I came here after a service at servco chevy. The tech noted that my rear brake lines and wires going to the rear end were stretched and maxed out....... Took my truck here to get a valve stem replaced, long story short, an employee dropped and damaged my wheel. Was promised either replacement or repair but did not receive either. I have called and even been down in person, even sending pictures of my wheels to be repaired but have never been called back to actually repair the damage done to my wheels. Big Mahalo to Jeff and his Crew. Got started on my lift at first crack upon opening up shop at 0900 and as promised had my F150 fitted up and sitting correctly at 1845. I purchased my RC 6" lift on my own, it's not a brand they carry in their shop but excellent work was done. The previous shop that did my RC 2" leveling kit was just all around sloppy. These guys are awesome. Unlike the dealership, they work with you. I have a 2015 Toyota Tacoma. Got some slightly bigger tires and noticed they are rubbing. As my truck has 70k, time to replace shocks. I found a set for $125 on craigslist. After realizing the installation is more than I am capable of, i contacted Maui Offroad and explained that i wanted to add 3" spacer to front and add-a-leaf to rear to lift and level truck. Within minutes they confirmed the shocks i purchased would work and scheduled appointment. I dropped off truck in morning and it was ready by end of day. Simple lift, but they met my deadline. I live in Kaneohe and work in Kapolei, so not having my vehicle for a day is not ideal. Long story short, i went to pick up my truck after work, and I was stoked. It had the exact stance that I was looking for, and looked cherry! Drove truck off lot, and everything felt super solid. This is where Maui OffRoad really sold me: I went to get alignment as recommended. I went to Capitol Auto (dont go there!). When I left my driver side was squeaking all over the place. WTF. I went back and asked them to take a look. Without looking at the vehicle they were confident it was not their work. Then went back to Maui OffRoad. They spent about 30 minutes (at no charge) investigated and found the issue, and determined it was the alignment. Decided to schedule to have Maui offroad install some brackets (as recommended, but not usually required) as the "best" solution to the problem. The fact that they checked out my truck, identified the issue, showed the issue to me, and confirmed that it was not their work, and didnt charge... yessir. Very happy to put my money in their pocket as i am confident they have my best interest in mind. After this experience I am so happy to be a customer. Their service is bar none! read more

I walked in and Jeff helped me get a 6" procomp lift cranked up to 8" with spc uca with blistein shocks and amp steps. It took about 2-3 weeks for the parts to get shipped in. And when we set up an install date, I was told it'll take 3 days. The day I came in for the install Jeff told me the procomp lift was on backorder. But he smiled and said we got you a fabtech lift instead. Which is usually more pricey and wasn't going to charge me extra. I was really happy and even more happy the day I picked up my 4Runner. I had to go back a day later because I think they forgot to recalibrate the tmps because the light was on. They did it in a matter of minutes. And then a few days later I went back for them to retighten the lift so I could keep my warranty with Maui Off Road. Hands down I have zero complaints with the service and recommend people going to Maui Off Road. They may be a little pricey, but I believe firmly what you pay is what you get. These guys been in the business forever and I'll trust someone who has the experience and knows what they're doing. Then going to someone that's cheap and having to go back because of problems. I constantly go back to yelp to tell my story with this company. My Jeep has been a work in progress, and I've waited 4 years to make it my own. Jeff at Maui has been extremely patient with me because I have been all over the place - and he has helped me stay in the right direction.
