Staying here for a week. Perfectly happy with the room, the staff, the amenities, the food, etc... Bought an all inclusive package deal for a week of golf booked through the company ILT. It's a vacation where no thinking nor deciding beyond what you want to eat is required. No heavy lifting, there's someone else here to do that for you. This is an adults only resort. No children. Proof that there is a merciful god in heaven. Quality of the amenities is fine. This ain't top shelf $1,000 per night super luxe. It's a small step below that which means everything is nicely done. Bed sheets are crisp. The wi-fi is fast and reliable. The bathroom rain shower has plentiful hot water. 6 sit down restaurants on site. Over abundance of food. Mid-tier alcohol available at all hours. There's also 2 buffets of varied and copious food. The Almar dining area by the beach has the most delicious food. It's Mexico centric cuisine with items from various regions of the country. I'm savvy about Mexico. I lived here on and off since the mid 1970's. I'd happily return to this resort.

Paradisus truly is paradise. My girlfriend and I visited Cabo for the first time a few weeks ago and decided to stay at Paradisus through Costco Travel. Everything from the food, service, amenities, and facilities are WORLD class! There wasn't a single bite of food that was bad! It's incredible how this place is all inclusive for how high the quality of everything was. I even found myself checking out rates on the second night for next year so that we could return back soon! 10000000/10!

"20Years, Countless Memories, and Still Going Strong with Melia!" I want to thank the wonderful staff of Paradisus Los Cabos for making our 25th wedding anniversary and my daughter's 21st birthday truly unforgettable. A special shout-out to Miguel at the concierge, who was like our personal vacation GPS--guiding us through daily activities, securing our Balinese bed, and locking in dinner reservations for our entire stay. Miguel, you are a gem and a great asset to the Melia family! I've been a proud Melia Vacation Club member for the past 20 years. When I first joined, it was a 50-year contract--basically a marriage with Melia--and, unlike my golf swing, it has never disappointed me. Over the years, I've stayed in many Melia resorts, and I've never once thought of "seeing other hotels." A heartfelt thanks to everyone: the waiters and waitresses who kept us happily fed (and sometimes overfed), the speedy and cheerful room service team, the housekeeping ladies who always kept our room spotless, the smiling front desk staff, and the security team who made us feel safe with that signature right-hand-to-the-heart greeting. This is our second visit to Paradisus Los Cabos, but we've also enjoyed the Paradisus resorts in Cancun, Cozumel, Jamaica and Punta Cana--all beautiful beachfront gems. When we joined Melia, our kids were 5 and 1; now they're grown and ready for off-road desert ATV adventures. Los Cabos was perfect for that, while my wife and I enjoyed making new memories on the sand. After 20 years of laughter, sunsets, and maybe one too many tropical drinks, I look forward to making another 30years of Melia memories--because memories in the making are the best kind. My wife has already set her sights on Melia resorts in Bali, Da Nang, and the Canary Islands... so I guess the adventure is just getting started.

The Reserve experience made it all worth it. The service there went above and beyond. Our check in associate, Jonathan, was very friendly and helpful. Our concierge, Juvantino, made all the difference. He was able to get us into the tuna carving demonstration, which was SO worth the free experience. Whatever we needed, he was there to help. The hotel staff were always so friendly and attentive. What I love about this hotel is how it's a European company, so not only would you be able to eat Mexican food, but you would see splashes of Spanish food, especially during breakfast. I loved ALL of the fun, free activities they planned. I really loved the tamale cooking class and playing pickleball in the middle of the resort. The only reason I wouldn't give this 5 stars is because I wish the food was slightly better, but I know it's typical of an all inclusive. The rooms were just a tad old, but that's just my type A coming through. Overall, great experience and worth the stay.

