I decided to have just a snack for my dinner and wanted to try the Taiwanese popcorn chicken. Nom Tea marinates the chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, and spices, then coats it in a batter and fries it. It can be seasoned with salt and pepper or plain. I ordered Black Milk Boba Tea with lychee jelly and got a BOGO on it. The popcorn chicken was delicious; great taste, had Basil greens and I ordered the sweet chili sauce as a side. Lip smacking comfort food! The Boba was refreshing and the Lychee jelly tasted like peaches.. it was yummy! Nom Tea has other delicious comfort food such as mozzarella sticks, French fries, Korean fried chicken wings, Takayoki and many more options. The boba tea options are also great and a lot to choose from. I'm noticing these Horoscope Beverages.. they got the Virgo option correct: Kiwi/Lychee/Jasmine Tea. That will be my next order! Review is for the onigiris only, which really weren't anything to write home about. I wouldn't really describe the fillings as skimpy, but wouldn't say that they're generous either by any means. The rice is plentiful, but the tuna onigiri only had a small layer of filling inside - it definitely needed the spicy mayo. Spam onigiri also only had a small thin layer sandwiched in between, but could stand alone without the spicy mayo. Service was quick & efficient, interior is clean. Might stop by again to try their drinks, but I'd pass on the onigiri. read more

Been meaning to visit this place for a while now since hearing about it opening up in my neighborhood! I love mochi donuts and was happy to find a place that sells them. However, when my brother went to pick up my food, he mentioned how the staff wasn't very attentive and he stood there for a while waiting for someone to assist him. I ordered a Mango and an Ube Fruity Pebbles mochi donut because they were the only flavors available on Grubhub. The mochi donuts were pretty good! It wasn't too sweet for me and was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Please keep the flavor avails updated on food delivery apps as the limited flavor options could be a reason why people might end up not ordering here at all! I also tried the fried calamari, which was nice as well. Although it got cold by the time it got home, it was still crunchy because it was coated with breadcrumbs. Yummy place in Brooklyn for Mochi donuts. I feel like they're so hard to find but maybe I don't get out much. I ordered 6 for $17 (buy 5 & get 1 free). Strawberry, Lychee, Chocolate Crispy, and Black Sesame. I really liked the Lychee although the frosting is definitely sweet. It had gold dust on it and while I wouldn't say it tasted like lychee, it was good. I also really liked the black sesame. I'll pass on Strawberry next time, it was overly sweet and very artificial tasting for me. I really want to taste the Thai Tea donut! I'll be back to try their drinks and of course, eat more donuts. Came here during their grand opening and got their free chicken wing. Ordered their sweet potato fries, an Eel onigiri and two drinks- and received six mini chicken wings free. The wait was over 45 minutes- counter person stated they just opened and there are phone orders as well. Finally, my order came out piping hot, with the fry chicken smelling sooo good. My 3Q Bubble milk tea didn't really taste that great (staff said they ran out of boba-replaced with other bubbles). My other drink Mango Mojito Frizzy tasted refreshing with the added mint leaf. It's a fairly new place that opened on this neighborhood. I hope it stays for a long time because the food businesses before this same store changed multiple of times throughout the past 5 years. I came here with my sister on a sat afternoon and got 2 drinks, an onigiri & a chicken sandwich. The spicy fried crispy chicken sandwich was super delicious! It was crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. It was so good, highly recommend it!! I also like their mango mojito frizzy. I couldn't stop drinking it when I was there. My sis ordered the Sagittarius drink which is the drink on the left. It was a little sour for me but my sister liked it. It's good just not my type of tea I would say... Came by 20 minutes before closing and needed a good fruit tea fix. We noticed this was a new spot so we had to try it out. Ordered the Pisces drink ($5.25) which totaled up to around $5.75 after tax, which is very cheap compared to other popular spots. Ordered 2 bubble teas. They use syrups not fresh fruit for the bubble teas and seem to have a little hesitancy giving reduced sugar and reduced ice, but I think they finally did it. I went on a Saturday afternoon of what I believe is their first week. Ordered a piña colada smoothie and eel onigiri rice ball. Smoothie took a bit longer too arrive but the rice ball came out extremely quick. The smoothie was very refreshing and not overly sweet and packed with a healthy amount of toppings. There's a $10 minimum purchase for credit card use. I might as well try other stuff. I was craving brown sugar milk tea but they don't have any lactose alternative options so I ordered my zodiac Capricorn and choco churro and ube mochinuts. Both mochinuts had a rancid taste...meaning the oil haven't changed for some time. Can't say if I like the capricorn drink or not. I had just finished eating the mochinuts so couldn't taste much. A friend picked up one of their horoscope teas, and I love that it wasn't overly sweet, and the jasmine flavor of the tea mixed beautifully with the fruit syrup. I had the gemini, which was jasmine tea with mango and peach. He also picked up french fries and popcorn chicken for me. The french fries were crisp, and the salt & pepper popcorn chicken was a generous portion, juicy, and flavored well, with fried basil bits mixed in with the chicken chunks. I love to support new businesses, especially when the menu is interesting. we called in the order anticipating it will take a while. there is no indoor "dining" but there are counters and high top stools placed in the perimeter of the store. we ordered the Korean fried wings soy garlic sauce, New Orleans wings, and 1 of each of the onigiri, and a classic bubble milk black tea. the Korean fried wings were decent, not as good as the real deal but the sauce was a bit too sweet in my opinion. I do wish the wings were plumper but who wouldn't? they remained crisp til we got home. the new Orleans wings had a bit of a very mild kick and interestingly enough was the full wing including tips not just the middle or the drum. however, aside from the marinade, the inside did taste like it was starting to go bad. like literally, on the cusp of going bad because it had a light sourness to it. a review on onigiri's in general and then more specifically on each one: the overall consensus was it lacked flavor / seasoning. perhaps the rice could have some vinegar to brighten the flavors like sushi rice? I will caveat that I am not an avid onigiri eater so while there was plentiful of rice to feel full on a low budget I was hoping for more in terms of taste. kani/crab: some mayo and tempura crunch would. have gone a long way. spam: while there was a decent thickness to the spam, it wasn't spread evenly into the bite. there were bites that were just seaweed and rice. shrimp tempura: this one had a nice crunch but I really didn't get much shrimp, it felt like a lot of batter. also would do well with some sort of sauce to tie it together. tuna: it felt light on the tuna, and there was no mayo. I'd recommend almost a tuna salad to liven it up, perhaps micro sized celery bits folded in mayo for crunch. eel: ate dry, again no sauce and light on the eel ration. fried chicken: light on the chicken pieces. in all of these places that make drinks, I always start with the classic bubble milk tea which lacked tea flavor/felt watered down and was light on the bubbles for the price that I paid: $5.25 to be exact I guess. I would have much rather paid +50cents to get a tiger sugar. overall rating is "ok" as I do think its not too egregious on the pricing. to someone else's other point, we waited much longer than the quoted time of 15-20mins. I think we waited almost 30 mins. upon arriving, there were some empty shelves and such but I am sure they are still getting established. I would like to come back again to try other things and hope they do succeed at correcting some of these kinks! read more

Finally decided to stop in for drinks and wow, did not disappoint. The Pina colada and mango Pomelo was delicious. Came back for the spicy chicken sandwhich meal. Fried chicken was perfecty fried, juicy and crunchy, with a little kick, bun was soft. The fruit tea was all very favorable. We got the grape tea, grapefruit, and mango.
