If I could have given 1/2 a star i would have. They would always come when we weren't home, so all they ever did was spray around the outside the house. The first day i signed up I was told they would spray in my attic for wasps, but when the tech came out to spray I was told they don't do that. They would not spray under our back porch, even though you could walk under there. Since i signed up for a yr, I kept letting them come out. After 18 months, I called to cancel. This company is fraudulent and charges for services barely even rendered. Their technician shows up at my house at 3:38 and sprays over my porch to the sides and leaves at 3:47 and they charge me $99 for 9 minutes. That is $11 a minute. I wish I had read the reviews before I had signed up with them. They refuse to give me a refund. Poor customer service and they offer to respray. Why would I have a dishonest company with no customer return to my house. This company is fraud and crook. Canceled the service due to bad customer service and they kept coming without noticed. We canceled again April this year 2018, they were sending the tricky email for needing the letter to cancel the description as we have told them to cancel the service last year and this year twice on the phone. To anyone currently using or who may use NoMo Pest Solutions, beware. We used NoMo since may of 2015. While they claimed that wasps were covered under their "Standard Pests", their technician said there was nothing they could do about wasp problems. We switched service in August of this year, and were told by the office assistant we needed to provide 30 days notice for cancellation. When the technician arrived for his final visit we let him know we were unable to find the email address, he said he would take care of it and cancel our account. On Monday we received notification that NoMo would be coming back out. We told them that we had cancelled and they told us that we had not sent in a written notice, so they were going to come out anyways. We told them not to come out, and they said we would be contacted by the owner. On Wednesday they came without our permission and performed their service. They immediately charged my card for $99 which had not been authorized or any kind of automatic payments. The owner has refused thus far to cancel the payment. Beware that NoMo is the equivalent of the average squeegee man and will stop at nothing to milk money out of you even going so far as to charge your account without invoice or authorization. If you are currently using them, my advice is find someone else, if they come knocking at your door next spring, stay away. He's got a 1 star rating on yelp, and an F rating with the BBB for similar actions. read more

If you looking for a company to pay a lot of money with no results this is the one. Sure they will come back as many times as I need to make it right but spraying water on bugs doesn't kill bugs. Finally asked the quantity's they applied and with very simple math they treated my yard with about 1/4 what was required, and the spray they used on my house was even more off they used enough product to mix 1 gallon. That was enough to spray one room not an entire house. Oh and no refunds in fact you will have to pay a 200$ cancellation fee. read more

This company is a SCAM. I had a one-time service with Perimeter Pest control in June of 2016. In May of 2017 this random company (NOMO) acquired Perimeter pest and started billing their clients old. I signed up for a one-time service with perimeter and paid for it last year. I never signed a contract for ongoing services because I didn't want them. Now NOMO claims I had another service scheduled with Perimeter and they were supposed to fulfill it (why it would be a year after my original one, is crazy and makes no sense to me???). I filed a complaint with the company asking them to credit the service fees they charged me without my consent and after dealing with their horrific office manager, Jillian, I made no progress after supplying multiple documents proving it was a one time service last year that was paid in full. Yet, they have not provided me with a SINGLE document indicating they had a right to charge my card. I was told Eric Beckstrand, the owner, would be following up with me on this. Never heard from him. Probably because he knows he has no standing leg. I am now disputing this through my credit card company because they are a disaster of a company. I would NEVER recommend their services, or company to anyone. **update - received a call from owner Eric. He apologized and admitted the error. He said this was handled badly and shouldn't have been and that he wouldn't be disputing the charge and would let it be refunded. I appreciate his willingness to make this right. read more

First they bought our contract with no notification. We found out when unknown and unauthorized charges showed up on our credit card. I had made a one time charge with the previous company but Nomo took my credit card number and charged it without notifying me or authorizing the transaction. They allegedly notify us the day before they come but in reality despite 9 months of requests I still don't get notice. We signed up for indoor and outdoor spraying but they always come unannounced during the work day when no one is home. They have never sprayed inside yet they have always charged us full price. The only evidence we have they came at all was the sticker on the door and the charge to our card. The insects have never stopped invading so we don't believe they actually spray at all. Finally despite 9 months of trying to cancel they claim they have never received notification. They claim they send me emails which I don't receive and claim not to receive oursin return. All of a sudden they will put you under contract without your knowledge but they would never give me proof of the paperwork we signed. Then charged us after we cancelled with them. They came and sprayed anyways and charged us . I called to talk to them and got the receptionist and she fought with me over the phone for a good 20 min. All