Very unprofessional, I would put a zero if I could, never followed up with me on time of drop off after making payment and I contacted him three days in advance before my delivery date never heard back from him, until I had to figure out how to get in contact with somebody that works there and they told me that my drop off would be at 10 o'clock, and then the day comes of my delivery date never showed up to delivery time after I took off time from work to wait for him. didn't end up dropping off to 4:00 PM and never bothered to call me or answer after calling him to let me know what was going on, when I finally got in contact with him and was able to get on the phone just to figure out what's going on he cussed me out, saying he's busy and didn't have to tell me his life story after just asking what time he would be here, don't ever use these guys read more

Meh, so so customer service. The receptionist can be a bit moody. We brought our golf cart in to have the TIRES replaced. She called a few days later saying "we don't have the same tires in stock, can we use what we have available or do you want to custom order" to me, a tire is a tire.. no big deal use the tire you have. We arrive to pick the golf cart up and notice they have removed our chrome RIMS and replaced them with black stock rims.. Confused, we ask where the rims were. Well apparently when she called, she meant to say that they didn't have the correct tire to fit our rims, and do the tire and rim needed to be replaced... All in all we asked that they remove the rim & tire that they installed and took the cart to a tire shop in Waipahu who ended up having the correct tire for our rim. Location is hard to find, Customer service sucks. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! read more

If I could put a zero I would. The owner is UNPROFESSIONAL AND SEXIST! DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED by Nohokai Productions Service. The cart was serviced by the previous owner twice. The cart stopped working after only a few drives after purchasing the cart, I asked for maintenance records from Nohokai which I received after a little resistance. According to the previous owner, he told them to take care of the parts that needed to be changed. The chock cable was kinked snd someone rigged up a wooden rod on part of the cart engine. I got the cart back and on Halloween, while driving with my daughter I heard a bang and loud dragging metal. Luckily we had just pulled off the highway. When I looked under the cart the skid plate was dragging and one zip tie was hanging on the bottom of the cart. I counted seven bolts missing and you can see that the clean metal is exposed with no residue indicating that it was recent. They changed the parts needed and after a few drives again the cart stopped working. The part came off because they did not do a good job tightening the bolts. In addition, the owner of Nohokai admitted to welding the governor prior to me purchasing the golf cart but left it out of the invoice when I asked for the maintenance records that I had requested earlier, I scheduled ahead to get the cart picked up and after sending an email indicating to confirm day and time there was no response about the pickup day and time. I called to confirm the time of pickup the morning of since I usually get some kind of call. No one answered their phone and no messages could be left because the mail bo was full. I called the owner and he was rude even though I told him why I was calling. He said that I was calling him all the time which was only once. Proceeded to yell and hung up on me. His level of maturity and professionalism is indicated in the text messages. The messages continued to be sexist and hate women that speak up and have any response. He continued to attack me personally when I have never met or known him personally. Definite CLOWN! read more

My husband and I bought our electric EZGo golf cart at Nohokai Production Services and had a terrific experience! We visited at least 3 more other stores and warehouses throughout Oahu that sold golf carts. Nohokai by far had the BEST selection and quality of golf carts, professional customer service, and reasonable prices. The sales rep we worked with was extremely responsive. The turnaround time to get modifications to our golf cart (additional seats installed) and delivered to our home only took 48 hours after purchase. Compared to Nohokai, the other stores and warehouses had sales people who were not responsive to our emails and calls, and golf carts that seemed junky and way overpriced. Some stores misrepresented the carts they sold online vs. what they carried at the store. They charged an arm and a leg for modifications and installations, and other warehouses claimed that the installations and delivery could take 4-6 plus weeks. Surprising given that at Nohokai it only took 48 hours after purchase! My husband and I are over the moon happy with our purchase at Nohokai and love our golf cart. Highly recommend Nohokai if you are looking for golf carts for your home! They also sell golf carts in bulk if you are a resort / business seeking multiple golf carts. read more

This was the easiest transaction we have ever made for these type of carts, Marina was super helpful, kept us informed at all times of the cart setups, scheduling, and delivery times. The carts arrived in perfect condition, detailed clean, charged, and ready for work. This company is located off the beaten path but well worth finding. It really saddens me to say after one month of having the work done on my cart and one month is there warranty. The light that they added for signals and hazard light don't work anymore and the cart is making very strange sounds coming from the springs. I called to check on the warranty they have for the customers and I got will call you back which I'm sure they talk to the owner and they called me back and told me we're full and recommend someone else. I had to ask again about my first question that was the warranty and the lady mentioned one month. Its funny how that works. well I pray that nohokai doesnt do this to anybody else. Like their dealings with other reputable companies and the military. it's a shame that you walk on the small people KARMA KARMA! I buy far am NOT a victim of anything I am just a consumer that had a very bad experience tried to call and get some help with the cart on the job that they did so now I'm worried what else is going to happen to the cart for my safety but hopefully the person they recommended will make it right . I spoke with one of their clients and he was very shocked on the letter that I got and he told me don't worry the owner is a business man and he'll make it right and it just got worse. I should also add the note that the owner sent me on yelp and later deleted. he called me a narcissist and was very unprofessional. a company should never no matter what treat a customer in that manner he called me uneducated and was very unprofessional. Being that I've had an organ transplant I have a very weak immune system and the stress of it all has put me into a very sick situation so I rather not stress over it anymore. Beware consumers. Bought some parts from this place ended up returning because found the same parts cheaper somewhere else. The bunkers are cool lady in the office was nice. Don't know if I want to come back just because I felt like I was being ripped off. read more
