Living in Metro Detroit where Detroit‑style pizza is everywhere, sometimes you just want a classic round pizza with a perfect, foldable flop, and this place absolutely nails it. The flavor is fantastic, the slices have just the right amount of bend, and every bite reminds you why simple, well‑made pizza never goes out of style. You can tell they care about what they're putting out, because it's consistently great. I've also heard nothing but amazing things about their pasta and the rest of the menu. I haven't tried it yet, but it's definitely happening next time because if it's anything like the pizza, I know it'll be incredible. We've been on a streak where any time we decide we want pizza we like to try a new place. This was our latest adventure, since it had such good ratings. The menu has a great variety of choices so we decided to try several different things. Our pizza was good, despite the crust being a little overdone. The calzone was good, but a little light on fillings. The Palomino pasta was probably the best of the three things. The people working there were quite nice. Ordered the pizza to go again and it was great!! The bread sticks are also to die for, and the pizza was served hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend eating here next time you are downtown, this is not a place to miss! There are also options to eat inside so I definitely need to do that one of the times as well, as we had just ordered carry out. Great food for a great price. My wife and I had the minestrone soup and small Mediterranean salad. Both delicious. Salad was freshly prepared and contained generous portions of all the good stuff. Weve tried a lot of places in the area and hands down Larco has been the most consistent, satisfying, perfect pizza for our Friday nights! Im from Clarkston and used to go to Little Louies (Alexandars) or Gregs for local none chain pizza. Since they are not around any more due to chains sucking the life out of small businesses . We were so happy to find Larco Bros. Not only is the food wonderful (we also get their wraps in the summer when its to hot for pizza, Chicken Cesar and Greek are go tos) But: A tale of kindness (hardly found anymore) Customer Service and Genuine Morality... Last Friday we had the same delivery driver from the previous week. When we accepted the order, he said last week you over paid, here is your overage back and handed us cash. My husband and I looked at each other confused? We didnt accept it. Told him to keep it. But never in my life would I have expected anyone to be that honest this day in age. We have gotten food from Larcos many times and their pizza is consistently good. In fact they are my husband's favorite pizza place. I am gluten free and while I appreciate that they have a GF pizza option, it's not the best out there. I would love if they switched to a better GF crust or used a cauliflower crust. One of my family's favorite places for Friday Night pizza. Lots of seating inside for sitting down and enjoying a family dinner. Service is great and the staff are very friendly. This place is incredible! Ordered for a large party tonight and everything was so good! Love the sauce on their pizza. Got a full tray Mediterranean salad and it was awesome, so many beets and the lettuce was high end fresh dark green lettuce and not garbage iceberg. We got a half tray of chicken wings and it has been a really long time since we have had wings this good... meaty and tasty and cooked perfectly. I ordered way way too much food but everyone ate it all because it was so good, we couldn't stop eating. Party was a major success due to the food. Everyone left asking me... now where is this place you got that pizza? I don't live in the area but I work in the area, I will be going for lunch now and will probably go out of my way to stop and try more. Decided to walk 2 miles from our house to get some Larco Bros pizza and enjoy it in the park on this incredible summer day, and let's just say the pizza did not disappoint! First off, the staff here is incredibly friendly which would make me want to come back here even if the pizza wasn't all that. When the young lady behind the counter brought out our pizza, she noticed our cooler and asked if we were going to eat at the park. We said yes, and she said she'd be back with some paper plates for us to take with us. She ended up giving us silverware, napkins, and paper plates so that we could enjoy our meal at the park, and we didn't even ask for this - how cool! Therefore, safe to say that the service here is top notch and you can tell they care about their customers. On to the food... after looking at the menu and going back and forth on which specialty pizza to go with, we decided to try out the medium Capicola Pizza and we added a side of fresh baked bread sticks to go with it. The bread sticks were out of this world good - nice crunch on the outside when you bite into it, and then a warm, soft center. Some of the best breadsticks we've had in a while! The pizza was very tasty too. We enjoyed the little kick from the capicola and the fact that this pizza was loaded with toppings. Arugula was super fresh, and the cheese itself blew our minds. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the pizza and breadsticks. Extra bonus - portion sizes are large and you definitely get your money's worth, so we were lucky enough to be stuck with some leftovers for tomorrow :) We've lived in the area for 7 years now, and we are disappointed that this was our first time here. Order pizza here frequently and always consistent and good. They don't have any unique/exotic toppings (all pretty straightforward) or unique styles, but that is good for me frankly. Their pizza is always ready earlier than online ordering site says for pickup. I like the regular round crust the best. read more
