Under new management. They DONT do gel or regular polish on acrylic nails. They have the gel polish sitting there they just refuse to use it on acrylics in an attempt to get more money out of you. They will charge you $55 for a fill in. Not to mention their selection of colors is very limited. The website is out of date and lists services they don't do. read more

I had the best experience here today. I walked in and there was no wait,m. They had a good amount of people working in there and were fairly busy. Tommy did my gel manicure and was really thorough. He worked diligently and talked to me while he painted. I personally love when the nail tech talks to me! He asked my name so her could remember for next time. Service is always immaculate ! Lately I've been going to Andy for my nails and not only does he do it quickly and efficiently, the nails last 3-4 weeks as well! This past time I had kenzy as my pedicure specialist and he made it an experience :) made sure I was comfortable with everything he did and paid great attention to detail with my French toes which is hard to come by. 10/10 experience would always recommend ! read more

This place did a bad job on my nails and they were expensive. I got a gel manicure and my nail chipped within 2 days. She only did one coat of my gel when you're supposed to do 2 (cheap). I called them and they said they would fix it so I went back in the next day. All she did was file my nail and fix the part that chipped instead of redoing those nails. This was lazy and they gave me an attitude when I was kind after they made a mistake. It was $40 for my nails and I tipped her $10. That is a a lot and I expected better. After she fixed my nail it broke again within 4 days. She also cut me while doing my nails and it has chipped towards my cuticles a lot to the point where they look terrible. read more

I used to go here religiously and see Vee, even though she has the utmost attitude everytime. The final straw was when I called 2 hours before my appointment and told her my lunch meeting was running late and if she had anything later that day or the next. She answered the phone with, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?". That took me aback and then she stated if I didn't make it to the appt that day she could never do my nails again. I've been here a few times with no issue before, a little expensive but it was worth it. My most recent visit the gentleman who did my nails was extremely rude, very rough using the electric filer to drill down my out grown acrylic and when i would jump because of discomfort/ pain he wouldn't show any kind of concern or even stop. I had to physically pull my hand away, i look forward to relaxing at my bi-weekly nail appointments so it's very upsetting that this visit was far from relaxing. Not to mention he was very obviously talking about me to his peers. The young lady on my toes wasn't as bad but didn't seem pleased to be working on me either. I'm still in the salon as I write this review. I will NEVER be coming back to this salon. I made an appointment on Monday for Friday at 5pm with Vy. I've been here several times before but I think this will be my last. I show up at 5pm and Vy just stares at me like you here for me no smile anything. I showed her the picture I wanted and she pulled out several pink colors but nothing was like the picture. She tests a few pinks on my hand and tells me we don't have that pink. Not even offering gel or something similar that can accommodate the look I was going for. It was a basic ass Barbie pink. Then she proceeds to say your appt was at 6 you need to hurry up and pick a color I have someone else waiting. Then talks shit in Chinese language or whatever. I was appalled like EXCUSE ME. I called at the beginning of the week when there was plenty of openings and I KNOW what time my appointment is for. That's there fault if they wrote it down incorrectly. The last time I booked with her she basically called me multiple times to see if I can come earlier bc SHE double booked. Vy's attitude is trash AF and it's unfortunate bc her work is good when they do have the color you want here. On top of it all they are expensive compared to other salons in the area. read more

Noire Nail Bar is an excellent nail salon. The establishment is clean. The decor beautiful and the spa chairs are very comfortable. I also really enjoy the friendly staff. I appreciate the smiles and the helpfulness of everyone who works at this nail salon. I usually have Pin do my nails. He is an exceptional nail technician. He is precise, careful and creative. I am in healthcare and I am very hard on my hands. Despite this, my SNS nails last about 3 weeks. I would highly recommend Noire Nail Bar and Pin for all of your nail needs. read more

