Visited when it was around grand opening and they were offering buy one get one for certain teams. Unfortunately, they did not take the stamp card that the chain takes around lower Manhattan so I was unable to get a stamp for any of my drink :( , but the drinks are pretty standard Those little to no line despite it being a BOGO deal for grand opening. I think it wasn't very advertised, but it was delicious and I am super glad that they opened something with that plum flavor closer to me. I only come here for their plum green tea cause I can't find it anywhere else.

New Wanpo Tea location in Bensonhurst opened few months ago. I've tried their other location before and only thought it was okay. I'm glad I gave this location a try! I ordered the oolong milk tea with tapioca feast topping (regular and mini bobas and taro balls) and the plum green tea. Both drinks were really good. I love the tapioca feast topping option. The taro balls are soft and the tapiocas are nice and chewy. The plum green tea is pretty sweet even at 50% sugar but the flavor is good. They even put a plum inside. The girl at the register was helpful and patient at explaining. They also offer a happy hour deal -- 15% off purchase from 2-5pm.

With all the boba tea shops opening up around the area, decided to give this place a try. I was the only customer in the shop at the time, there were two staff members at the counter, when I walked up to place my order, the clerk pointed at the kiosk for me to order and pay there. I told the clerk I do not want to pay by CC and that I want to pay cash (this is not the first time I've experienced this matter of payment); the clerk nodded and took my Taro Milk tea latte order. Waited for about five minutes and got my drink. The drink itself tasted good, and I did like the boba texture. The taro chunks added more flavor to the drink~ I enjoyed my purchase.

Loving the addition of Wanpo in this area! How easy is it to wrap up a Jmart grocery run, and then run into here for some tea? It's gonna be my new routine. I like the pure teas more, but the grape one is pretty good.

Pro: -real ingredients -store looks cool -quick with order Cons: -not flavorful. Too much milk in the drink which drowns out the flavor - no menu to take away or look at. You would have to search online or use their kiosk to see what they sell. There's only 1 kiosk as it's a small shop so if more ppl want to view the menu, you'd have to wait - very expensive for the size and product ($7+) - for milk teas, you can only select medium size, and it's $7

Wanpo has been on my top favorite tea places in NYC for a while so naturally I was glad to see it in the neighborhood. Small place right at the subway station. Convenient order your drinks online or inside the store and they will be ready. Truly a no frills experience. The drinks taste just as I remember from their other locations.

Just came back from Taiwan and was surprised to see Wanpo opened up in the neighborhood! I was excited to try to see if it would taste the same. We got the oolong latte and the guava fruit tea with 50% sugar. I felt like it was still a but sweet and would probably do 30% the next time I come back. I have a new appreciation for tea since coming back and this place definitely lets you taste the tea in their drinks instead of masking it with sugar. Will definitely come again and am excited that they opened the chain here in Brooklyn!

Newly opened beautiful tea shop in Bensonhurst! It's a popular bubble tea shop originally from Taiwan. Only 2 other locations in NYC (one in Manhattan and another in Downtown Brooklyn). I'm so glad they opened up in this neighborhood. The drinks are really good quality. I got the Wanpo Milk Tea w/ 75% sugar and grass jelly, the tea flavor really shined and the grass jelly was so silky smooth! The Mango Pomelo Sago was also really delicious. Can't wait to try their other drinks. In case you missed their BOGO50 off during their grand opening, it's still currently 20% off for this week. You can easily order online through Snackpass and then pickup so you don't have to wait in line! Ordering is quick and the staff are so friendly!

Very easy to use snack pass online for ordering beforehand or using their kiosk! Quick to get orders ready and very clean. Their drinks are really good. Tried their brown sugar boba and got it with less sugar which was a great option as other bubble tea places do not let you alter their brown sugar drinks. The drink itself was not too sweet and bubbles were chewy. Also tried their yellow cake jelly, herbal jelly and aiyu jelly toppings which did not disappoint. Any of their teas you pick will probably have enough tea taste without the super bitter aftertaste. They brew their tea every 2-3 hours so it's very fresh. Honestly one of the best bubble tea shops around!

I had wanpo when I visited Taichung, Taiwan and I'm so happy they are now in Bensonhurst!! Aiyu lemon tea, grapefruit green tea,and the guava oolong are my favs so far. The yellow jelly cake has a nice texture so that will probably be my go to topping going forward. It's nice that they have snackpass, makes it quick and easy to order. I'm usually in and out of the store fairly quickly with my order. The decor of the store gives a very traditional tea house vibe, such a great addition to this neighborhood!

I came for the grand opening and had to come back for more. During my first visit, I had the sugarcane mountain tea and wintermelon drink. The wintermelon drink comes with a fixed amount of sugar. On the ordering kiosk, any sugar selection is in addition to the fixed amount of sugar. I thought it was perfect for me with just the fixed amount and no additional sugar. It comes with some lime, so if you want to save your drink for later, I like to take the limes out before the drink gets too tart. The sugarcane drink was smooth and refreshing. The aiyu jelly lemon tea was my favorite drink until I tried the red bean jelly milk tea. Now they're both tied for my go to drinks whenever I visit. Though, the aiyu jelly is my favorite topping so far. Next time I'll try the mango pomelo sago They are on Snackpass if you prefer to order ahead like me.

The drink was so delicious, not too sweet, and great tea taste! I ordered ahead to avoid any rush. The staff made sure my order was correct before i left!

The quality keeps getting worse at this location in Brooklyn. Every time I order, it tastes different.

As of lately, this has become my more frequented place for boba. Tonight, I was craving the…read morepomegranate burst so I went to give that a try. It comes already with crystal boba which is my favorite. So it's supposed to be a combination of pomegranate juice and jasmine tea. However, I don't really taste the Jasmin tea that much. It was also ordered at 30% sugar but still tastes pretty sweet. All in all, I probably would not get this drink again but there are other drinks that I enjoy a lot

Before HeyTea came along on 86th street, Jooy Tea Shoppe was top tier. And maybe it still is. Their…read moredrinks - not all but some - are comparable to HeyTea's, especially the matcha and mango drinks. I've been drinking their watermelon slushee often because it's free when you spend over a certain amount on one of the food apps. I get the least amount of sugar and it kind of tastes like watermelon juice. It's very refreshing but I wouldn't send it out to compete with the other popular tea chains. This place not only sells drinks but sandwiches and small bites. Their crispy chicken sandwich is recommendable. The sauce is yummy and the chicken is usually juicy. I usually get the combos so I can takoyaki or curly fries with the sandwich. Recently, I tried their egg waffles, which seems to be a newer offer here. They have very enticing flavors, but it's kind of pricey considering it doesn't come with ice cream, like some other egg waffle shops. I tried the pork floss with seaweed but it tasted too fishy. I also tried the mochi biscoff flavor but the biscoff is not very obvious. It is softer and chewier than the pork floss and seaweed, and I think it's because of the mochi. I prefer my egg waffles crispier
