I would give it less than one star if I could. The worst nail experience ever. The guy, I believe is the owner is very rude when you ask him to do what you want. He didn't paint my nails good ,I told him about it and he gets mad saying that it was the color I picked.

I'm a designer so when I want to come up with something fun they don't complain and just have fun with the design. Love them!

Got an eyebrow wax, Brazilian wax, and a gel manicure - all by the same technician whose name I never got, but she was lovely. I usually go to European Wax Center for my Brazilian, but they didn't have any convenient openings, so Nona Nails was suggested to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. She was so attentive and made sure that all the hair was removed, pulling the strips in different directions to maximize removal. As someone who was used to the hard wax that EWC uses, I was pleasantly surprised with the use of strips - it was a cleaner wax and less painful, actually. Eyebrows were beautiful cleaned up and the shape and bulk of hair maintained as per my request. My manicure was a decent manicure (I usually do my nails myself, so I'm used to them being done a certain way) and I am pleased. I called earlier in the day to schedule the wax appointments and once I was in, I asked if I could squeeze in a manicure. I was accommodated very easily.

this is terrible. i wish the photo was clearer so you can see how chunky and uneven the nail polish is

If i could give negative stars i would !! all i wanted was a acrylic nails matte white. seems simple right? but the lady i had messed up my nails so bad i wish i could get my money back. the shape is terrible. the polish is chunky and not smooth and my nail is extremely thick and not coffin whats so ever. also half the nails are crooked if you want cute nails i do not recommend you to come here whats so ever !

    Love them!!! By Peter.

It's easy to get lost but once you find the spa the beauty continues into this Italian country side vibe. Yelp Review I rarely…read morewrite negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience because I don't want another guest, especially another woman of color, to leave feeling the way I did. I originally booked this appointment after attending Bella Collina's Girls' Night Out event. The event itself was wonderful, and the spa offered special pricing if services were booked that evening. My mom and I both booked treatments, so I was genuinely looking forward to this visit. Instead, I experienced one disappointment after another. From the moment I called for directions after my GPS brought me through the wrong entrance, the tone of the interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. When I arrived, I immediately noticed the difference between Bella Collina and other luxury spas I have visited. There was no warm greeting, no orientation to the facilities, and no one escorting guests from place to place. I was simply pointed toward the locker room and later told where to go for my treatment. Those details may seem small, but they are exactly what separates true luxury hospitality from an average spa. The interaction with my massage therapist made me especially uncomfortable. She asked whether I wanted the complimentary scalp massage. I explained that I was wearing a wig and would prefer not to have it. Instead of accepting my answer, she continued asking me the same question multiple times. As a Black woman, that exchange felt deeply uncomfortable. Black women wear wigs and other protective styles for many reasons, and I have never before had someone fixate on my hairstyle during a spa treatment. Whether intentional or not, the repeated questioning demonstrated a lack of cultural competence and left me feeling othered rather than cared for. The massage itself was unfortunately the worst I have ever had. Instead of relaxing, I became increasingly tense. I found myself asking to stretch throughout the session because my muscles actually felt tighter as the massage continued. That has never happened to me before. The facial was excellent, and I want to acknowledge that. My esthetician was knowledgeable, professional, and gave me thoughtful advice about my skincare goals. She was the highlight of my visit. Unfortunately, the problems continued afterward. I asked if I could pay before changing into my swimsuit so I could enjoy the spa pool, but I was told no because someone would have to walk me outside. After changing, I returned wearing my swimsuit underneath the spa robe and was immediately told I could not wear the robe outside. At that point, it felt like every interaction centered around another rule or another correction. Instead of feeling welcomed or accommodated, I felt policed. Hospitality should make guests feel comfortable, not constantly worried that they are doing something wrong. Eventually, I decided to leave instead of using the pool because I simply did not feel welcome anymore. The most disappointing part of this experience was not just the poor massage or the lack of luxury service. It was leaving feeling that the staff lacked the cultural awareness necessary to make every guest feel respected and included. That feeling stayed with me long after I left. Bella Collina markets itself as a luxury destination. Luxury is not just beautiful buildings or expensive treatments. Luxury is exceptional hospitality, thoughtful service, and making every guest feel comfortable and valued. Sadly, that was not my experience.

You can valet at the front, and as long as you have your ticket validated, parking is complimentary, which is a nice perk. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. We were greeted right away and offered a quick tour of the facilities (optional, but I'd recommend it), then taken to the locker rooms where everything was set up for us, lockers, robes, and spa shoes. The amenities are honestly next-level. They had everything you could think of: q-tips, combs, brushes, hair dryers, hairspray, shower steamers, sugar scrubs, you name it. There was also a lounge area stocked with water and light snacks, which made it easy to relax before and after services. I booked a 50-minute relaxation massage with Shelly, and she was amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable from the start, and the experience felt very personalized. Before beginning, they have you smell two different aromatherapy oils to see what your body needs, which was such a thoughtful touch. The massage itself was incredible, I would absolutely book with her again. Afterward, we spent time enjoying the rest of the amenities, especially the pool. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The staff really goes above and beyond, they set you up with a covered chair and even drape a towel to create a pillow for you. The pool temperature was perfect, and having servers walking around to take food and drink orders made it feel even more luxurious. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Between the beautiful facilities, attentive staff, and little details that make everything feel elevated, I would definitely come back again.

The staff made me feel so welcome, my masseuse was kind, respectful, and made sure I was comfortable during the entire experience. I attempted to sit out by the pool for a bit after my treatment. However, due to rain, I had to come inside pretty quickly. There was a wide offering of food on the pool menu and I was able to sit and eat my chicken caesar and have a cocktail in the women's sanctuary. I also went downstairs to use the sauna and steam room. The sauna was a perfect temp, clean, and very comfy. I could only stand about 30 seconds in the steam room because of how intense it was. There were heated chairs as well that I could have sat and cooked on for hours. I tried out the experience shower, which had about 9 shower heads. I fear this was the best shower experience of my life. I turned on most of the shower heads and rotated in that thing like a rotisserie chicken. 10/10 would recommend. The area outside of the showers was also great. They had just about anything you need to get ready. Toothbrushes, combs, mouthwash, hair gel, shower caps, hairspray, there was also a hand scrub that smelled incredible. I had everything I needed to do my makeup and hair before leaving for the day.
