This company installed our pool about two years ago. After the job was completed, I contacted them to let them know the surface was still very rough. I sent videos and emails to explain the issue. Unfortunately, the owner responded rudely and even yelled at me. Now, two years later, we've had to acid wash the pool due to how rough and dirty it became. The tile work is also poorly done -- see the attached photos. I haven't even considered asking them to come back and fix anything because I'm genuinely concerned about being treated the same way again. I originally emailed them right away to share our concerns, and this is the kind of response I got. I've followed up again, but if the communication is anything like last time, I expect more of the same -- being yelled at and dismissed. Bottom line: I strongly recommend staying away from this company. UPDATE: I feel the need to clarify my experience, especially in light of the false claims made by the company's owner. To state that I "refused a startup" is completely inaccurate and misleading. At no point did I refuse anything essential to the process. Instead of working to resolve the issues professionally, the company repeatedly resorted to finger-pointing, raising their voice, and making accusations rather than reaching out to find a workable solution. I had to personally invest time and money into an acid wash to address problems like surface roughness and discoloration--issues that should have been handled properly by the company in the first place. Additionally, I take serious offense to being called a liar. The tile work was done through this company, despite their attempt to distance themselves from it after the fact. For them to publicly discredit me and misrepresent the facts is not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. Customer service is not just about completing a job--it's about standing behind your work and treating clients with respect. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Based on how I was treated and the lack of accountability shown, I cannot recommend this company. UPDATE again: Joseph emailed me and threatened to SUE me for defamation. How if I have photos of the work they did is this defamation? I am scared for my life now and have to possibly get a lawyer involved when all I am doing is speaking my experience with this company. They could have rectified the situation but instead continue to threaten me and yell. read more

Horrible pool contractor. Noga did a horrible job job on our pool, lied to us, and we have had nothing but problems since the pool was remodeled. We have been dealing with multiple leaks that we later found out were due to cracks that never got repaired when the pool remodel took place. We have stains on the plaster (we paid and we're told they are putting pebbletec but later found out it's regular plaster) due to their guys walking in the pool when the plaster was wet and leaving stains. Our pool pump (which they provided and installed) has not been working properly from day one due to plumbing issues. They will give you a low price to get in your door but will lie and cheat you throughout their work. The owner doesn't have time to observe his job-certified employees because he is too busy going to the gym and doing his personal business. Very unprofessional. He will sweet talk you and make you feel like he is there trying to help but will take advantage of you and give you a horrible remodel. You have been warned. read more

We unfortunately had started off with another pool plastering company who ran off with our deposit and some change after demolition leaving us in a bad situation. Watch out for Joseph and his son Nat. They are absolutely the worst, most dishonest contractors we've ever come in contact with. They did everything cheaply. We paid them $5,000 to install PebbleTec as our pool surface. They said they would, then they put in hydrazzo... a colored plaster (turns out they're not an approved PebbleTec applicator). Straight up fraud. We made a claim to their insurance company against their bond. We just heard back today... we'll have to take them to court because we are the THIRD claim that's currently pending against their bond. read more

I am Filing a fraud claim with my bank and stopping all payments. These guys are thief's. As a customer- I have been treated with pure disrespect. You pay for a service and don't receive anything?
