clean, the AC worked and everything functioned the way it should. The pools are really nice and the cabanas are first come first serve, which is really cool bc there are pool chairs and cabanas at every pool. The beach is cool to walk on, the water is warm to get your feet wet but you can't go in, unless you're a brave strong swimmer. The service was good, I'd say 6-10 and it can take long, but Mexico minutes. :) The pools are open all night and the jacuzzis are too! That's a plus, to get in whenever you want. During covid everything feels safe and clean and there is enough space for everyone to claim their little area and just a chill vibes. The downside is that the hotel is that it's the last on the strip. And it takes about 15 minutes to get from the gate to the lobby. It's a little tricky to find the hwy but you'll manage. From the hotel to downtown Cabo is about 30 minutes and to San Jose del cabo is 50. The cabs are 100USD to leave the hotel and 160USD for a black car. Pretty expensive. I'm assuming it's the same to come back because it's far. You do the math. As far as food goes... that's where this hotel lacks. The hype is real. The pool service food is 2/10 very expensive. (2 people my average daily was $75 for breakfast, $150-$200lunch/poolside/snacking, and dinner for regular dinner (non-Nobu) $160-$200 and Nobu we spent $400 which we only went to once. (The food has an "all-inclusive" flavor and quality but high-end dining prices) So overall the food isn't really that great, not worth the price. The lobster and fish are heavily fried and can't taste the actual fish or lobster and it just seems very lazy. The Nobu restaurant is good but not not "to die for". It's good to, just to say you went... or if you enjoy flexing for the gram, it's the place to do it but nothing out of this world at all. What I recommend: if you want a really cool place to stay and you get a good deal, stay here. Rent a car and try eating out. Explore outside, it's worth it. La Paz is a wonderful straight shot 2 hour drive. The beaches are INSANE!!!!!! And the food is good and cheap. The same meal cost $20-40 outside and the flavors are amazing! Plus, the drive alone is worth it. But if you don't have a budget, don't care for food or leaving the hotel, this is the place. If you want to try amazing food, want to explore the beaches and don't want to spend $2000 on mediocre food and drinks maybe staying here for 2 nights is good. So 2 stars just for the overpriced food and drinks (oh yeah a drink that's not strong is $25/pop and a soda is like $10 bc a glass of juice is $11 and it wasn't good juice...) -That's all you can do here. Eat and swim. 2 stars for the 2 amazing pools and amazing cabana set up! :) I take 3 stars home with me.... if you want and recommendations on where to eat outside ask me. read more

The most perfect Honeymoon EVER. My (new!!) husband and I stayed in the Junior Suite Swim Up + Oceanfront and had the most incredible time. First, let me GLOW about the staff-- beyond kind, we truly felt like we made friends with them. Esperanza in the Spa couldn't have been sweeter- Andrea gave me massages that had me so relaxed I fell asleep (which never happens!)- Santa our adorable housekeeping staff- Hector the wonderful manager- and every single server/bartender we encountered was hysterical, and so willing and open to converse with our fractured Spanish, all the while laughing and cracking jokes- making us feel so welcome. Vegetarians DELIGHT!! Each restaurant had DELICIOUS options for me- which just made me feel so overjoyed that I could eat- and eat well- while I was there. And my fully meat/fish-eating husband was thrilled with all of his choices, too. Our room was, no joke, the best room I've ever stayed in. The bed feels like two clouds hugging you. I've never slept better. Our private pool gave us the ability to get away from people, and our own steps down to the beach allowed us to go for the HUGE wave beach walks with ease. Sunsets were the most spectacular from the cozy comfort of our own patio with gas fireplace at the ready. Now all we're doing is saving up so we can go back EVERY. YEAR. Enormous thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay absolutely amazing!! **COVID:: Every restaurant was insanely safe- giving hand sanitizer upon entry and little bags for your masks! All restaurants have outdoor seating, so -much safer if you prefer to eat outdoors. Servers & all staff wear masks at all times. **Ocean:: Currently you cannot swim there as the currents are too dangerous, but walking along the beach is just fine! read more
10 stars if I could! I have stayed here 3 times now! We loved it so much that we got married here last month. The service is top notch. I have traveled a lot and I have never seen such amazing attentiveness. To give an example you get a "concierge" or butler when you check in and you get their phone number to text. Over the wedding weekend my bridesmaid had a shoe break. We thought it was a far reach but she texted her concierge to see if he could help. WELL he promptly went to her room... picked up the shoe... and returned an hour later with it fully fixed. The heel entirely came off of the shoe and it was screwed back on beautifully. That is the type of service they uphold. My first time there I had finished a margarita at lunch and while grabbing my water glass I clinked the EMPTY margarita glass and broke it. They staff swiftly came over picked up the glass and handed me a brand new margarita complimentary. This was for my own mistake!! I mean BRAVO to Nobu. I can't speak more highly of the establishment they have created read more

