I'd give this overall a 2.5. I was extremely surprised that it being sandal weather, that there were no customers. I did not feel very confident in my technician's ability to give me a nice pedicure, but the end result was satisfactory. I did pay for an upgraded service but I don't think the experience received was a match for the price. And it seems everyone working here smokes and congragates out back when not working. Beware! Dirty and expensive! Horrible! Got an eyebrow wax here on a whim and she rinsed her hands off and then put her wet hands all over my face! $12 for an eyebrow wax is valid if it's super clean work and looks great but they looked terrible and I had oil and wax all over my hair. I'm pretty sure I felt her pull wax off my lash extension too! They had the back door open and were smoking out back. read more

Well done! Ashley does my nails and I absolutely love her! My mom, me and my daughter all go here and it's always a very positive experience , everyone is very friendly and attentive. I'm a hairstylist and I can be very hard on my nails but Ashley gets me right every time! An older guy (sorry can't remember his name) does my mom's pedicures and she loves how he really takes his time massaging, absolutely no rushing, she really likes that! I really like this place!  It's convenient to my house,  it's new and clean, very bright, the nail techs are pleasant, and the prices are decent. That said, I have to agree with some of the statements from the other guests. The good and bad... they always use plastic liners in the bowls, open new scrubbers for your heels, have nice massage chairs, flat screen tvs all around (that work - chuckle) etc. The not so good? They don't have nail dryers. After spending $55, you want to make sure your nails are dry. Also, I have calloused heels, but the last time I went, the tech really didnt do much to remove the callouses. My toes were pretty, but my heels almost looked the same as when I went in.  Lastly, I gave the tech a cash tip. But, somehow, an extra $26 tip was mysteriously added to my bill. Hmmm. Luckily the tech caught me as I was leaving and told me about it afterwards, because I hadn't noticed. I thought maybe this was just a crazy mistake. I knew I hadnt entered a tip in when I was paying.  But, in reading another review, seems like this may be common practice. They wanted to give me a store credit, but I told them I wanted my cash back since I used my debit card. I'll probably go back. Like I said, its conveniently close to my house. Plus Lily was the tech I used my first time there.  She was GREAT!!  I'll ask for her next time.  But, word of caution...PLEASE read your receipts. Make sure that there aren't any extra, unexpected, 'tips' added to your bill. read more

Don't say I didn't warn you. First off, that lil "20% off any service" banner they got hanging is a joke. Their prices are standard prices you'll see at most of your salons so stop it. The guy who did my pedi, bless his heart. I asked multiple times for a list so I could actually CHOOSE the type of pedi to get. He wasn't picking it up. I finally asked a young lady who gave me a menu. At that point, it didn't even matter because ol boy had already filled the bowl up and started on my feet. Okay cool. Then he's cutting down my left big toenail and boom, he cuts down sooooo low that I let out a loud screech. I mean, he cut it down to the skin. It hurt so bad. I'm very surprised it didn't bleed. He almost repeated this on my right foot and I had to yell about 3 times not to cut it down so low. He may not hear well. He struggled with the polish. For some reason, he could not stop getting paint on my feet I'm like, sir, are your glasses due for a prescription renewal? I mean everything about this pedi was damn near painful. He scrubs the bottom with that hard little dohicky but he's not paying attention so it keeps hitting my Achilles. Ouchhhhh. Maybe this place is hit or miss but it's def not my cup of tea. read more

The place is filthy. A layer of Dust and grime on everything. Every manicure station I looked at had lamps with a film of dust, the drying machines had fingerprints all over the tops, and also a layer of dust. The tables clearly are not getting wiped down as well as the drying station for feet. The surfaces are not getting wiped down of prints , so clearly they are not being disinfected. The glass front door has smudges all over that was the first sign I should have headed. . There was a small cactus on the drying station that apparently had been knocked over and Soil spilled out. No one bothered to wipe up the soil although the cactus had been put right. Someone left a half used bottle of water at the drying Station and. No one bothered to remove it. Water stayed there my entire mani-pedi visit. Dust on the windowsills, etc. Afraid to look at restroom. There is no excuse. It's not like they're that busy. When I went in , there were clients in, but all the operators were sitting around on their phones. They could've been wiping things down at that point. The layer of dust I saw was not from one day alone. These people are not cleaning, and if they're not cleaning the things we see, imagine what we don't see. Operator came out with clippers and files and other metal tools in an open basket unlike where some come with sterilized tools sealed in wrapping, and they open them in front of you. I asked if their tools were sterilized. She said yes, and when I asked how, she took out a bottle of what she said, was alcohol and sprayed the tools. Sorry, not good enough! I will NOT be returning. And I do not recommend this place in the least , if you care about your health, dignity and comfort. read more