An Unforgettable Getaway at Paradisus Los Cabos To be fully transparent, we did our research prior to coming to this resort. We came in with low expectations, wanting to manage any surprises--but Paradisus Los Cabos far exceeded those expectations. From the service to the amenities, everything surpassed what we hoped for. It was such a wonderful experience that we're already thinking about coming back. Guest Service: 5 out of 5 The hospitality here is truly top-tier. From start to finish, the staff were attentive, welcoming, and always eager to help. A special shoutout to Ivan, the Guest Experience Director, who went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. He was incredibly responsive and helpful, communicating with us in person or via WhatsApp and offering thoughtful suggestions and options for everything we inquired about. It's rare to feel this level of personal care and attention. Every staff member we interacted with--whether at the front desk, around the pool, or in the restaurants--was friendly, professional, and genuinely hardworking. Not once did we have a negative encounter. The Facilities: 4.5 out of 5 The resort is stunning. From the beautifully manicured grounds to the immaculate rooms, every corner of the property was kept clean and inviting. There were a few minor renovations happening during our stay, but they were handled discreetly and never disrupted our experience. The team did an excellent job keeping things quiet and tidy, and the work was only done for a few hours each day that we only encountered in one of the days that we stayed. Overall, the resort is well-maintained, and staff frequently checked in to see if we needed anything. Beach & Activities: 4.5 out of 5 One of the major highlights of Paradisus Los Cabos is its swimmable beach--something that is quite rare in the area. It's one of only a few resorts in Cabo that offers this, and we took full advantage. We even went jet skiing, which was super easy to book directly on the beach. The entire beachfront experience was smooth, safe, and a lot of fun. Bars & Restaurants: 4 out of 5 What we really appreciated was how accessible the dining options were. We never had to make reservations, and there were no lines--ever. I guess the key is to arrive shortly after they open, and you'll be seated right away. That level of convenience made dining stress-free and enjoyable every single time. We tried every restaurant on the property and were consistently impressed by the quality and variety. A few standouts for us: * Tokimeku: This was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and the hospitality was top-notch. Shout out to Angel as our server, he definitely went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was excellent! * Aqua Marina and Cielo also stood out for us, excellent food and relaxing ambiance. * Sante was probably our least favorite, just based on our personal taste. * We didn't get a chance to try Sal, so we can't speak to that one. * Kanna Beach Flavors, our favorite bar, is located right by the beach and is the perfect spot to relax. With hammocks, shaded areas, open cabanas, and amazing drinks, we found ourselves spending a lot of time there. It's casual, peaceful, and just what you'd want from a beachside bar. The all-inclusive food and drink options were incredible. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just grabbing a snack, we were never disappointed. The selection was diverse and thoughtfully prepared. Between my partner and I, there wasn't a single craving we had that the resort couldn't satisfy. We also took full advantage of the ice cream stand--a quick and easy way to cool off from the Cabo humidity. Final Thoughts: 4.5 out of 5 Paradisus Los Cabos is more than just a beautiful resort--it's a place where you feel genuinely cared for. The combination of stunning surroundings, delicious food, swimmable beach access, and impeccable service makes this a destination we'll absolutely return to. A huge thank you to Ivan and the entire team for making our vacation truly unforgettable. We appreciate you and we will definitely coming back! Muchos Gracias

The service was okay but the room had so many issues . We had to call several times For a iron, our safe was a ticking time bomb , never worked and the faucet sink was backed up and they had puddles of water everywhere by the elevators that was never mopped with cones the entire 4 day we were here ! My rating for this hotel is 00 period!!

