The food is fine and all but truly was one of the most embarrassing business performance I have ever seen. We order 50 tenders for the Super Bowl with scheduled pick up at 5:30. We got to the store at 5:30 to find it completely packed and didn't leave with our food until 6:45 despite the schedule. Mind you the Super Bowl started at 6:30 so we ended up being 30 minutes late to the game. They even had a scheduled promo encouraging early ordering just for that to happen. This place is more suited for delivery/pick-up than a sit down restaurant. The fried chicken is fantastic! Juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside. And that's really the main reason you go here is for the fried chicken. I also had tater tot's with garlic and those were delicious! The only reason I gave this 4 instead of 5 is because the restaurant itself left a little to be desired. Not a lot of seating. It's VERY casual. If you're expecting a fancy sit down meal, this isn't it. But if you are simply looking for great fried chicken, this place wins. Im going to preface this with the fact that I'm a long time customer. They are one of few establishments that are open late and can accommodate my late night cravings. They get 5 stars for that. Their chicken is pretty good. My biggest issue is their fries........ they leave alot to be desired. It would be cheaper and more enjoyable for me to go buy fries at hannaford and throw them in the microwave. I decided to be a classy broad tonight and get the "loaded" fries. Needless to say I am out $15 bucks. They will do what was intended and make a turd, but they sucked to say the least. The staff seem unhappy and probably aren't getting paid enough to care fully about the job at this point, and you can see it in the workspace. I always give clear directions for my apartment when I order take out but I've had two of their drivers yell at me because they left my food in the wrong place.
