    I was in Atlanta for work and needed my nails done. I stalked IG for different places and found The Nail Nest! All of their work looked impeccable and they had many artists that were skilled in design. They also offered Gel-X which is what I wanted. They do appointments online so you can choose your artist and pick your time without having to call. The salon is very clean and decorated nicely. They were playing really good R&B music so it was a vibe! You can tell they take professionalism and customer care seriously. I wanted a marble look and my tech had never done this particular one before but she executed it perfectly just like the inspo pic I showed her. The pricing is slightly above what I'm used to but you get quality for sure. I plan to visit again next time I'm in the city!

    I've heard about The Nail Nest for a while now but for some reason always thought it was hard to secure an appointment. One day I decided to finally plan ahead and book the appointment in advance because they are indeed reservation only! I went on their instagram @the.nail.nest for booking instructions. Long story short, I had some booking issue and their social media personal was so helpful with helping me navigate the site, and adding on a well needed pedicure to my reservation. On the day of my visit I was very pleased by how professional the staff was. I was welcomed by name and instructed to wash my hands and have a seat. The decor is giving enchanted forest where all your nail dreams can come true!! I've now been twice; Katie has done my set both times and I'm obsessed! She has the precision of a surgeon, and goes off every time!!

    I love the nail nest SO much! Every tech is so talented, Hannah is so nice and does such beautiful work. The salon is very cute and clean, I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my nails done!!

    Started coming here in July in search of a new, small boutique style nail salon. This one came recommended by another friend who tried their GelX service here and loved it; however I usually get a manicure, dip powder with tip enhancements. My priority was to find someone I can connect with(and I found her here!) All of their nail techs are really talented and do an excellent job. Check out their IG to see. Important things to note: * masks are required for entrance and service. They can provide one for you. * wash your hands upon checking in. * They are a pre-pay service salon, which is a great benefit and adds to the customer experience while at the salon. You must book in advance. I never have to whip out my wallet once my nails are done and just an ease to getting your nails done that a lot of mega nail salons cannot provide. Everybody that booksa service goes thru the same process, so the atmosphere is really spa-like, with good music, and they provide light refreshments (water, soda... that kind of thing) * They are in a small plaza right off the main street so you can end up missing it if you aren't paying attention. They have designated parking spots directly in front of their door however those get filled pretty quickly. There is always parking available, otherwise. * The team is accommodating if you communicate. I made a mistake in making a same-day booking the wrong tech. I called an hour before my appointment and they changed it without a problem. All of their techs do great work and you won't go wrong with anyone! I'll have to try GelX for the holidays.

    They are extremely unprofessional! I called them April 9th 2021 to see if I can setup an appt, because the portal wasn't allowing me to process anything just completely shaded gray. Common sense would tell you they are booked, but the portal still says otherwise. The guy whom I spoke to said to book "Monday" April 12th 2021, and that's when the books will open at 11:00am. April 12th 2021 on a "Monday" at "11:00am" on the DOT arrives, and still the same issue. Therefore, I continue to try & still nothing. I go on the IG page, and to send a message since they are posting non stop continuously, and said they have specific staff that specialize in a certain skills set/service requested (understandable) but pretty much said they hold a priority over specific clientele. Word from word "Some of them have their SET CLIENTELE." They also proceeded to say to look on their IG for my updates, as if there aren't adults w/ real lives that handle business. I'm required to hunt them on IG for status updates (so unprofessional). Last, I told them in message that I've tried 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am so see the availability to book my appointment, and all they said was since the weekly books open up at 11am, which is why I couldn't book anything. That I understand and again I tried 11am on a Monday April 12th, and I explained that to whomever I was talking too & they looked at my message & didn't respond after but they posted this on the page. Never again. I'm a private flight attendant, and therefore having structure when it comes to a schedule is VERY IMPORTANT. My delivery was never rude & disrespectful, and I understand them being limited in staff due to COVID-19. However, their responses & the online portal/system they have is poor. ***UPDATE & NEW PHOTO ADDED*** So they had time today. THE OWNER had time today & it's never about my schedule, it's about how the "Nail Nest" does they're scheduling & the professionalism for me. I had a random conversation w/ one of our "Clients" a passenger of ours on the Jet that complained about you won't believe who "Nail Nest" for exactly the same reason. It was quite a long flight from Atlanta to Sardegna, but the wife (my passenger) has a second home there & stay for Fall/Winter seasons. She complimented me on my nails, and proceeds to tell me about her recent experience "Nail Nest." My client vented to me about the online portal which was terrible, and when she tried make a phone call to arrange an appointment the conversations were very short & rude. They don't even invest in a portal that operates. Thankfully I found a fabulous personal nail tech in the the Buckhead area. Although, it's a little pricey her work & communication is worth it. As for that establishment or operation it's very unfortunate for them, because me being in private aviation flying Part 91 & 135 I come across some veryyy prestigious individuals & let's just say word gets around real fast. You never know whom you might be dealing with, and should treat everyone w/ respect. Happy you found your niche of clientele, stay blessed.

