When I went there I though...it's a nice place, great attention, Tim was awesome when he did my pedicure... but the manicure.. well, see the pictures after an hour, when the blood finally stopped and I added oil. The point is that my cuticles were damaged when they used the device for the powder nails which I Though it was awesome... The ends of my nails needed to be done again because it fell when she was fixing the top.. but i had to request it and she wasnt happy because "it was to much work to fix it..." I asked how much it was, and i wasnt happy because my cuticles were bleeding, and mentioned to the girl that did my hands... and she said "que pesada" llamare al manager ... (a translation of "such a pain... i willl call the manager"... that's not nice! And of course I wasnt happy because my hands were with cuticles red and some with blood... I was very dissapointed, because she thinks she did a good job and sometimes we need to acept (as I did before with the prices that I didn't see) that we make errors, and way more if you are starting on the place (3 months) you need to understand that customer satisfaction should be your Main priority and you want them to come back. and that wasnt the feeling... I'm starting to lose faith in the beauty industry because every single place I go to these days leaves me angry and disappointed. I wanted dip gel and to have my nails almond-shaped. The nail technician attached some paper-thin nail tips which I've never done with dip...I don't think the technician was experienced in doing this kind of gel and I was left with flimsy yet chunky and ugly nails. I left the place crying. (IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO SOMETHING OR ARE UNCOMFORTABLE DOING IT THEN SUGGEST SOMETHING ELSE YOU ARE CAPABLE OF....IT'S THAT SIMPLE)...The entire procedure was grueling and I kept telling myself to trust in the process...the pictures aren't even showing how bad it looks in real life but I can assure you this is one of the worst jobs I've ever had. Well I must say that today was not such a great experience. The young girl was not very accommodating. To start, she didn't offer to turn on the spa chair. The water in the foot soak was chilly. After my pedicure, she didn't help me with my bag and just got up and walked to her station. As I sat for my manicure, she freaking cut me and didn't apologize or even offer to clean the blood! Randomly found this salon on July 4th as my regular one aaa closed. They took me right away and did not disappoint! Chris did my pedicure & I have never ever ever ever had such a detailed pedicure! He took his time, gave my feet the overdue attention that they needed, & was so nice & friendly! I usually hate getting a pedicure bc it lasts 20 minutes & feels so rushed, but not this time! Before I had to drive 30 minutes to the nearest salon that did NEXGEN, but not anymore. Furthermore, the salon is beautiful and clean, and the service is Wonderful! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. So I went to do a pedicure and was left waiting forever and I noticed that people that came in after me were being attended I was sat in a pedicure chair and was left there another 30 minutes, finally I spoke up and asked is anyone going to attend me?? And the old man that works in the front literally did the worst pedicure I've had in my life!!!! He buffed all the nails at the same time in 3 seconds, he put the stuff that he took from under my nail on top of my foot and when he went for the pumice stone he literally buffed the bottom twice and that's it. The paint might be in a opi bottle but I think they fill them up with cheap paint cause the quality is very low , and don't let me forget to tell you guys that he literally painted the front of the toes and the sides or not painted therefore when I put my toes sideways you could literally tell that a five year old painted my toes. Suffice to say I will no longer go to this place the attention to detail sucks and the people treat you like crap and a pedicure this bad for $30 you've got to be kidding me. don't say I didn't warn you but if I were you pick any other place other than this one read more

There signs says walk ins welcome which is clearly false. I walked in there at 6:15 pm to get a regular refill done. I was told that they couldn't help me. I then reminded them that THEIR DOOR says they are open till 7:30 pm. How can they tell me no when I was there over an hour before closing. I had been going there every two weeks for my refills, I live at the corner and have been a loyal customer since the moment they opened their doors. Clearly they do not care about their loyal customers. After telling them and pointing at the door showing their hours they still did not care and showed no empathy. They lack customer service and are extremely rude. I am so disappointed and will take my business else where. I do not understand as a business owner how you can promote a certain closing time and yet make a customer feel like an idiot and just isolate her from the rest of the customers and tell them that you cannot help them. This was my first time here and not a happy customer. The gentleman was nice and I did like the pedicure but that was it. I showed a picture of the nails I wanted before we started. It was simple oval neutral color nails. I got a more pink hue color not a big deal but the shape of the nails is not what I asked for they are all pointy like claws. I asked for oval for a reason. I don't like the pointy nails. Unfortunately that was not the only issue since I can reshape them a bit myself. The application of the acrylic is bad. Some are thick while others aren't. It wasn't smoothed over the tip to prevent lifting. I don't expect them to last and for the price they charged not worth it at all. I went in the morning with no one there so it wasn't like he had to rush. Finding a good nail salon in this area seems to be impossible. read more