My husband and I recently stayed at this resort, and while there were some highlights, my overall experience was marred by several significant issues. I'll preface by sharing that we don't typically do "all inclusive" resorts, however, for the price of this resort, we were extremely disappointed. Starting with the pros since this list is short: -Free and easily accessible parking -Some of the staff were friendly and some just downright rude -The Tokameku restaurant was fantastic--we enjoyed it so much that we went there twice. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. -The hotel offers services to book excursions on site -Easily accessible cabanas at the beach The issues.... To start, the refrigerator in our room was broken for two days, which was inconvenient and frustrating, especially in the summer heat. Management was zero help until we filled out the Expedia "check-in" review. Then they probably felt compelled to follow through on the issue. Additionally, I was shocked to find that the face towel provided smelled like vomit, and the pillowcase had a stain that looked like old blood. These cleanliness issues were unacceptable and made the stay quite uncomfortable. Moreover, the toilet room light wasn't working, making it difficult to use at night, and the toilet cover was dirty when we arrived. These issues, combined with the unpleasant smell from the face towel and stained pillowcase, really detracted from the overall experience. Tokameku was pleasant and delicious. However, the same cannot be said for the other dining options. The food at Cielo was below average, lacking flavor and creativity. Capella's food was okay, but the service was horrible, which ruined the dining experience. The room service food options were a joke! I ordered the nachos and my husband got the tacos - both inedible due to odd tasting ingredients (e.g., the nacho cheese was anything but cheese). Cocktails were a 1/10. Overly sugary with unpleasant taste. The only cocktail I enjoyed in the entire resort was the Lychee Martini from Tokameku, otherwise stuck to wine, beer and tequila. While the hotel assists withe booking excursions on site, we were given the wrong dock directions for our fishing trip which caused us to be delayed and almost miss the entire thing. The Pelican Snorkeling excursion is an absolute tourist trap. Stay away! We booked an early am one and the water was filled with hundreds of bodies and beach we stopped at was filthy (murky water and cigarette buds floating around). I would recommend booking a snorkeling excursion further out from downtown Cabo San Lucas. Overall, while there were a few positives, the numerous issues we encountered, particularly with cleanliness and service, make it hard to recommend this resort.

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon here in late August and felt we had the whole place to ourselves. The service was excellent from the restaurants, bar, pool, and lobby. Our rooms were cleaned every single day and they even come in at night and prepare your room. The nightly entertainment could've been better but other than that we have no complaints. Food was wonderful and we will hopefully return in the future!

Nice place to take a pic near Sante restaurant.

We stayed here for 4 days in July 2025. On checkin, they pushed us to upgrade the room to an Ocean View room for $300 that included a couple's massage this is worth $300 so we agreed. The room had a partial ocean view and there is a lot of empty land half under construction out the window. The spa we found out had the same massage we got for $180. This place would be so much better if they provided fast service. They are just so slow. On the first day, there were less than 10 people in the pool area and it took over 30 min to get a snack and a drink. Another time we order the fresh coconut with rum and even though they guy was walking around with a cart full of coconuts and liquor, he had to have someone else cut the coconut for him. It took 25 min to get two coconuts with rum. The food at Cielo, Sante, and breakfast bar are good. The Asian place called Tokimeku was a disappointment. We ordered 15 items between 5 people for appetizers and main course and all were mediocre to bad. For the timeshare presentation, they say 45 min but it goes for 1.5 to 2 hours. Not worth the $90 massage they give for free. The people working there are nice, the hotel is good, pool is beautiful, and the beach is ok. We made it a good trip - though not a place I would recommend.

GREAT RESORT! Wish we could have stayed longer! Will come back!! My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon here and it was a last minute decision and we are SO GLAD we went here! Service was great! Fransisco took care of us so much!! Fernando, our concierge helped us every day. It was HOT but the pool area was awesome! Drinks were good. Food was better than expected. Capella had the best filets!! No kids was a must along with the swim-up bar. The grounds were gorgeous! We wish we could have stayed longer! We'd definitely come back! Super nice place with great staff. Don't listen to the negative reviews, great place!

Wife and I came here for our long overdue honeymoon and it was nothing short of an amazing experience. All of the staff were super attentive. It felt extremely safe while still having a very fun vibe. Food was awesome, none of the restaurants disappointed in terms of cuisine or service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy an adults only all inclusive resort in the area. Tequila tasting was top notch, make sure you get there about 15 minutes before hand to ensure a seat.

This was my first time at Paradisus and I had such a wonderful experience. Truly next level service and hospitality. All the employees were kind and attentive. Specifically Fidel, Jazmin, and Jackeline really made this experience perfect. I just got engaged to my now fiancé and all three of them went above and beyond to accommodate us. We will be returning to Paradisus next time we want a get away. Definitely recommend 5 stars all across the board.

