My first visit here I saw Veronica. She was the absolute best! I hadn't gotten my nails done that nicely in a long time. I went back today to do a fill- Veronica had off so a different lady did my nails. It took her over an hour just to remove my prior dip nails - she never asked if I wanted the tip removed but she went ahead and did that. After watching her file my nails for an hour with still no color on my nails (frustrated at this point), I finally said I had to get back to work. It wasn't until I complained again saying I needed to take a break for work that she actually started to rush . She cut my cuticles . My nails are not even/flat and bumpy . I would have much rather she did them good rather than have lumpy fingernails . I would have gone out to my car for 10 min to make a work call and come right back . Instead she rushed, cut me, and my nails look like ogre shaped nails. I couldn't tell until I got in my car. The best is when I got charged an extra $15 for wanting the cat eye COLOR! I had no clue that was an up charge . The one thing that will make me NEVER go back is if they charge me $ for something without telling me. This was my last visit to this nail salon . My girlfriend said hers was rushed and the messy finishing showed lack of attention. Excellent service! My friend and I went for pedicures and it was both of our first times at this establishment. There is a variety of services available (not just nails) and the staff are super kind. I give this place a 50/50 and that was due to the tech who did my nails. She was really good. She was friendly as well and attentive. She did a refill and gel polish and I also did gel on my toes with a big toe sparkle. I wanted designs on my nails but she couldn't do designs and said I would have to wait till the other tech was finished (she seemed like the manager or someone important). Well! My appointment was at 3pm. I was in there till 6pm. And I didn't even get my 2 designs!! JUST 2! The other tech could have just pulled away from her customer for not even 5 minutes to do the 2 designs. I spent $95 and 3 hours to walk out without my TWO Christmas designs. I think that was unprofessional. My tech kept apologizing which she shouldn't have, the other one should've. And it wasn't even that busy during my 2nd hour of being there. Now that it got really busy, she couldn't pull away. She could've done it. I'm starting to realize that at some of these places it's about money and not professionalism. Definitely won't be back there to do my nails for a holiday. I need to go back to press on nails. UPDATE: I cannot believe that days later my nails look like this. I was extremely patient after having my nails re done 3-4 times and still coming out bubbly and cracking. I was here from 4pm until 9pm approximately. For the final results they were inconsistent and uneven and did not match at all. I didn't even receive the correct colors I chose. They were going to give me 10% my next service but then took the offer back because I asked for my money back on the chrome color because they screwed it up AGAIN. Worst service and costumer service experience I've ever had with any nail salon. And get this, if you paid with cash, you got 5% off your total. So it was $95. When they gave me my money for the chrome that was $15, they only gave me $14 back bc of the %5. Only $14 isn't minus %5. That was just insulting. You're better off going to polish up Narcoossee. It's the same price and better service. UPDATE: the nails they "redid" messesd up RUGHT after. I'm never going back here. They redid my nails so many times that they're so thin that they're just cracking at this point what a waste of time and money. The salon owner and 2 of her minions are very rude and ungrateful to their returning customers. Honestly, I gave them multiple chances because their spa is a minute from my daughter's school. Last time I went it was the Friday before mother's day weekend and went for a broken nail made by them. It was close to closing time and the owner said she couldn't get me in. I explained that it was mother's day weekend and she then agreed. Kid you not, I waited 2 hours. I always heard good things about this salon, and decided to give it try. I had a full set done, and for someone who's been getting acrylics since for 7 consecutive years, my worst set was done here. I'm unsure of the woman's name who did my nails, but they were extremely uneven, different shapes, and she did not file the whole nail down after applying the acrylic. I went back in the day after I got my set done to fix them, but she still didn't file them down evenly and barely fixed the shape with a nail file. I assumed she was annoyed that I went back to fix them because my skin around 3 nails were filed away, causing me to bleed. I could have sworn she told me not to come back while trying to fix my nails. Now I think one of my nails is infected because it's been extremely swollen, red and tender. Despite this issue, the nail salon is extremely clean and well kept. The owner seems very sweet and the rest of the staff comes off as friendly with lots of smiles. It's a comfortable environment overall. If you want to get services done here, please read the reviews and book with someone who has good reviews on their services, not with just anyone. read more

