Horrible experience coming here. The shop next door had heavy fast beat loud music on that pounded through the walls. Like somebody hammering against the wall. It felt like listening to your own heart beating faster and faster. I asked the staff for earbuds. Half way through the massage I asked her to stop because I felt myself sweating and feeling anxious. This place is the first massage place I have tried in Santa Barbara and it will also be the last, because I won't go anywhere else. With such competitive pricing and availability, I honestly wasn't expecting the massage to be the best massage I've ever had, but it totally was! I've had a range of massages in the past, including authentic Thai massages in Thailand, but this was hands-down an incredible massage from Miao (sp). Extremely easy to make an appointment (they text) and you so far I've had the luck to be able to schedule an appointment same day. I've had a massage from both ladies and they are both amazing. They have incredibly strong hands and find the knots in your back and work them. The place is small and a little difficult to find but it's super relaxing and clean. My favorite place to get a massage. $50 bucks for the best, genuine hour-long Thai massage in town. Nok was basically a physical therapist, as far as I'm concerned. She quickly found my troubled spots herself, described them, and improved them significantly. Jenny (unsure of her name) was very good as well, but wasn't yet at the same level of mastery. I call ahead, and they can usually manage to get me in quickly. Once when I arrived late, I offered to pay for her time that I wasted, but she didn't seem to mind at all.
