It's hot and cold with this company. If they need the business, they will take small jobs, however a large contract $$$$ will always take precedent over the small project which when contacted, they occasionally respond to. Was not impressed with their work. I had a second electrician come in and redo a project as I thought it was sub standard and not 100% professional. Second company listened to my concerns, and understood what was required. Bingo! All was good and even the esthetics (placement of lighting) proved much better the second time around. A rule of thumb, if you want to keep your customer base, respond to all calls regarding even the small projects. You don't know if that light fixture install might turn into a full electrical upgrade with the same client in the future. I moved into a new house over the summer that needed a dryer vent installed. Noll was recommended to me. They were very responsive and professional and installed the vent right away as well as taking care of a few other immediate concerns. When my dryer was delivered it turned out the duct wasn't long enough to reach the dryer so I had to run to Home Depot and purchase an extension, that was pretty frustrating. There wasn't enough time to take care of all the electrical work I needed done so I wrote up a list to get some estimates and schedule the rest of the work. I never heard back.