I wanted was my paperwork proving that we had signed something. Total scam!!! I had a sales person from Nomo Pest Solutions come by my home selling Nomo's service. I was told that when I signed up, they would keep servicing my yard until I cancelled. I asked if I could cancel at any time and I was told that I could. After one applications I called to cancel the service because I was not satisfied and they were disruptive of my work from home schedule, and I was told that I could not cancel without paying an early cancellation fee of $140.I told them that I was told that I could cancel at any time no obligation or fees. They told me that it was in a contract that I had signed (that I was told by the sales rep was just an authorization for service) when I signed an I-Pad. I told them that I never received a copy of the contract. Double checked email and never received it. I was told that they lost my e-mail address. I gave them the e-mail address, but told them that since I never received a copy of the contract, and since I was not satisfied with the service, I wanted to cancel. They charged $139 to my card without authorization! Such a scam never use them!! read more

Nomo pest control is ridiculous when it comes to their door to door sales men lying to get a sale enrollment. My mother was talked into getting services through them when I gifted her the first fee to sign up. I provided them m credit card number over the phone and had put the contract in my name while she signed HER name. When i called about this they said SHE committed fraud and would go after her. I was not happy how those sales guys talked her into a contract and in my name without my signature. then they sold us on mosquito repellemnt spraying when i looked at the copy of contract that i asked for it has no where showing mosquitos spraying wasn't included. Which i live by a lake and is most needed. I will be notifing my lawyer / and the FTC(federal trade commssion)) and the BBB. This is horrible service and only sprayed outside supposedly when my grandma and nanny where here. I looked out the window downstairs working from home and seen the guy walk around but didn't spray. This company is Bulls**t. Customer service doesn't even do anything about making this better. They just listen as i vent my concerns. And honestly how do the service work if they can't even prevent from spraying inside. So dumb. Contract shows nothing about mosquitos. And it saying nothing on the contract saying that interior is free service. When i asked for a prorated charge at least or credit for not being able to spray during this pandemic. **Update** Thurs morning 7/27/17 Nomo returned my call and setup an appt. for Sat 7/29/17. I also requested some type of credit for my inconvenience, they were able to give me a $20 credit. Service tech McKay stopped by the house on Saturday to complete the service that was not performed below. He was very thorough and so far so good. He laid down some traps for mice/rats (which captured 3 total) and service both inside and outside my house. It's been roughly two weeks and my pest situation seems to be much much better. In roughly 2 weeks they'll be back for a follow-up visit. I will be sure to update. **PENDING RESPONSE FROM NOMO** On 7/26/17 at roughly 7:20pm Tanner a door to door sales guy stopped by my home while I was repairing a broken sprinkler, I was a bit hesitant to even talk with him and was about to watch the USMNT soccer game at 7:30pm. I told him I'd give him 10 minutes and to be quick with his pitch on their services. After hearing what he had to say I decided to give them a try. He made me a deal on the initial treatment which he wanted to schedule next day with future treatments at $90 quarterly for a total of 5 treatments. I thought for roughly $35 per month it was worth the service. My main issues are ants, wasps, spiders, and mice/rats in the yard. He checked the schedule for a 6-8pm window and said that he was sure it was available but that my invoice would say 4-6pm. He said someone would contact me if there was a problem. I signed and he was on his way.... I watched the game and somewhat forgot about it until I woke up in the morning. I then started to have second thoughts so I looked up the reviews posted on Google. After reading a good majority of the reviews I decided to proceed with my appointment. Unfortunately, I should have gone with my gut and canceled the services. I even called Nomo to make sure everything was correct, I left them a voicemail around 1-2pm the day of my appointment and received a call from Brooke at roughly 4pm. I told her I wanted to confirm that someone was coming during the 6-8pm window and not 4-6pm. She said her computer said it was scheduled for 4-6pm but that 6-8pm would not be a problem. With it already being 4pm I thought there was a chance someone could already be at my house so I asked her again, I said I'm not sure how you reach out to your techs, but can you double check to make sure that they are not already there. She then said she got confirmation that Eli would be at my home from 6-8pm. So I thought I'd be good to go so at 5pm I left work and rushed to the gym so I'd be home at 6pm. When I got home at 6pm I went through my garage to let my dog out and looked around the backyard just to make sure they hadn't come while I was gone and I could definitely see spider webs and it really didn't appear that they had done the service (I didn't notice and mouse/rats traps). I thought what a relief. Then around 6:20 I saw a note on my front door and from a distance I could tell in was from Nomo. I thought to myself oh great, here we go! The note reads: "We performed your regularly scheduled service today and sent a copy of the service invoice to your email. If you did not receive an email, or have further questions, please contact us at the office. Thank you for your continued support of our business." So after reading the note I left a voicemail on the Nomo office number 801-415-5135 explaining what had happened and that I wanted someone to call me back by end of day Friday 7/28/17 