I clearly had a Civil Rights case against a property management company. "The Iowa Civil Rights Commission" has gotten involved since speaking to him or shall I say being "YELLED AT" by Attorney Deck. Value? There is zero value as no price could pay this Guy to get involved. He suggested I write a letter? I offered to sign contract and pay him, but his yelling continued. He was condescending and rude. Perhaps his age? I have never spoken to such a rude Attorney in my life of 12 states of living in. There is zero value in speaking to this man. The remaining $7000 was what they charged to run fans for three and a half days. it is beyond ridiculous to charge that to run a fan. What a horrible way to gouge your community during a crisis time.
