Had no idea this car wash was here! I used to go to the one off Lincoln and Glassell, but their prices got too high and they were charging like $3 extra for an SUV. Needless to say, I needed a better place. The prices here were actually pretty reasonable for what I was expecting. $27.99 for the silver package with rainbow wax. Came with all the other standard bells and whistles. I could have chosen super basic for $20 I believe. Pretty good. It took close to an hour- but I was behind someone else's car. And the attention they paid to my car was impressive. The staff was kind and helpful. Letting me turn the air on before they were done to cool it off for my daughter. I tipped the guy about 5 min later and was on my way. Overall, I was happy with the wash! Hopefully it will be like this the next time I come! read more

I ignored the 2.5 stars rating but now I get to see why.. I was offered a manager's special for $60 to get everything done ( rainbow wax , sealer wax, tires, bumpers , cleaning all weather mats, vacuum , windows). Let's just say I did not get everything as negotiated as an example wax has not been activated during the automated wash , back Mat has not been removed at first to wash it because the mat is hard to remove in a Model x, so I had to help the guy to remove and put the mat back in. when I asked the Cashier of the other missing services, she responded, I don't know what type of deal the person at the frontline told you so let me ask him. Cashier never get back to me. I suggest if you still decide to come here, just get a regular car wash.. or FIND ANOTHER CAR WASH. Let me start by saying, the guy who worked on my truck; worked his tail off. BUT, everything was done in the wrong order. We got the "Ceramic Coat" upgrade, and we have been coming here for years. My truck came through the tube, the sat for a bit before they started on it. So, the guy was spraying my truck with something, I asked what he was doing, to which he said water. Ok, it had started to dry before he was able to wipe it down, so that made sense. He wiped the car down, did windows, and then started dressing the trim. I said where is the ceramic coat. You need to do that before the trim. I talked with the supervisor, and then the manager because the guy said he had already done the ceramic. Come to find out that, managers own words, " it's not really a ceramic coat as it is sprayed in the tube right before blower. You don't put a ceramic coat on a wet car, google it and it will say not to do this. Fine, then he said that the "water" the guy sprayed on before the wipe down was the wax. My truck still had places where the guy had to work on it to get it clean. Again, you apply wax to a clean car; otherwise you are just sealing the dirt under the wax. Up to today, I would have recommended this place. BUT NOT ANY MORE. You get as good of a clean at the Shell station wash. Just wiped down. Buyer Beware of this place. read more

This place is not nearly as good as it once was. Maybe it's decent for just a car wash, but I would never have my car detailed there again. I had just the interior detailed for $220.00 yesterday and I had to bring the car back today because they did an awful job. They didn't clean the driver and passenger side floor mats and they didn't really vacuum the inside of the car like they should have. Customers BEWARE! $500.00 worth of damage! They damaged my vehicle and refuse to take responsibility! My car was fine when I dropped it off at the vacuum station/wash tunnel. When it came out from the dryer, one of the tires was completely flat. After inspecting the tire, I found a slash on the sidewall. According to the vehicle's logs, the tire went flat about 1 second after being placed in neutral (to roll through the wash tunnel). The tire was not repairable and needed to be replaced. I notified the cashier immediately but she was less than helpful. She handed me the manager's business card and told me I could fill the tire at the station's air compressor. My tire was completely ruined and my car was not drivable and I needed to be towed. No employees seemed to even care! This place is trash! Come here at your own risk. Since the incident, the manager, Ruben, is not taking any responsibility and now I'm out over $500.00. I've been a customer of this place for 5 years. It's sad to see how they treat (or, in this case, ignore) their regular customers. read more

They do a great thorough job of cleaning your car and offer great prices. One thing I really appreciate is that they will always dry your car in a shaded area to avoid water spots. As the saying goes "get a carwash it will rain" and it sure did the day after my visit here. I came back to see if they take a rain check and they don't but that's ok. Been here a few times and for the price of a regular basic wash they do a good job. If you think you're gonna come here on a lunch break expecting a quick wash you're boss will have you in the office for going extra long. Good or bad They don't rush the wash or the drying. I love that they dry it in the shade to limit water spots. After nearly a dozen times I've never had to tell them they've missed a spot. Been going to this establishment for years with no complaints. However on Nov 2, 2025 while there for a Silver Wash, my rear left door emerged with two deep paint chips and a scratch that were not there previously. I asked to speak to the manager who denied responsibility. I asked to see car wash video which did not show all areas of the car wash. When i continued to express dissatisfaction the owner asked to speak to my husband because its better to speak "man to man". I asked to complete an incident report and he claimed they do not have them. I will be filing a first party claim through my insurance. I have been to this car wash many times and they do a fine job cleaning the car but today they broke my windshield. Normally when a car goes through the car wash it only takes a few minutes. Once my car went in, they shut it down and my car didn't come out for 10 minutes. I was thinking that something probably happened to my car. So when it came out I checked it over and my windshield was as cracked. They told me it was like that when I came in. NO, it was not!! It is impossible not to notice the 16 inch crack going right across the driver side windshield. I know accidents happen, but to straight out lie about it and tell me that they saw the crack when I dropped it off, What Bull S*. Got back from a trip and had some bugs on front of our new pickup. I usually go to the drive thru express car wash but decided to try a full service car wash and went here for exterior wash. After the wash they parked my truck to the side and no one came to dry it. Then they moved the truck to the covered area and someone dried the windshield and roof. That's it. After waiting an hour I went back in to the lady at the register to see what was going on. She said "You ONLY got the exterior wash so the truck is done". I go out there and there are still bugs all over the front and water spots everywhere. The worker said the truck was done. I finally asked for a towel and took 20 min finishing the job myself. And they charge $20 for this? I'm not going back. I get unlimited washes at the drive thru wash on Tustin Ave for $28 per month. read more

Overall, they did a good job with my car, however they were not honest with me. 1. I have no problem waiting even an hour and a half to get a good car wash. However, I came and I had a schedule to keep. I was told that the car wash would only take 30 minutes. It ended up taking over an hour. 2. I was upcharged because they consider my vehicle to be an "SUV". I drive a Tesla model Y that fits easily in any compact car parking space in the country. What a joke! This is a very high volume car wash - meaning be prepared to wait. They also aren't extremely fast. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean they are really taking time to do a great job of washing your car. On the other hand, they don't suck. It's a decent wash most of the time. They don't get every little crumb for sure, and might not get every drop of water off, but I've never called for a manager to complain. Everyone I've encountered has been nice which helps. I used to love this place! They always impressed me on just how much work they put into every inch of the interior of my car. It was worth the wait and we'll worth the price. The last few times I went I noticed the quality of the work slipping but thought I can't expect it every time when the price was so great.. This last time will be the last time I tried. I don't know how it could take so long and I could watch the person walking around my car so many times only to get in and nothing be cleaned. I came home and took some wipes and all the spots I'd expected them to get came off so I know if they had actually done it, it would've been clean. They also didn't vacuum anything. I have no idea what they did while I waited but it sure wasn't wash my car.