I am writing to express my recent experience at the Nobu Hotel in Cabo San Lucas. Unfortunately, our vacation got off to a rocky start and ended on a similarly disappointing note. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were initially directed towards the timeshare side, where we were strongly encouraged to consider purchasing a timeshare. We were informed that our reserved room was not yet prepared and would not be available until after the designated check-in time. Consequently, we were urged to make use of the timeshare accommodations. However, after asserting our preference to stay in the hotel as originally booked, our room miraculously became available. Subsequently, we proceeded to the pool area in the hope of enjoying some relaxation. One of the primary attractions that drew us to this hotel was its promise of a breathtaking ocean view from the pool, complete with a swim-up bar and sushi station nestled in the sandy surroundings. To our dismay, upon arrival, we were greeted by imposing construction barriers that obstructed the entire view, indicating that the swim-up bar and sushi station were undergoing renovations. This was contrary to the information provided during our initial property tour, where we were led to believe that we would have access to these amenities. Despite this disappointment, we opted to make the best of the situation and took a seat by the poolside. However, we waited for approximately 10 minutes without any assistance in securing chairs. Despite our requests, there was no host or hostess available to help us. We eventually decided to sit down and order food, but our meal was marred by the presence of a black hair. The following day, we reached out to the concierge for assistance with reservations, but no one returned our calls despite repeated attempts. Consequently, we took matters into our own hands and made our own reservations. Unfortunately, our experience with the concierge continued to be marked by unresponsiveness to our requests. Frustrated by the lack of amenities and assistance, we made the decision to leave the resort and venture into town, where we paid a premium for access to a beach club. We had initially chosen Nobu Hotel in anticipation of enjoying the amenities that justified the price we paid. On another occasion, we attempted to access the adult pool, but found that no accommodations were available, a situation we had encountered on previous days as well. We requested one of the staff to inform us if any chairs became available. An hour later, we were informed that chairs were now available. We packed our belongings and proceeded to the other pool, which was quite a distance away, only to be told that there were no available chairs, and the staff appeared unaware of our previous request. It was only after we left in frustration that chairs suddenly became available, repeating a pattern of inconvenience. Finally, we engaged in a conversation with the manager, who unfortunately displayed a lack of courtesy throughout our interaction. He appeared disinterested and repeatedly checked his watch, failing to pay attention to our concerns. He offered us two complimentary nights for a future visit, an offer we declined, expressing our intention never to return to the resort. When we requested a refund, the manager agreed without hesitation, indicating that he would communicate with the corporate office to facilitate the process. Regrettably, he did not follow through with his commitment, failing to respond within the promised timeframe despite our daily attempts to reach him. In light of these circumstances, I am compelled to seek resolution through formal channels. I kindly request your assistance in expediting this matter through the corporate office in the hope of achieving a timely refund, which is rightfully due to us. read more

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Nobu Los Cabos that I feel compelled to share. Our vacation, which cost us over $10,000 for just three nights, turned into a nightmare. First, we had a $600 piece of property broken, and when we approached the manager at 12:40 PM, their response was shockingly indifferent. Instead of offering assistance, they suggested we should pay for it ourselves. This lack of care was a huge red flag for us. Even worse, we noticed that the champagne we had paid for was missing. It felt like we were being robbed right under their noses. On top of that, we were charged $494.20 for a pair of Fendi glasses that we never received. It was clear they had no problem taking our money without delivering the promised service. To add insult to injury, they were aggressively trying to sell us a condo, which is the last place we'd want to live, especially at Nobu. We also attempted to arrange horseback riding, a yacht sunset cruise, and fishing activities via email prior to our arrival, but we received no response whatsoever. The complimentary dinners we were promised were never honored, and when we expressed our dissatisfaction, the concierge spoke to us as if we had no right to complain, despite spending so much on our stay. This entire experience left us feeling robbed and disrespected. The food was mediocre at best, earning a mere 1/10 from us. The service was non-existent, scoring a 0/10, and the manager deserves a -5/10 for their lack of professionalism and concern. Overall, this trip has soured our view of Cabo, which is heartbreaking since it's so close to home. In hindsight, we would have been better off enjoying a staycation. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid Nobu Los Cabos. It was the worst vacation experience I've had in 34 years! read more