Once we checked in, we opted for their upgrade which I believe is called Altamar, which means high ocean and for an extra $150/day we get a top suite right in the center and it includes breakfast buffets, daily mini bar refill, and a few other discounts for massages. Our room was literally right under the Hilton sign on the sixth floor. We had a great view of the whole property from our balcony. It's worth it because the buffet is around $40/person. The property is very nice and well maintained. They have a hot tub, infinity hot tub, an adult infinity pool, and a massive pool right in the center. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great. Everything was really good and it tasted authentic. I opted for the Cook to order omelettes or eggs and chilaquiles. The avocado toast was amazing. They have a Rotating item where a cook prepares it for you on the spot. You must get the nachos by the pool. They're great for two people and they were so good. They have a total of three restaurants which we ate at two of them because we really enjoyed the Italian, called Velas. They had live music the nights we went. We also went to Lena on taco Tuesday, which was their Tacos and Margarita Night. The beach is beautiful, very walkable. There is a lifeguard on duty. Beautiful sunsets. All the employees were always working, they were very helpful, and attentive. It was a very relaxing day.

The moment we stepped onto the resort property, I thought it was stunning. The views and decor to the stairs and down to the restaurant are beautiful. We were greeted by several staff members along the way who were very friendly. When we reached the stairs to Alebrije, we were greeted by the lovely hostess Fernanda, who escorted us to our table. The table was on the upper patio just off center looking at the water. There were two acoustic guitarists playing popular music while everyone dined. They were so talented. We really enjoyed their music. We had a team of people attending to us so we were never left waiting for service. Our server Samuel was so pleasant and went over the menu very thoroughly. When we asked about something on the menu, he dove deep into the details of each dish. He was very informative. We brought our own wine and were told it was a $50 corkage fee for each bottle. I've never paid that much anywhere domestic or international travels so it was shocking. Since it was a special occasion and very special wine we brought from the states, we went ahead and opened the bottles. Our sommelier....I found her pleasant enough but she was very persistent about something with our friend and kept pushing him and making side remarks when he said no. If a guest says no to something, she should have let it go but she didn't and kept insisting. Unfortunately that set the tone for an uncomfortable dinner setting for a brief time. We were brought bread under a smoke dome. It was warm and delicious. Following was a small piece of beef tartare over a potato. Tasty. I ordered the Lasagna which was cheesy delicious, it was served in a crock rather than a plate so it stayed nice and hot until finished. My husband went with the catch if the day. Ot was a local fish called Turbolt. He said it was absolutely amazing. Our friends ordered the eggplant Parmesan and the carbonara. They both loved their dishes. We decided to order the table side tiramisu. Wow, what a treat. Edgar pulled together the desert and it was so light and flavorful. What a treat. Edgar did an amazing job. I wish we would have walked over to the bar near the restaurant for a drink after dinner. It looked lovely and looks like a wonderful view of the water. If the weather was nicer, I would request a table near the beautiful lit tree on the lower patio. It looks like a beautiful spot to dine, however, any table is a great spot to dine as far as I could tell. Overall we had a wonderful experience. My husband and I would like to dine again on our next visit.

For this being a family friendly hotel, 6 out of the 9 daily activities they put together are for 18+, I think they feel the teen room is the reason they can do this, but when your 15 year old doesn't want to hang in a teen room, they should offer family activities to help keep the families together during their stays. We also wish we knew the pools close at 8pm, there's not to much to do after 8 and we found ourselves stuck in the room most evenings. Now the not so good: While we were at the pool trying to enjoy our last day, we're approached while we're eating lunch by someone all dressed up trying to sell is a min 35 day stay that can be used over 10 years for $64,000 USD! That bothered me although they did give us a $300 voucher for the gift shop "VERY expensive in there", just wish the timing on their part was better... Lucca, Velas 10 & Sen Lin have the best food here, but unfortunately for us, that was it. The breakfast & Lunch buffet from Azul was a 2 out of 10 for us, lots of choices but not very appealing and the food was very bland. Fridas food was the same, and room service food was never good. We ate the COSINA DE AUTOR for the 8 course meal, and 2 of us got sick on one of the plates, "possibly the tartar", was a long night for us and only 2 of the 8 dishes didn't make us want to spit them out. Because of how well they treat you and how beautiful and Zen feeling this property is, its a place we would most likely return to, but we would be very prescriptive on our food choices & we would also hope for a little cheaper rate, $1,700+ for their cheapest room for 3 of us, was a steep compared to other all inclusive with the same quality food, especially when you can't use the beach and there's no night life after 8pm for families.