This is a very nice nail salon in a strip mall. I picked this location to get my nails done due to the proximity of where I'm staying and I picked it based on the reviews from other people. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly everybody wise and my nails turned out amazing. I am very happy with them I like the fact that you can book online and they also take walk-ins. I did the dip for my nails. And I had my eyebrows waxed both people who helped me were very professional and super amazing at what they do. BEWARE!!! I hardly leave a bad review, but I think I need to post this and let other know our experience. This is a long post, but could help people understand what happened. Went to the salon with my mom and my daughter (4 years old). Before going there, I did call first. Was asked what services we needed and was told to come in at 12 nn. I even made sure if they are doing toddler/lil girls and how much. We came 12:05 PM, it was busy, got that, so we waited until 12:40 PM to be seated. First, everything is fine. Techs are nice. My mom and I were almost done, before they started my daughter's pedicure. Then, I had to move on the next row, and left my daughter by the pedicure section and text my husband to come in the salon too to watch for her. People still kept on coming, and the next thing I noticed, the manager(or I guess the owner) started doing my daughter's nail, too. In my opinion, she was rushed because she was done before me, knowing she is doing manicure and pedicure as well. But I let it go and understand that they are busy. Left the salon. A couple of hours later, my daughter showed me her nails. Nail polish started to fall off and noticed that my daughter's fingernails were still dirty and don't look like they were cut or filed. So I asked my husband if they asked him, and he said not. That was when I found out also when my husband carried my daughter out of the spa chair, the manager started to picked up my daughter without asking us and letting us know she wanted to move her because other customer will use the chair. So, we decided that I'll bring back my daughter first thing in the morning (even though I know how to clean and put nail polish, we did pay for the service that was not properly done. Picture attached. You can see the nail was not even clean and was tried to cover the dirt with the polish?). The next day, got in the salon at 10:30 am and was asked by a tech how they can help us. I mentioned that we were there the day before and wanted to repaint my daughter's nail because they fell off. Then, the manager told us they were busy. I got that! But she didn't offer that they will fix, we can have a seat, wait, since they are busy. That was when I started to speak up. (Yes, there was an argument. Instead of apologizing, she tried to tell us that my daughter did not like to get her nails cut/file. Aren't they supposed to ask the parents? What a 4 yr old know?). Also, if i did not speak up, it looks like they are not going to fix it. Then, the tech that did my nail the day before, pointed us to just sit, and probably she'll do my d's nail. Then, one of the techs came in and was asked to do my d's nail. We were already ok, when the manager came and approached us again telling me why she did not clean/cut my d's nail. That we should've charged for more. Was talking, and she walked away. We paid $30 + tip for manicure/pedicure. That was when I started to burst. Then, other customer get in the middle and sshhhh me.(we apologize if we made a scene and maybe bothered their peace, too). But they did not know what happened. If the manager told us to sit, wait and they will fix, instead of saying they are busy, maybe it'll be different. Techs are nice, but she is very rude! Thankful for the tech (forgot to ask her name) for doing a great job fixing. I am also in customer service, so I know how to respect. Then, on our way out, we said thank you to the manager, and she did not even say a thing. read more

I treated myself and a friend to a deluxe pedicure. My nail tech started digging on the left side of my left big toenail, scraping the underside of the nail and the cuticle. I told her to stop that it hurt. She went at it again and I pulled my foot away. She cut the nail down at an angle. I pointed it out to her, and now it was shorter than the right side, by a lot. As she was getting ready to Polish, she went at it again. Needless to say, the toe and bottom of my foot got infected. Luckily I was on antibiotics and they seemed to keep it at bay. I did visit the manager (or owner she didn't identify who she was), showed her my foot. I tried to point out the person but didn't see her, nor was she interested in finding out who did this. She touched my toe and asked if it still hurts, of course it does and pulled my foot away! It's still red and swollen. She asked me if I had an ingrown toenail! No I did not. I just had a pedicure 20 days prior, there were no issues. My friend told me her tech cut one of her nails too short injuring her toe. I spent over $100.00 for this. I did not ask for anything, however, the lack of interest in this is appalling. I'm hoping I won't need medical attention. I'd post a picture but I don't see anywhere on the site to do so. read more

I was lucky enough to get Cindy for my first appointment and I've been coming back to her ever since! She does an incredible job with SNS nails and designs and gives great pedicures too; no need for me to look for another salon again! Cindy and the rest of the staff are warm, friendly, and talented. I could not hear anything she was saying she was rude and rough and she did not do a good job with my toenails and the service there was bad it was so bad that it made you not even want to tip them. and the water was very hot and I told the lady that the water was hot. She took a bowl and Removed the water and put VERY HOT water back in the bowl. And the prices are extremely expensive.I don't recommend them.
