After I explained again that the drinks were not what I wanted, she began talking to herself and slamming things around behind the counter. The entire interaction was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I've been a long-time customer, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, after being treated this way, I will never be going back. Customer service matters, and this was absolutely not the experience I expected.
