This pizza was not just good, it was filling. I left satisfied and with leftovers, which later doubled as an elite cold hotel breakfast. That alone puts it in a different category. The atmosphere at Folino's was laid-back, clean, and refreshingly unpretentious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I showed up earlier than I had said I would, fully expecting to be told to wait, but they immediately jumped into making my order without hesitation. The location has a slightly rough-around-the-edges feel, but that seems consistent with parts of Burlington. It adds a little unpredictability to the experience, which at this point felt on brand.