Nobu Los Cabos is nothing short of a paradise on Earth. The team at Nobu is the epitome of professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness. Our ambassador, Alan Santiago, is nothing short of a magician. He orchestrated a truly magical experience for us, checking on us constantly throughout our stay, ensuring every moment was perfect. We stayed in a private pool room that can only be described as a sanctuary. The zen minimalistic decor exuded tranquility and sophistication. Dining at Nobu was a culinary journey of unparalleled excellence, accompanied by exquisite cocktails that were truly works of art. As a health and wellness enthusiast, the gym was a dream come true. It's not only gorgeous but also highly functional, allowing for invigorating workouts with breathtaking ocean views. If there was a minor setback, it would be the spa. While it was still good, it didn't quite match the overall luxury of Nobu. What truly sets Nobu Los Cabos apart is the people. We connected with so many wonderful, thoughtful, and all-around amazing individuals, like Enrique and Kiara. They are genuine, authentic, and made our experience even more special. Our time at Nobu was so extraordinary that we decided to become residence members. If you're contemplating this trip, don't hesitate - just book it. We used Delta Vacations, but I can only imagine that using the Nobu Concierge would provide an even better experience. Five nights and six days of pure relaxation and wellness in this unparalleled haven - it's an experience beyond compare. read more

Nobu Los Cabos is truly a gem and absolutely worth the drive! While the journey to the hotel may feel a little daunting as you approach, once you arrive, you're greeted by a stunningly beautiful setting that instantly puts you at ease. The food was absolutely delicious, living up to Nobu's world-class reputation. The yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño was fresh and flavorful, perfectly balancing spice and citrus. The black cod miso was cooked to perfection, with its buttery texture and rich flavor melting in your mouth. And, of course, the crispy rice with spicy tuna was a standout - so addictive and satisfying! The service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. They were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made thoughtful recommendations. The view and ambiance are the icing on the cake - breathtaking oceanfront scenery paired with chic, serene vibes that make you feel like you've found a slice of paradise. If you're in Los Cabos, do yourself a favor and make the trip to Nobu. It's a dining experience that combines incredible food, exceptional service, and unforgettable views. Nobu Hotel Los Cabos is simply perfection with one glaring exception.... If you get a room near the cortez pool (building 1) then you will be pounded with loud blaring music from their DJ from morning until 5:30pm.... We moved to the quiet Pacific Pool side (Building 2 or 3) and it was zen quiet and peaceful... The pool on the Pacific side was quiet, beautiful and so welcoming.... The rooms were beautiful.... So choose wisely... Either the Loud Cortez Pool and rooms or the quiet zen beautiful rooms on the Pacific pool side. Our Butler Ignacio was simply outstanding... He helped us find the perfect room in Building 3 (zen quiet and peaceful) and made dinner reservations and was so attentive to our special needs including 2x daily ice and water in our room... He also was there to see us off making sure the bell staff collected our luggage at the exact time promised... He is a gem of a butler with a positive and very friendly and professional demeanor..... 5 star butler read more

Staying at Nobu Hotel in Cabo was an amazing experience overall. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what you expect from a luxury stay. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the resort felt elevated and relaxing. A special shoutout to our ambassador Roberto he was incredible. Attentive, helpful, and always made sure we were taken care of. He really enhanced our stay and made everything feel seamless. The only downsides were not being clearly informed about a $200 USD cleaning fee at check-in, which was a surprise at the end of the stay. Also, some of the late-night drivers arranged through the hotel tried to run my card directly, which felt uncomfortable and a bit suspicious. Despite those issues, the overall experience was still excellent. I would absolutely stay again because the property, service, and Roberto's hospitality truly stood out. read more
