I purchased an eBike and Omar made the building of the bike painless. Since he lives about a 30 min walk from where I live, I worked out a plan with Omar to receive the bike and build it and I would walk down to pick it up when it was ready. This saved me the hassle of trying to store a boxed bike and coordinate a build time once it was delivered. This worked out great as the bike's delivery was delayed by a day. When I picked up my bike, Omar spent about 30 minutes going over the bike, final adjustments on the bike lock, rack and seat as well as explaining standard daily/weekly maintenance. I called Nomad to assemble a bike I purchased online for my son. Omar came on time, did a thorough job, and explained everything I needed to know about maintenance. When my son got home and tried to ride the bike, the front tire went flat and Omar came right back away to take a look. It turned out that the tube had a tiny hole (no fault of his) and he replaced it, only charging me for a replacement tube. By the way, in addition to the convenience of having the work done at my home, Omar charged about half what bike stores charge to assemble the bike. My 2013 Cannondale CAAD10 had a couple of years, a couple of moves, and a bunch of miles on it when I called Nomad last Friday. I'm a casual cyclist who can do the basics, but the bike was in need of an expert eye to quiet down some squeaks, true the wheels, and do anything else necessary to keep things functioning at peak form.
