My favorite was the salmon sashimi which was buttery and delicious. The ahi normally my go to was not as solid as the salmon. The 4 tuna roll, and the surf and turf rolls were excellent. We didn't order the carpaccio this night but had it brought to us the next night while dining next door at pesce the Italian restaurant that are all sister restaurants. The carpaccio was the best thing in hind site.
