This used to be one of my favorite boba places on the island but the last few times I've visited has been such a huge let down. The drinks are still good, but the service has gone down so much. We ordered three drinks and waited almost half an hour for it. People who came in after us got their drinks before us. We saw two of our drinks sitting on the counter half made. There was another time we visited and after placing our order, waited almost half an hour as well. When we went to ask for the drinks, it turns out it was sitting there the whole time. Place is clearly not ready to be open for business, short of staff and menu items, 80% of the were cross out and only take out is available. Staff was not able to provide accurate waiting time for the food I ordered which caused me to wait for much longer than she told me. Plus, there is no AC but it is technically not a requirement for business even in summer I guess. Luckily there are some stores around you can go to kill time. Would not recommend going there to order in person. Probably phone or online order if that's an option. Ended up waiting for almost 1 hour for my chicken burger order. I guess they started from egg hatching and making their own oil, flour and all other ingredients from the very beginning. Food itself is fine, but definitely not worth the wait. I could have found a nice restaurant and enjoy a full course dinner plus there are shake shack and Staten Island mall food court nearby, which they have not just indoor seating but also full menu items and most importantly, AC. We ordered chicken sandwiches fries and Taiwanese sausage, both of us got sick ( vomit ) from the food.

The fruit tea isn't bad. Apparently, you don't get to pick sugar level for the tea but the label literally said "100%". Also, I don't recommend getting the mango pomelo. It's not the type you expected to get. It got star jelly inside. There's no pomelo or mango. I'm assuming the star jelly is suppose to substitute the mango. For the price, I definitely expected some fresh fruits inside. Also, they have a promotion label on the right side of the register. Before we ordered, the lady asked if we were paying cash or credit. We asked if there's a difference but she said it's just the way she input the order. After we paid, we saw the promotion which said Saturday "free order of popcorn chicken w order over $25." We asked the lady that took the order and she said "cash only." That is some shady business. It did not say anywhere on the paper that the promotion event is for cash paying customer. So guys, before you order look to see if there's any promotion and inquire about it before paying. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, you get something for orders over $20 (TH) and $25 (F) n (Sat). I came in and there was a woman at the counter. Didn't greet me. I looked around and had some questions about the mochi donuts. I asked if they were gluten free and she gave me a confused look. I explained and she said yes they are. I asked if they are vegan. She looked confused again and went to ask the kitchen staff. They said there's milk in them. So I bought two donuts and a fruit drink. The inside seating area isn't great. 2/3 tables with 4 chairs and no restroom. Everything was packaged nicely and the wait for my items wasn't long. I ate one donut. I have never had one before so it's chewier than a regular donut and denser. Not someone I'd eat again lol. Half an hour later I get an allergic reaction from the "gf" donut. read more

The store recently held an event. It is similar to forwarding to friends circle and getting likes. Go to the store to buy and you can get a free burger. But the store insists that you take the spicy burger and tells you that the non-spicy burger is sold out. And you have to wait for more than an hour. The non-spicy burger is sold out right after the store opens? But when the next person goes in to buy, there is still stock. The store should not use deceptive means if it does not want to hold an event. It deceives consumers to help with free publicity. read more

I went today for the first time with my boyfriend. We ordered the spicy crispy drumsticks, the korean chicken 1 set, taro milk tea and a valons specialty fruit tea. The korean chicken were like wings but they were so good. The sauce was sweet. Not too crispy but great flavor. The drumsticks were my favorite. They were very crispy, good amount of spiciness, and the chicken was juicy. I loved the taro milk tea, it was very sweet which is my preference. The valons tea was also very good and refreshing. The service was good and quick. The place is small and only has like 3 small tables but it was a cute cozy place and they also sold plushies (pokemon and mario) that were very cute, ranging from like $15-35. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the mood for fried chicken or milk tea! read more

Just stopped by as the kids were hungry. 20-30 min wait for wings is ok. However for a new store they can work on more friendly customer service. Not much of a greeting and when we left, the girls said goodbye twice but 3-4 counter staff didn't even acknowledge. If you like the style of wings from this franchise, we highly recommend going to the Brooklyn location. The Bklyn location is the same store but they have a very short wait time, very professional staff that greets and a member rewards system. read more

The place look very nice, cute, and modern. It is very clean and the workers were very nice. The bubble teas there were cheaper than a lot of other stores and are bigger as well. I would recommend asking for light or no ice because they do seem to add a lot. I also love the combo they have and the food there was pretty decent. The only reason I don't give it a five star is because they have messed up my orders pretty much every time. read more