    I got my eyebrows done yesterday! Lady was so nice! She did a great job she didn't make my brows too thin just cleaned them up to my sizing. Price was reasonable, definitely worth it! Was in n out in a jiffy !

    I did not think I could love The Nail Nest any more, but I was proven wrong today. I typically only go for my hands, but in November the tech who did my pedicures (at a different shop) let me know she was leaving, and she didn't say where she was going. I had a backup in that location and wasn't too worried. Then, Nessa posted about how good her mom, Snow, is with pedicures, particularly ingrowns. I zero'd in and booked a pedi for today after my reg nail appt. If you have ingrowns, you know how painful they can be, and it's always been just as painful to have them worked on. Let me say this...Snow sat down and went to work. There was a little (and I mean VERY little) bit of pain at one point, but overall a breeze. I was in shock. Also, the nail she cut from the sides of toes was a indication that my old tech had just been playing with my feet these last 4 years. I will be going to Snow from this day forward. Now, this post makes it sound like my feet are "tow-up from the flo up." I don't have hammer time at all. I'm just glad that my feet look and, most importantly, FEEL so much better. Snow has a new regular!!! Now I can get my pampering done in one location.

    Finally after searching high and low for a nail tech that can apply nails + do beautiful designs + within budget! I visited for the first time today and was not disappointed. My nail tech was Pin and he is so nice, I actually probably kept bugging him via Instagram to see if he had any cancellations.... when he didn't he would check in with me to see if I could come in if there were cancellations. Schedules aligned and I was able to secure my appointment. It was a great experience, but even better nail care quality. All nail technicians are really good, and you can see it on their own hands displaying their own nail art. The salon is super cute and the music selection was just what I needed... calm and relaxing. Uh! Yes please :)

    This place DISCRIMINATES and they are sooooo rude. Take it from me I've been their customer for months. Read all the 1 star reviews on here- I believe every single one of them after what they just did to me for absolutely no reason. I will gladly find another salon. The management and employees are on such a high horse you would think this is the first lady's salon. It honestly blows my mind. I've been going to this place for a few months now and I get basic fills and full sets, barely speaking to techs, and tipping very well. As you can see on their Instagram, they have people who have the most time consuming nail art/designs. I requested an appt for a fill in and they denied me an appointment saying my "they don't feel they can meet the expectations and difficulty of my nails and I should find another salon." Please see the picture of my last fill . You are a BUSINESS. Ran by loyalty of customers who PAY you. Humble yourself and calm down

    DO NOT GO HERE !!! This lady cut me multiple times, got mad about me and stopped doing my nails because I wanted them short. Then she claimed she couldn't take my previous polish off but had to paint over top of them and then kicked me. They got in my face, harassed and threatened me. She also was extremely aggressive EVERY-TIME I requested that she be gentle with my hands. A young male then proceeded to escort me out and got in my face while antagonizing me with a camera in my face.

    What I asked for vs what I got. Before I left I expressed dissatisfaction with ($30) design and was told to call and DM management. The policy stated that the nail salon could fix things before departure but a refund could not be issued. I asked to have the design removed and noted bulkiness of the nail. The tech who serviced me, the tech who checked me out, and the manager insisted there is nothing wrong with the nails. The manager stated that designs " cannot be replicated" when I asked for a removal / refund for the design. The kicker is I witnessed another dissatisfied customer have her design redone. Of snow couldn't get close she should have said that. I wasted $90 and over 3 hours of my time.

    I love the nail nest and happy to come over, because Pin works here now. He is literally the best and such a creative artist. Pin has great design skills and constantly learning more. He is knowledgeable of new trends and styles that I often inquire about. Love love love the ambiance and safe atmosphere nail nest provides as well due to Covid-19. Mask are required by staff and clients and there are plexi glasses in between stations and on nail tables to limit the spread of germs . From my visit, safety measures were executed well. As a person who loves rewards, I would love if the owner implemented a reward system. That would literally be icing on the cake.

    I've been going to The Nail Nest for about a year. Nessa and her artists are amazing. Snow and I collaborate on each set. I love the various designs and trendy techniques available. Apres Gelx gives me the versatility I love. I can switch between stiletto, coffin, or almond in various lengths. I always get compliments on my nails every where I go. I highly recommend Nail Nest.