to make things right. I'm going to give them a chance to make things right and will be sure to post my correspondence with them. It's just super frustrating when the individuals you speak with don't follow through and just tell you what you want to hear even though it's not what is really going to happen. Also I just wanted to note what I had the sales guy Tanner write on my invoice, I thought it would ensure they couldn't screw up and come when I was not home. It read: "Spray the back deck, rats in the back corner (ask Tim), inside and outside full service, spray inside the lights on the front of the house, spray the deck on the east side of the house, spot threat for ants in the cracks of the driveway, spot treat ants in the back corner of yard (ask Tim)" I also specifically talked with Tanner about mice/rats and how they typically handled them, my concern was our Weiner dog and I was concerned he would get his nose caught in a trap or eat something he shouldn't. Tanner said they typically use enclosed bait cages but that I could talk to the tech on what would be best. read more

I signed up for a one-time service with Nomo. Eric was very clear that they would come spray once, possibly one other time to break up the egg cycle. He said that since a few of my neighbors were also doing it, that I would get a deal and it would only cost $89, instead of the normal $119. And he said I wouldn't need to spray again for a year. I gave him my card info and he had me sign his iPad to authorize the $89 charge. A couple days later, I got a service agreement that stated that I was in a year-long contract, with 4 more treatments during the year, at $119 each. And if I wanted to cancel, I would need to pay 50% of the remaining balance just to get out of the contract. And the worst part, there was my signature at the bottom of this contract that I had never seen or agreed to. I called Nomo and talked to Jillian, who was absolutely no help. She was rude and refused to do anything. She said that I had signed a contract and so there was nothing they could do. She also told me that I should be more careful so that I know what I'm signing in the future. I guess every time I sign to use my card that I'm supposed to make sure there's not a secret contract that my signature is being used for. Also, they never came to do the initial spray. Eric told us that someone would come and knock on our door to let us know they were there. Nobody did, and we never saw anybody spraying at our house. And we were home all day. And yet, we got a receipt that said they had come and had sprayed around the perimeter of the house. We talked to our bank and cancelled our card so they can't charge us. If I didn't have to give a star to leave a review, I wouldn't! This has got to be one of the WORST businesses out there. From the poorly run office staff, to the unmotivated, lazy "workers". I have had this company come to my house on 3 occasions. The first visit, did virtually nothing in the way of getting rid of any pests. I thought maybe it takes a little bit for it to work, then they came for the second visit and I figured out why nothing changed. The young man who came to "spray" literally was at my house for 3-5 minutes TOPS, did NOT spray in the window well (after specifically being asked to), did NOT spray the rock wall in the back yard, but basically just sprayed one little shot here, one little shot there...not even going around the foundation of the house like we were told. We still had a problem with wasps, we still had earwigs galore, we STILL have spiders. When my husband called to complain and cancel our service, he was told that there was nothing they could do. Nothing you can do? How about perform the services for which you are being paid to complete, there's a start. When they came out to spray the third time, my husband (luckily) was there to stop him and informed him that we had cancelled our service. The man called in the office and had my husband speak with a Jillian, who indicated that they were unaware that our service had been cancelled and that they were sad to see us go and was there anything that could be done to keep us. My husband informed her that clearly that is an impossibility since you couldn't perform the services you had previously been paid to perform. She then informed him that we had to pay the remainder of our contract, and that was that. So the company charged our card for the balance of the contract $128, for a service that they never performed. At this point, we will be changing our card numbers in the event that this company "isn't aware that the service was cancelled" and shows up to do nothing in my yard again and tries to charge us $85 to walk around my yard. Ironically, my mother-in-law called me the other day to tell me of this "terrible company and to stay away from them...they are called NoMo Pest Solutions and they are scam artists" she said. The WORST customer service!!! Don't use them! They came and sprayed without me knowing after our contract was up the previous year. We had spiders after they sprayed and my husband didn't want to use them again. My husband had had pancreatic cancer and had barely passed away. I called a different pest control to come and spray and I had payed them. NOMO came two days later when I was gone and left a bill on my door. I called and said I hadn't wanted them to come and was using someone else. They said they'd sent an email to my husband which of course he hadn't read. I told them the situation and they said I still had to pay. I told the girl I never got the email and my husband had recently passed. She didn't care and was only about collecting the $80. Very cold and unfeeling. They added fees and were going to turn me over to collections at a very emotional time. I was forced to pay or be turned over to collections. She too write a review acted like she was being nice by waiving the extra fees but was still insistent that I pay the original fee. I just paid to be done with them. When I called to ask about it, they said that this was policy and that they always come out