I wasn't sure what was going on, but I knew it had to be looked at before It got worse. I contacted Dansen's Auto Repair and described over the phone what I've been experiencing. I go to Dansen's for safety check and oil changes as they always do excellent work and the prices are affordable. They were busy, but let me know it was OK for me to bring my car in and they were going to look at my car once they were done taking care of the automobiles they were working on at the moment. The narrowed it down to my starter, contacted me and ask if I wanted to move forward with replacing the starter. I said yes. They replaced the starter, tested it and contacted me to let me know. that my car was ready to be picked up. They finished it sooner than expected. I was so happy because my car gets me to frequent doctor appointments and physical therapy. I cannot Thank Dansen's Auto Repair enough for all of their hard work, honesty, excellent communication skills in the office and their amazing Technicians. I bet these guys make all their money charging for inspections and not actually repairing because nobody would actually pay their ridiculous prices. On top of that, they found a bunch of other things wrong with my car, and said total for repairs would be around $7k when I just went in for the brake job. I bought my car for 8500 total 7 years ago. The staff genuinely treats customers like family, they are honest, and never try to sell us unnecessary services. Since my spouse travels frequently for work, this is the only shop they trust to handle our car while they're away. Recently, I had an issue and was concerned about some noises coming from our vehicle. I left a voicemail, got a callback within an hour, and given our situation, they worked with us to come in to ensure everything was okay. But, just like a sickly child walking into the doctor's office looking perfectly healthy, our car didn't make the noise when it was checked, haha. The staff suggested recording the sound and bringing it back if it worsened over the weekend, as they are closed then. Also, when they don't have loaners available, they have a very reasonably priced partnership with Enterprise if a rental is needed. I'm truly grateful to everyone there for their caring and professional service. Before finding this gem, we had horror story after horror story trying to find a good shop for our vehicle. I called them up and they were able to take me the same day, got it done in a few hours and were able to use my own provided parts. The shop is extremely clean and the bay looks organized, seems they work on many different makes and models. After picking up my car they didn't install the O2 sensors because I didn't need it. The guy at the front went through what the cause was and gave me some tips on preventing it and they didn't even charge me! Car is running great so far. Great service and they earned a new customer, I will be back to service my other cars here soon, highly recommend this shop.

He begins walking around my vehicle looking at my car and checking whatever around the car. At this point it's 1:15pm. He walks into the office with my paperwork and Immediately comes back out and tells me, "Sorry..we're going on lunch". I was like, what? You told me to come back at 1. I was here before 1. I bought a new battery and alternator from the store and asked for a referral to a mobile mechanic, they gave me this card. Josh answered the phone immediately and agreed to come all the way out to Makakilo from Mililani where he was at the time, his price he quoted me was very fair. He arrived at my house within 30 minutes and immediately got to work on my car. There was an issue with the part, the girl at the store sold me the wrong part . Josh offered to drive all the way back down and exchange it. He came back with my change and agreed not to add to the original quote he gave me.
