Came here on a whim on a Saturday because I desperately needed a pedicure. I got the basic pedicure for $35. Surprisingly there was no wait at all, and I was the only customer in the whole store. I was immediately seated and greeted by my technician, I think Chloe was her name. I thought she did a great job and I really liked how my nails turned out. She took her time with callous removal, painting the color, and even gave me a short massage. One thing to note is that they charge a fee when paying with a credit card. I deducted a star because there was nowhere that indicated this nor was I informed about it until I had already paid. I felt that there was a lack of pricing transparency there. They also had a coupon on the Yelp page for $5 off any service but they didn't let me use it and said it only applied to full sets. A bit of false advertisement... Overall, I recommend it for the service I received but just beware of fees. read more

I went to lush for a polish change on my Toes and to fix one of my Acrylic big toes. I left out with absolutely no acrylic on any of my toes. The tech working on me took the liberty to cut off all the acrylic that I had on my Toes (that I had gotten placed last time I was there and it was still in good shape ) leaving my toe nails uneven and then told me to reapply it would be $10 per toe. I told them I would just pay for the polish removal As I felt played and I wasn't going to fund whatever scam they are running. Don't come here. read more

Win did an excellent job on my pedicure!! I called in for a last minute and appointment and he saw me right away. All the staff was very welcoming. The interior is super bright white modern and luxurious! They over a variety of pedicure options and additional services - See my photos which includes a listing/prices of the services they offer. They are located off Hammond drive in the Perimeter Expo Plaza that houses Newk's eatery, Nordstrom Rack, Old Navy, Onelife fitness gym and several other businesses. I plan to return in a few weeks for another pedicure and see they are consistent in their offerings. However my initial experience was exceptional! Shouts out to Win!! On a business trip from out of town I ran in between meetings. They had a bizarre method for taking off my dip. Took three tries. Buffed nails so much they felt thin and weak. Shaped them totally different from what I had, leaving sharp, square edges. I had to make her go back because some were literally on an angle. My thumb, index and middle finger on each hand broke within a day. The finish was gummy. All are chipped. Three guys sat around playing on their phones while one girl was left to finish a previous client, ring him up, answer the phone, work on me. It took a long time and came out like crap. Decided to give this place a try seeing its around the corner from the house right next to Publix which is great and convenient. Well first impression walking in looks really good great atmosphere. The chairs are nice, chair even charges your phone so far so good right?? Well I was here for service not looks, the young lady who did my hands and feet energy was just so depressing, I mean hey sometimes we all don't feel like being at work but sheesh!!! I walked in feeling good ready to get my feet tended too walked out feeling like someone just broke my heart dang. My hands and feet almost look the same as when I walked in. She literally just rubbed my hands and feet barely doing anything cosmetic. Normally I would snap, but I was just ready to get the heck out of there her energy was weird seriously. where should I begin? First of all they don't have a armrest so when you're getting your nails done it's very uncomfortable. Your hand is constantly being yanked and pulled on because it's very uncomfortable to hold your arm up for them to do your nails. I can feel the negative energy as I was getting my nails done by the lady she must be new I'm not sure but she was very rude and bitter, I was so irritated that I was there for over an hour and 30 minutes that I didn't even do the polish on my nails because I didn't wanna wait any longer. I will not be back. This was the second location that I went to and service was trash. I don't know why they have all these good reviews. read more

I went to this location on July 4th to get a mani and pedi. By far the worst service I received. I was greeted by a shorter woman with glasses on very petite. I was quickly rushed to my chair, where the woman never placed the massage chair on. She had a gentleman help by doing my pedi. I informed the woman that I wanted to have a gel nail set. She made me feel so uncomfortable. I was told that I couldn't put on lip balm, nor could I respond to text. Mind you this was a gel mani (no added tips or anything extra). Once I selected the color, which I thought was pink. I wasn't allowed to view my nail color until after she was finished. She constantly huffed and puffed every time I tried to get comfortable. After all the services were completed, I was so upset about the service I received, as there was only myself and one other woman in the shop. I went to the front to pay my bill and they told me that it would be $97 dollars. I was never given the amount, even when I asked while being serviced. They only informed me of my pedi and thats because I begged for that. I felt that $97 ridiculously high being that I didn't have any fake nails added, and the color I thought I selected was non-existent. Needless to say, I paid my invoice and left. Two days later I called asking to speak to the manager because my nails were chipped. I was told that the owner would call me back, but never did. I kept calling until the last time I called, I was told that I couldn't speak to a manager and that If I were to come up there to speak with them they would call the police on me. I felt attacked in this situation due to the color of my skin (I am a black woman). I find it insanely disrespectful and unprofessional that I was treated so poorly Lush Nail Bar in Dunwoody. I believe that what they did was well worth a partial refund, however, the lady stated all of this was my fault. SMH. I will be sure to tell anyone to never go to this location. I got a gel set and after 4 days two of my nails have cracked and popped off. I showed up on Sunday to get them fixed at 5:30PM and the door was locked. The lady working informed me that everyone had gone home but online and on their door it states that this location closes at 6PM on Sunday. I'm very disappointed because I've been to this location several times and recommended it to family and friends but I will not go back due to how she rudely closed the door in my face and refused to service me after driving back to the 1110 Hammond Dr. location. read more
