There is no doubt why this restaurant has such a great reviews, the food is really good. Lots of standouts, but for me sauce is particularly delicious. It's rich and tangy and you can tell a lot of care goes into it. We've tried many things, from the lasagna to the meatballs and it's all outstanding. Everything is very fresh and well prepared. It was okay was surprised to find pieces of chicken tendon in it. Overall it was okay, I liked the bread but maybe not the sauce. They gave a random bag of chips but I didn't get to pick the flavor which was strange. It was also a little off putting that the person at the counter was sneezing all over himself. Okay, I heard a lot about the lasagna in this place. I went on the app and was able to order for a specific time which was very nice. When I got there my order was ready, nice and hot. For a small to go restaurant is decorated very nicely and I must say that it was extremely clean in the carryout area. Now for the lasagna, EXCELLENT ! LET ME SAY THEY AIN'T LYING.. LOL! It was not that good, to claim to be authentic Italian food. The tomatoes were not cooked, they were just cut up and put in my pasta. When people make Alfredo with pasta and tomatoes, they normally sauté or stew the tomatoes. Not add them to the Alfredo sauce raw. read more

I came across this spot on Uber Eats. I ordered based off the good ratings and was not disappointed. I've since ordered and picked up several more times. Everything is always very good. Stopped here last night on our way to MJR. Kind of quick order Italian. My husband and I shared the shrimp scampi and some cheese bread. Definitely was more than enough for two to share. The cheese bread had a nice cook/crispiness to it and the marinara was good. The pasta was cooked perfectly and I loved the peppers in the scampi. It used to be good but not anymore. The Tuscan soup that used to be wonderful no longer is as they now use hamburger not Italian sausage like it used to be. I'm going to make this as short as I can to explain everything. Unfortunately I was very ill on my fiance's birthday. I couldn't drive. I couldn't even get out of bed. So the one thing I wanted to do for him was order him the best Italian food I could think of. The first thing that popped in my head was of course here ... Needless to say, this place will never receive my business again. I had it door dashed and underneath the special request which they include on the bottom and ask if you would like utensils, special allergy requirements, etc. I listed how important this dinner was. I even ordered a cake for his birthday and I even put in the notes that it was my fiance's birthday. Please make it extra special. I will even pay more if I have to. I've done this many times with other businesses and never seem to have a problem before. Usually they go above and beyond to make a special day special. Not here. Not only did my dinners cost over $50 for two people and that's including buy one get one free dinner. That is absolutely ridiculous. The ravioli was pretty basic. Bland and wasn't stuffed enough and drenched in sauce. The roles that I used to love were hard as a rock. I couldn't even bite through them. And the cake that I had ordered never even came. Even though I mentioned several times how important the cake was. They didn't forget about the cake because guess what? They charged my credit card. No problem for it. As soon as it arrived. I called the restaurant and she proceeded to apologize and she said to me that she's staring at the cake right now. Are you kidding me? Nice way to rub it in. I could barely understand her and I requested a refund and told her how important this dinner was and how unfortunate and sad I was that they messed it up and messed up his day because who has a birthday without cake!!! Not only did I request a refund on my cake that I never got but they still haven't refunded my money and I've called everyday so far and nothing. She proceeded to tell me the next day that she told the owner. Well, if this is true, wouldn't an owner of a business reach out to a customer that is absolutely disgusted in their establishment. No not them. They could care less. Not to mention the long hair that has been in my food from them on more than two occasions. They even posted pictures of this lady's hair inside the beef patties as she's mixing them. It was gross on their Facebook page. Not a really good promotion for anybody. This place is nothing like what it used to be. I'm going to stick to what I know.... and that is not here but I recommend Luigi's, Andiamo's and Mr. Pauls some of the best you could ever have. But as for here I urge you to please go somewhere else. They did absolutely nothing to fix my issue. My problem or refund my money. I can't think of anything nice to say about this place anymore. This place should be out of business and I hate to say that but it's true. As for the ambience, I felt like I was doing nothing but inconvenience the staff for ordering food from them. We have a couple people in our friend group that go crazy over this place and always talk about it so we decided to try them out. Everyone picked out their own meals, some that I remember were: chicken scampi (mine), ravioli, pesto Alfredo, pot roast, gnocchi, and a few sides of salads soups and meatballs. we all sampled from each other and not one dish was delicious or memorable in any way. The pot roast wasn't even pot roast it was more like shaved meat in tons of gravy with the sides of veggies. Chicken scampi didn't taste anything like a scampi and was lacking flavor overall. I had to add salt and garlic to it myself. The pesto Alfredo and gnocchi were the best of everything we tried but that wasn't really saying much. Portions are a good size, food arrived warm and delivery was quick! Flavor seemed to be the biggest issue for me, not sure I'd be back. read more

How this place has 4.5 stars is genuinely insane to me. It almost makes me think that these are paid actors. My mom and I tried out the place last night after seeing it when we'd go to guanaco for the past couple years. We got the Alfredo and I got a Tuscan soup. The Alfredo legitimately tastes like a stouffer's frozen pasta . The most tasteful part of the pasta is the bacon which I added for 3 dollars. For 15 dollars you could just go to Olive Garden or carabbas down the street. The Tuscan soup legitimately looked like water, had no flavour and was generally unpleasant. By far the worst Italian food I've ever had in the United States. I studied in the UK and had authentic Italian food several days a week, this bastardised version doesn't even deserve the name. Avoid and go to Wendy's or Taco Bell if you're hungry. read more