Terrible customer service. I won't go into detail because I don't feel like typing out the whole ordeal...but to make a long story short, the lady at the front desk threatened to call the police after giving the wrong pricing over the phone when I called. Although I was satisfied with my nails, I refused to tip after they tried to charge me more money. I was called "cheap ass" as I walked out of the door. I'll be that! I've been seeing my Vy (my nail tech) since I was 16 and she always does an amazing job. I am so proud that she can call her this place her own now! I love the whole vibe of this salon is so causal and still so beautiful all the employees are sweet and do a great job. It is very clean and maintain the cleanliness to the pedicures and manicures. I get acrylic and love the vast colors and things they can do. Almost everyone can do trendy design so if your into that like me, they will make it a reality. I had to transfer from having long nails and going to short for my job and I thought that would be a problem because I love to get designs but Vy had done stellar. Definitely schedule an appt. because though they take walk in's it's usually booked. Also check out there Instagram to see all the techs, if you want a certain person! It was ok. I expected more given the reviews. The man who did my pedicure was a little rough and I didn't get a sugar scrub even though I got the signature pedicure. $55 for an ombré acrylic overlay. I absolutely hated it. For starters, the lady who did them tore up my cuticles with the drill. Each hand had 3 fingers that were cut up-ouch! Less than one week later,quite a few nails were already lifting. On top of that, they were lumpy, uneven and not unison in shape. This was my first time doing the ombré (the colors didn't even match the pic I showed them from their instagram page) so I didn't catch that the white part was too high up the nail, it looked horrible! So I just stopped by for waxing no nails due to time constraints. I didn't even finish because of my overall concern regarding the technician's poor cleanliness. I noticed during the wax that she used the same stick numerous times on my face and stuck it back in the wax. As a health care professional that was enough to scare the s%$÷ out of me. I also informed the front desk attendant that this how people get infections etc from poor practices. Also this facility isn't set up from a wax perspective to be viable. There isn't even a bed or reclining chair for the customer to lay back in during the process so im pretty sure she couldn't even see and I was highly uncomfortable. All red flags to run like hell from here for a wax perspective. I gave 3 stars because who knows I might try them for nails if I don't have a life altering infection on my face from the terrible wax situation and the salon is very pretty shiny stuff anywhere. read more

I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish and a pedicure. It was my first time here, and my first time ever getting acrylics. I think Jenny did my nails (I'm horrible with remembering names), and she continuously checked in on me to make sure I was okay with what she was doing. Another quiet lady did my pedicure, and she did an amazing job! They were both really nice and made an effort to smile at me and communicate. Don't go if you are in a hurry. Don't believe the receptionist if they say there is no wait and they can start you right away. Don't expect an apology or acknowledgment that they are behind what you've been told if they have you waiting 25 minutes instead of the five minutes they've estimated. Go at your own risk but be prepared to experience rudeness, discourtesy, and being called a liar by the nail tech about your experience after you've paid. I hope this review helps to save someone time's and from feeling disrespected and disappointed. And I hope their receptionist will realize how unfairly their poor communication sets up a bad experience for their nail techs with clients. Sadly, the salon was also very dirty. Dirty equipment, nail polish bottles...the entire time I was there, there was a dirty latex glove across from where I was seated, in the middle of the salon floor. Noire is a nice and clean place. The prices are pretty comparable to the location but what sets them apart is Pin! He's INCREDIBLE at what he does. He is so thoughtful, attentive and helpful when I can't decide what I want. His designs are impeccable as SNS is the best I've had. He is truly the nail tech of my dreams!! Tommy and Cindy are great too and everyone is really nice and welcoming. I give 4 stars though because the pedi's aren't great and they seem a little skimpy on the massage. Then not even 1 week later the gel started peeling and he left my toenail too long and it broke off and when I asked to get it fixed they said only the person who did it can fix it. Why would I want to go back to that same person if they messed up in the first place?? Waste of time and money. I will never come back there or recommend this place. I hosted an nail party here for one of our clients and it was great success! They have the cutest decorations and were so helpful. They blocked off 8 chairs for us in the back room. We brought in some bubbly and a cheese board with some fruit. They had the cutest little bar cart for us to use to serve our clients. They were fully staffed for our party so no one really had to wait, many of us got two services (mani and pedi) so I we did wait a little in that case but someone always had a service. They manager walked around and filled our glasses and made us feel so welcome! I will definitely be back for another client event soon! read more

I came here before and had a decent regular mani pedi. I returned today for a colored french tip manicure and brought a photo for reference. While the color was off - and i could live with that- the polish was very sloppy and thats my issue. The sides of the nails were not done! The whole nail should be painted- thats nail care 101- basic skill needed. The tip lines are short and again do to extend to the edges of the nails. Its like the sides of the nails didn't exist! I tried to get her to get the tip line more straight instead of the "smile" shape and she did not get what I was asking for after repeated attempts to communicate the shape - and had her fix two of them that were the worse and now the line is feathered and thick. So disappointed with this service. I at least expected the nail to be painted properly and the technical issues with the tip line were just too much to ask for, I guess. read more
