The Pistachio filling was pretty good but its shell was a lot more airy. It was more like a puff pastry instead of fried pastry dough. It was a bit of a miss only because of this, but otherwise I'm excited to try other flavours! I called them today, and basically, the owner made me one serving of strawberry mousse (not the cake), just for me (!) and it was incredible. Not too sweet, just perfect. Apparently, there are ~30 flavours to choose for the mousse. They can make them in small party style/catering sizes or larger ones. I also ended up getting the tiramisu, which really impressed me as well. This level of customer service is literally unheard of nowadays! I still can't believe it. I would definitely be back. First off, her studio is gorgeous! I knew instantly when I walked in that this girl put a lot of love and passion into her work. She sat me down on a beautiful plush couch and presented me with a huge plate full of sample cake flavours - each one was better than the next!
