Very rude and unprofessional. Good work though. While Ethan (the husband) gave me a pedicure, he spoke the whole time about trying to get me into a pyramid scheme and sending me a video to set up a "zoom meeting". Then asking me about it everytime I came back in. You know the whole spiel; mentorship, and startup help, etc. Mia (the wife) kept handling my hands like I was the problem. She made me bleed and said it was my fault because I had paint on my hands. Also up-charging nail services where there's no way out for an introverted person. She also kept telling me I needed micro blading and purposely messed up my eyebrows so that I would agree the next time. This happened twice. She also told me I need to wax my upper lip. I missed a morning appointment and they texted my personal number calling me mean with some emojis attached. I really enjoyed this place my first couple of times and they really do a good job. They wouldn't let me leave and i was forced to call my family member to bring me cash. They made me still pay in full and were extremely unprofessional about the situation. HORRIBLE. I was literally assaulted by the nail lady and i am 15 years old. She cut my hands up very badly, would not stop when i asked her too, would not tell me how much my nails would cost, and very rude and pushy. Tried to make me pay $60 for these nails after i told her not to do them multiple times and just stop. She also used builder gel when i asked for acrylic and tried to charge me extra. I said i would pay $20 or nothing and then she walked away so i left she then chased me out the store and started pushing me trying to make me go back in. I called the police because she literally assaulted a minor. Horrible customer service, horrible people, horrible business. They have multiple tiers of pedicures so be sure to keep that in mind when making your selection. my pedicure wasn't the most relaxing experience I've ever had. The nail technician was a little rough with the massage and the massage chair didn't function properly. It actually hurt. So I totally missed out on the relaxing experience of my pedicure. My nails look really good. They were exactly what I wanted so I was pleased with that. However, the nail technician was really aggressive when it came to tipping. They didn't ask me if I wanted to leave a tip. She started showing me her Venmo QR and was asking if that's how I was gonna leave a tip or if I was going to get cash. Had an appointment with Mia based on some good reviews. I arrived 15 min before the appointment. I had not had a manicure for 20 years on a cruise ship and just thought I would get a little pampering. Instead I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time and was finally taken back to Mia - but not really... Mia continued giving a manicure to an individual sitting right next to me, never introduced herself and had a very young woman who was able to tell me that she "didn't speak English" give me the manicure. Who does that? As the young lady who gave me the manicure worked on my nails a young man her age sat next to her and was being trained as they spoke to each other in a foreign language and ignored me altogether. So rude. My wife had suggested that I get a clear shine top coat which was supposed to be included per the brochure/menu. It was never even offered, however, because the technician couldn't speak English and never asked. She just assumed I didn't... My fault for not leaving immediately but I literally did not know who was giving me the manicure - I thought it was Mia. I left a tip greater than 20% tip because that's what grown-ups do. The nail tech, who was the manager was extremely rough on my nails, applying extreme pressure with the drill, she was rushing and was not listening to what I wanted in terms of shape, she kept over talking me. She became extremely frustrated with me and pushed my hand in the uv light dryer. She then yelled at me and told me that I was rude while working on another client. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Another nail text reshaped my nails but it's still not great. They still wanted me to pay. I ended up meeting with Trinnie and showed her a picture of what I had in mind. She was able to create these beauties and used my picture as inspiration. Just because you redo a building, place a bright and sparkly chandelier on the ceiling does not make you any better of a nail shop, then an old nail shop that's been around for years! When I walked in the atmosphere was nice, I was attended to quickly, but I did not see a price list! I was seated and work was being done promptly. I went to get a fill-in on three week old nails from a previous shop. I know my nails were lifting, but I was going to be just fine without getting an up charge of a new set while he was doing my nails we had a little conversation, but he kept cutting my fingers no matter how many times he heard me say "Ouch" and pull my hand away my pinky finger hurts now one day later. As well as when it came to painting my nails with the gel color he would do three fingers at a time had me dry them and I was confused because that's never happened to me before so I didn't know what was going on. I just prefer yet again, painting all the nails at one time And sticking them in the UV lights but yet everyone is different to each his own. This business gave me a toenail infection from a pedicure performed by a new hire that goes by (Tina). They provided me with their insurance and they have been non responsive. I filed a claim with Better Business Bureau and an employee spoke on behalf of the owner (Hay Nguyen) and threatened me with restraining orders and calling the police if I returned (like I did something wrong, I was not irate or disrespectful in anyway). In fact I asked them to talk in private about my issue so customers would not overhear. Then I got a more favorable response from whom I believe was the owner. I was told to provide the medical bills and then they completely stopped responding. Mia, was totally unprofessional when I tried to obtain the name of the employee that provided my service but she already told me the name before the male worker spoke in their native language and ordered her to stop talking to me. I went in for a pedicure and eyebrows. A $70 visit turned into $450 worth of bills and a missing toenail. If I can find the time I will take this up with small claims court. read more

The young lady that did my husband was very good took her time gave us what we paid for. However when the lady come to do mine she was very rushed she was slinging stuff around splashing water everywhere halfway did the hot stones it just wasn't that pleasant experience. So for the young lady who did my husbands she received a bigger tip because she deserved it. Today I went in to have my nails done. The young lady was being very rough with my hands pulling them around and you could tell she had an attitude. At this point I ask is there something wrong.? She said you had a pedicure yesterday? I said yes ma'am I did ! You only tip five dollars. I said that is correct because the girl did not do a quality job. And I quote "you have big diamond on your hand you need to tip bigger". A tip does not come from what size diamond or what size Wallet one has. A tip comes from the quality of work performed. This salon is a mess. My friends and I came in to get pedicures. I wanted simple black polish. My friends received French pedicures (they were bad, check their reviews). Firstly, when the women started on my feet the other employees gathered around and watched her work. It was creepy and we couldn't understand why they were look at my feet so intensely. But I let that go and let her finish. When leaving we noticed that my toes were actually DARK BLUE. I politely went inside to let the manager know she nodded and sat down to help someone else. I stood there waiting before I had to wave someone else down. After I showed my toes they all looked confused. So I told them to look in the sun. Then it was "oh yea that is blue" ... 4 people had to look before believing me as if I can't see. I kindly asked for a small compensation for THEIR mistake. The manager laughed in my face and told me to come back later or get over it... even the woman that wasn't with us shook her head and because it was ridiculous . Just poor customer service and a rude manager that wouldn't take responsibility for her staff. The 2 male employees were pleasant and tried to help me, but Miss Scammer the Manager had an issue. I went to the back to wash my hands and try to apply pressure.. went outside to get some air and some peace... went back inside to speak with the manger let him know that I was dissatisfied with my service and that I'm still bleeding.. he stopped the pedi he was doing to get me some green stuff to put on my nails... but then went to touch my nail with the same gloves he was doing his pedi with... he apologized and stated he will give me 10% off my next service.