The property is just gorgeous, as are the rooms. It's a huge property & the staff are so efficient at getting you to & from in carts if you choose not to walk. The gym is amazing, they have this awesome stretching machine in there as well as pilates equipment. I would stay here again without hesitation. I could keep going on honestly but the last thing I'll say is this place feels romantic so if you're looking to get away with your partner this is the perfect place. Cheers

BUT......Esperanza is on a different level and if you have the means....by all means I HIGHLY recommend staying here. The ocean view suites are stunning with amazing views. Service is the finest you will find. You have your own concierge who knows you when you arrive. Everyone there is friendly and wants to make your stay the best. Location is the best. The beach is great to swim. The pools are great. The restaurants offer varied options....although we only ate at one and it reminded me of a Luau. Gold courses close by. Pickleball and Tennis courts. Basketball courts. Great gym and spa. With so many options and so many new places popping up...I think Esperanza still is the tops with it's gorgeous grounds and stunning service.

The restaurants on-site were good and reasonably priced, comparable to what you would expect to pay elsewhere. There were a few fun activities available for kids, but I wouldn't consider this a true kid-focused resort. It seemed like there were many more activities geared toward adults, although unfortunately we weren't able to participate in most of them during our stay. The beach was beautiful, but it wasn't our favorite for swimming. Stronger swimmers will likely enjoy it more, and there was a lifeguard on duty, which was reassuring. Overall, the beautiful property, great service, and friendly staff made this a worthwhile stay. We would definitely consider returning. We visited during whale season and had a great view from our room of the whales jumping out of the water and passing thru.

My complaints are that, in spite of this being "in season," the resort is doing major maintenance. When I say major, I'm referring to large areas being closed off by temporary barricades, cement mixers running, and nonstop hammering well into the evening. Really Westin management?! And yes, I'm talking specifically to Westin leadership. Here's an idea -- finish one maintenance project, then, and only then, start on another project, don't make the whole place a noisy mess. Meanwhile, one of the advertised restaurants appears permanently closed. I would love to come back, but this situation is completely unacceptable and they certainty don't tell you anything disagreeable in advance, so...

The hotel is nice, but definitely not even close to luxury. I was disappointed with our stay. We got one of the best rooms in the resort, and all we could hear was traffic from the road. The beds were sooo uncomfortable. The pool bar wasn't open the entire time we stayed there, and the pool was painfully cold, to the point where it was uncomfortable to swim in. My husband and I both got sick after eating their fish tacos. And the resort next door had the loudest live entertainment that kept us up all night. I Gave them two stars, because the breakfast was good and the views were amazing! And overall the property was pretty clean. I just wish more people were honest with what I should expect. I wouldn't have booked our wedding anniversary here if I had proper expectations.

Upon checking in, they will take your bags for you and offer you a welcome drink. They'll also scan your passports. The rooms are very pretty! A classic Spanish, almost Greek style - there's beautiful tiles all around and lots of colorful flowers in every corridor. The rooms all have a couch, living room area, kitchen with microwave and small fridge, and a small dining area. There's free coffee and creamer and they give lots of water bottles. Restrooms are very modern and pretty. There is hot water. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soaps are all provided. Towels are changed everyday. There are also robes in the closet + hangars if you need. The service is pretty great here. We asked for multiple things throughout our stay (like a wine opener, straws, etc) and they were super accommodating. Everyone is very very friendly and nice. There's a pool area which was very beautiful. No jacuzzi, but its so hot anyway. You can order meal service by the pool - alcohol, smoothies, cocktails, you name it. We also got a hotel add-on for a picnic - picnic blankets under large beach umbrellas on their grass so you're not sitting directly in the sun. They serve charcuterie, a few bottles of wine, and some delicious chicken sandwiches. The meals here are ok. For dinner, I got the pork belly tacos and the pulled pork tacos. Both were ok but the price is hefty (about $11 per taco)! The free continental breakfast in the mornings is not bad. There's a buffet area with lots of fruit, granola, pastries, and some hummus/chips. You can also order eggs, omelets, bacon, sausage, and hash browns. Overall, I'd give their meals a 3/5. The next time I'm in Cabo, I would want to try an all-inclusive resort. But for non-all-inclusive, it was nice to stay here. I recommend it!

