Pretty good Pizza! Friendly service, delivered by the new owner himself! Nice touch. I'm pretty partial to another local Pizza place, but I think they were without power last night. I read some good reviews from trusted Yelper friends so I gave Nona's a call. I was pretty happy with my pie. It wasn't my favorite tasting...as I thought it was on the bland side, but still a wonderful treat to eat! I didn't listen and ask for it well done like she recommended, and the middle of my pizza was doughy, yuck. -1 star The crust was chewy, another thing I didn't care for. And their prices are high! If I could give a this pizzeria zero stars I would. I stopped to get a slice and the girl on the register asked if I wanted it heated. I said yes if its cold. She said ohhh its not warm.n She was young and acted like she was training everyone. So after paying for it and leaving I went to eat it and it was half cold, dried out and burnt on the bottom. We tried this pizzeria after hearing great things about it from others in the neighborhood. Nona's did not disappoint! The pizza is amazing, both the deep dish and the hand tossed. We also enjoyed the cannolis for dessert. I would highly recommend the food at this restaurant! I was a little disappointed that nobody was wearing a mask properly when I stopped in though. And even though 4 people were working in sight of the door, nobody greeted me. I had to greet them and ask for my order. This likely won't prevent me from going back, it's just not ideal. read more

Disappointed, would drive there and return it if I could. It's been a couple years since we have been here (we moved away), went tonight to get the pizza rolls and are very disappointed. They are not a pizza roll, it's dry braided bread. It should have garlic butter and Parmesan cheese on top, this is dry with sesame seeds on top. Don't waste your time or money. Nona's is a neighborhood pizza and pasta take out place. They do a very nice round pie, good coleslaw and (on my wife's authority) tasty fried chicken. The counter staff is unfailingly friendly. Although I sometimes choose another good place (Joe Bologna's or Passport), Nona's is a solid choice for pizza that tastes real, not mass-produced. read more

If you live in the area, you must try this pizza. Ask for them to make it well done. They tend to under cook the pizzas just a little. So last week I went an got a new tattoo and piercings at Vicious ink, and with the goodie bag they give out there was a coupon for Nonas in there. I figured why not try it. The staff was super awesome, and prompt. The place was clean and I love that it's brick oven pizza! The pizza rolls are so good, I highly recommend those. This is a good pizza. Ordered a XL with extra cheese and side of wings. One and a half slices and that was a wrap with a couple of wings. Good bbq sauce wings. They use and do not skimp on the cheese. Could use a very little more sauce but I will probably go back as a regular. They also added delivery which is a good think. Warning, if you get extra cheese let the pizza cool down before eating so the cheese does not slide off. We really enjoyed the food here. A happy staff. read more

I would have got past the absolutely terrible customer service this place provides if they atleast had decent food. The "salad" was a bag of lettuce with a slice of cucumber throw on top. Pizza was suppar at best and breadsticks were decent but forgot the sauce we asked for. Super rude people on top of it all. Take your money elsewhere and get good pizza. read more

Pizza is delicious. Delivery is always fast. They have many other options for food, including cannolis. My go to place when I'm in the area.

My advice: Don't call and complain about the food. The owner, Larry, will turn it around on you. "I never get complaints about the apple braid" - Translation: I have no taste buds? "Its personal preference, would you like me to burn it next time?" Translation: There's only two ways to order the apple braid - raw or burnt. "You ordered through Slice." Translation: How the heck would I know not to do this? Anyway. After a tab of $90, I guess Larry doesn't want my business. His loss.