without letting the customer know. Which is false because prior to this treatment, they would ALWAYS send out a text or a a phone call setting up service asking if we wanted the inside done as well. Very nice individuals until things don't go their way. Called both me and my wife liars multiple times when trying to come to a reasonable conclusion. Also, very expensive. I normally do not write this type of reviews but due to the extremely bad experience with Nomo Pest Solutions, I have to. Sales man came on a weekend over a year ago promising to do more than he did the very first day. It was obvious right there that this company was only after the money. They never did the inside and trying to re-schedule was always an inconvenience. I explained several times mu frustration and unhappiness with the service I received time after time. Their response was "next time we can do it". I held back payment on service number 5 and called and explained my disappointment. After I made the payment, they scheduled the service without receiving confirmation from me. By then, I had already talked to the receptionist and cancelled my contract. She texted, called and emailed trying to get me to renew my contract. She offered me a discount but I explained my disappointment and frustration with their service. I held back my payment again hoping they would address the issue, however, nobody seemed to care. Their only concern was their payment. After I made my final payment with the same person I had talked to several times, Nomo Pest decided to scheduled another service without my authorization. Then they charged my card again. My bank return their charge. Nomo Pest now says they will send me to collections. I hope they read this because from other reviews it is clear that the way they conduct business is very unprofessional, deceitful and money is all they care about. We have been customers of NOMO since they were Precision pest control. We loved the service and eric! But as he got bigger then became nomo our service has become Horrible! The office and field staff do not communicate anything to each other. I have taken days off from work and waited in vain for the tech to spray inside. Rescheduled and rescheduled over and over only to watch tech drive by house without even slowing down and then billing me for services! Not the same excellent customer service as originally provided... in fact NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Do not waste your time and money. Keep loking! Just as previous reviews have stated...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! My father and I have both had services provided for us. Not only were we never given a copy of our "agreement" upon starting of services, when we did request a copy, they had forged my fathers signature!!! They say they will come every three months but yet they show up 60 days after the last service date. The last time they came to my home, I asked they please come back another time since I was on my way out the door. The guy proceeded to tell me has absolutely has to do services because I'm on the list. He argued with me for 15 minutes, making me late and yet he still sprayed even though I asked him not to. I tried contacting them to cancel but was told I have this "agreement" that binds me for a year. The owner, Eric Beckstrand, forwarded me a copy of this agreement but of course, I never saw this in the beginning and of course I never signed it. As I called again today to cancel my service, I asked to have Eric call me directly. His representative Jillian continued talk even though I said goodbye. She then calls me back twice. So not only do they take your money, provide services that are not done at your request or on your time, we experienced bugs, wasps, spiders, even after their retreat services, and their representatives will call you back and harass you. This is the worst company ever! I requested for service to be stopped in July of 2017, but...since I only did it over the phone and not via email, they didn't honor that. So they sent some kid to spray something around, didn't go into my garage or my house, but illegally went into my back yard and through my gate to perform a service I had requested to not be done...and then sent me a bill because I had blocked the auto pay at my bank. I wasted too much time speaking with whoever answers the phone and was told they wouldn't do any more services but that I still owed $200+ dollars...which of course I'm not paying. I also asked curiously why their name changed and why customers weren't notified...seems sly and sneaky for a business...and she told me it's because the owner thought too many businesses were using the other name and needed to change it. Horrible business ethic, horrible service...and 8 months later I'm in collections for $200+ dollars. Must be hard up for money...BBB should shut them down! The service itself was just so-so, but what really made me angry was the way that they conduct business. First of all, they signed us up with a "special promotion" and neglected to mention that it was only a one-time thing. Then we were stuck in a year contract at full price. After the term was up, I called to cancel and they sent me through a bunch of hoops to get it done. While we were working it out, a technician came to the house to perform the quarterly service. I told him that I only wanted it done if it was already paid for. He called the owner and then told me that it was covered. When I called the office two days later, I was told that I owed money for the service that had just been done. I talked to the owner and explained the situation, but all he did was tell me that they required a 30 day notice of cancellation and that we were responsible for any service performed in the meantime. It didn't matter that I had been told the service was covered, it didn't matter that I had called about cancelling before they showed up. They took no responsibility for "my misunderstanding" and said I had to pay anyway. I feel that is dishonest, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. read more