Title: Come for the Views, Stay for the Watered‑Down Drinks and CSI‑Level Housewares…read more Dreams Los Cabos has stunning ocean views, but everything else feels like the resort is being held together with hope, duct tape, and a prayer. Let's start with the room. Ours featured white patching on the closet wall, fixtures that looked like they hadn't been polished since the early 2000s, and a safe that opened only when it felt spiritually aligned. The ironing board cover looked like it had been part of a forensic investigation, and the iron was missing a knob -- which I assume fell off sometime around 2018 and nobody bothered to replace. The drinks were so watered down I'm convinced the bartenders are trying to keep guests hydrated for liability reasons. I've had stronger beverages at a toddler's birthday party. And speaking of beverages -- I injured my tongue on a chipped glass. Not a tiny chip either. This wasn't even the only cracked or chipped drinking utensil I found. At this point, I started wondering if the resort was running a secret "guess which glass is safe" challenge. Then there was the cookie‑jar incident. I accidentally broke the glass cover on a cookie display and they tried to charge me $30 USD to replace it. I explained it was an accident and asked them to show me the security footage so we could walk through what exactly I was supposed to do differently. Shockingly, they didn't take me up on that offer. The "24‑hour" Coco Café? It closes early, and the ice cream machine gets shut down at night because they "don't want to clean it later." Truly inspiring hospitality. And let's not forget the timeshare reps, who are so pushy they could probably sell sand to the beach. Even when you tell them upfront you're not buying, they treat it like a personal challenge. The staff themselves were wonderful -- genuinely the best part of the stay -- but they're working in a resort that desperately needs updates, maintenance, and a management team that actually walks the property. And just to confirm this wasn't a one‑off, we stayed in the penthouse at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta, and that property was also a dump. So apparently this is a theme with older Hyatt all‑inclusive resorts in Mexico. Come for the views. Stay for the stories. Leave wondering how Hyatt signed off on any of this. FORGOT TO MENTION: 1. STAINS ON THE SOFA 2. TOWELS I WOULD NOT EVEN WASH MY VEHICLES WITH 3. POORLY DRAIN BATHROOM SINK WE HAD BEEN THERE BEFORE FOR A SONS WEDDING AND ABOUT 5 YEARS AGO IT WAS STILL NICE. Dreams Los Cabos checked all the boxes. Welcome champagne upon arrival. Check-in process was quick as we had paid in advance. They will try to sell you an upgrade and timeshare by offering you free dinner on the beach and massages. Stand your ground and say no, unless you're interested. We were only staying for 3 nights so it wasn't worth it for me. The room was spacious, adequate, and clean. A bit outdated but the bed was comfortable and good hot water pressure for the shower. We also didn't spend much time in the room. The balcony was nice and we were able to watch a sunrise one morning. The mini fridge was replenished each day with bottled water and sodas. There are two pools. I like that there is an adult only pool that's quiet. People are there to relax, read a book and sunbath. The main pool is a bit more crowed with kids, family and daily activities. We did SUP yoga, finger painting and bracelet making. It was a lot fun. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We've tried every restaurants on the premises and all very good. I didn't have anything that I didn't like. Oceana is seafood restaurant - get the crab cake and chowder! Portofino is Italian. Bordeaux is French - get the prawn linguine and creme brulee for dessert. We went to Seaside Grill for breakfast and lunch. The Cerviche was amazing! World Cafe is the main dining room buffet style. We had breakfast there twice. It's really catered to family with young kids and no wait time. Not that we had to wait a long time for any of the restaurants because we like to eat early to avoid the crowd. Coco Cafe is 24 hours serving coffee, teas, smoothies, pastries, cakes, cookies and gelato! No reservations needed for restaurants. Each night they have some sort of show and entertainment. I recommend bringing $1s, $5s and $10s to tip the waiters and servers. It goes a long way.