I came here for about a year religiously every other Saturday morning until things seemed to change. My appointment, which was always the first of their work day, would never be on time because the tech was always running late. I would spend my entire morning there (appointment at 9:30 and seen after 10), paying nearly $70 every time all to only have my polish constantly come off. I would get regular gel polish and within days it would be peeling completely off. If you need an emergency nail salon, feel free to come by but not as your regular go to place. read more

Came here on my sisters recommendation. Was waiting on a Sunday before they opened (11am) They arrived and opened early, took me immediately no waiting. I requested Peter per my sisters recommendation and was not disappointed. I had a pedicure and gel manicure. He takes the time to massage your legs, arms and hands. He is also quite the perfectionist, checking his polish job carefully before each round of gel. The location is new, very well kept and decorated. I would happily come back here. read more

This place used to be awesome. They've always had a ton of clientele and the salon itself is beautiful, though small. Recently, after waiting over 30 minutes for 2 nails to be re-polished, I decided to make an appointment for the next day and repolish all of my nails in pink and white. I showed up early to my appointment and between one thing and another, changing my polish took over an hour. The guy constantly moved my arm and hands in aggrevation, he tore up my fingers with the dremel, and even painted and cured fingers INDIVIDUALLY. They charged me over $30 for that. These nails look really bad (uneven brush strokes/coverage even after 3 coats; they don't polish the entire nail; etc) and I even have the guys hair baked in. It's just a shame because I used to love this place, but they clearly don't care about the quality of their work anymore. There's an even better salon down the street for these prices that do an amazing luxurious job--or my favorite one with the same name that's half the cost and does great work. read more

I am beyond pissed off this lady who speaks both English and Spanish (wears glasses with short hair) butchered my eyebrows I am so embarrassed to go out now looking the way I do. I colored my eyebrows before hand so she can just clean me up and she still literally left me with no eyebrows. Do you know how long it took me to get my eyebrows to be as full as I had them. I totally love this place. I always do my acrylics and pedicure with Mike. He is very detailed, careful and truly takes his time. He always asks if you like it before he continues or if you're in pain or anything like that. He's super professional and friendly, too! The staff is also very nice and outgoing. The location is beautiful and very clean. They go beyond my expectations every single time! As far as pricing it's a little more than what I'd usually pay anywhere but clearly the service and work is worth it. My nails have never chipped or broken (and I don't usually do them every 2 weeks so that says a lot) the paint also lasts a very long time with it's original color! I decided to go here because it's close to my house. This was in Friday 7/12, on Saturday my left index finger chipped, I went in on Sunday and they fixed it. Then on Monday 5 nails were cracking at the corner tips. I normally do my nails by my job in sunrise and they never break. If I could do 0 stars I would. I went here because it's close to my house and although it's a bit pricey, I hoped it would be with good reason. Boy was I wrong. I have a wedding coming up on Saturday so I wanted to put acrylic on one of my big toes because my nail broke recently. After telling the nail "technician" twice she still refused because I didn't need it. Due to the language barrier I gave up and did not want to tell her a 3rd time. She did a good job with my pedicure. Short nails on both big toes , but she did fine. Next I sit for a manicure. She changed when I asked for no polish just to remove cuticles, file, etc... she left some skin on one nail so I asked her if she was done with that nail she said yes. I told her it still had skin that was bothering me and she said it was that my skin was dry and I needed lotion . I told her I will use lotion , but i still had some skin that was pretty obvious. She grabbed my thumb and started chomping away with the cuticle cutter to the point it hurt and in seconds my thumb was bleeding so much! I asked her for a napkin and she gave me this used napkin that I myself removed from the chair and put on the table when I first sat down. So ofcourse i didn't take it. I just asked her to stop and just charged me. She kept on insisting I stay at that point I went to wash my hands and just got up to pay. This was the worst experience ever. HORRIFIC I'm sure it upset her when I insisted I still had skin I wanted cut on my thumb. read more