I came back for my 2nd visit and was fortunate enough to get Ashley. She is such an upbeat, professional, caring beautiful woman. She not only treats her client's wonderfully but she also makes sure EVERY client is happy and checks on everyone regularly without making her customer feel any less special. She is one of the BEST Managers I've seen in a very long time. I also asked about a glitter ombré powder this time. She not only accommodated me but let me know before we started that services slightly higher price. I for one greatly appreciate her transparency with cost. I decided to try Hanover Nails and Spa as it was close to home. It looked clean. I was getting and mani- pedi. This is my time to relax and be pampered. There was nothing relaxing about my visit. The guy doing my nails paid very little attention to me but talked continuous to his colleagues in another language laughing and talking. Or he was on the phone with his ear buds talking in another language. Got powder dip on my nails, but he did no manicure. Left dry skin around cuticles, no massage on my hands. Well, my sister and I went together. Her manicure lasted about an hour and the gentleman doing her nails took time and care in every step. She finished with a beautiful set and wonderful experience. I sat with my hands soaking for about 20 minutes until a hurried and irritated woman angrly started chopping away at my nail beds. Ignoring the blood, she slapped some lumpy gel polish on top and sent me on my way. No lotion, massage, care. My service took half the time, but she made sure to stop by on her way out the door to tell me to tip her on her private venmo as to not have to share with the other techs. So we had a 5 star and will never return. Averaging the two to say there is room for improvement but they have some quality techs. Gamble at your own risk read more

I have been coming here since they opened. But the last two times I have come here I literally had to come back the same day or the next day. Today is the last time I come here. I went to Bebe or mindy she goes by two names. She did my nails the last time and I gave her a second chance. Pedicure is what I got and feet was smooth before I came in. But when I left and got home what she used caused my feet to peel like I received a chemical peel. I just came back today to get her to fix what ever she did. Instead of taking responsibility she claimed "it's just your feet" how is it just my feet when I have come here since you opened and never had this problem but when she does it. I've given this place 2 tries to many. Bad customer service, and it was a disappointment each time. First with a bad pedicure. Then when it was "under new management." The technician could not get the white nail polish to work on my so he passed me on to another technician. Over an hour later and I walked out with a crappy manicure. Its sandal weather and when a nail shop is empty during this season there a reason. Don't waste your money to find out why. read more

I got my nails done here first off the place smells like boiled eggs.. and my nail broke less than 24 hours later .. they fixed it for free.. happy about that but it's been less than a week and two more are cracked and ready to break .. not to be mean but I wish to give anyone the heads up so others dnt make the mistake of wasting money like I did oh to add to the situation I drove a hour to get my nails done .. wut a waste never again read more

Twice we have been there and unfortunately we must have gotten inexperienced technicians. First time the acrylics kept popping off and had to go back three times to get glued back on. This time for a fill in gel was all over cuticles and every nail was shaped differently I pointed this out but they didn't understand. I had to go to Ruby Nails to get it done right. Honestly, I experienced the most horrid pedicure EVER! Unfortunately, the male staff member, who reeked of cigarette smoke, was indifferent and inexperienced. I paid for the deluxe pedicure which cost $45.00 - less a 10% off for their grand opening. What's even worse, had I continued, they would have charged me an additional $15.00 for gel polish. I ended up not allowing him to polish my toenails). To add insult to injury, the entire ORDEAL was only 13 minutes long, The pedicure was supposed to have included a 15 minute massage which was only 2 minutes for me! I grimaced in the chair from his hands as he was extremely rough and uncaring. He used an electric nail drill turned up to the highest speed and it felt like the tool was burning deep into my toenails and cuticles. I shouted at him to stop. As if those experiences were not enough, he went to the back of the salon and came back with hot stones. He applied them directly to my skin with a "minimal" amount of oil which made me yelp in the chair as my skin felt like it was burning. I quickly informed him to stop as I could not sustain any more pain. I informed the other worker of my experiences but she just glared at me, so I immediately grabbed my purse and emphatically shouted to them all, "I will never return to this place again." read more
