Sure, you could say it's no big deal, and in the grand scheme of things it isn't, it's just sub-par, and for an outfit not built on being the greatest hamburger or anything, it's these types of hmmm non-important details McD's customers at the very least expect to be met. This is not a McDonald's, or at least it's a shameful representation of McDonalds U and the McDonalds way. Once maybe. Consistently bad reviews and experiences make for obvious ineptitude.
