He insinuated that I damaged the phone again rather than consider his work to have been faulty. I suspect he used aftermarket parts on my iPhone or did not install it properly which caused it to malfunction. Now I know why he offered me a reasonable price. The quality of his work will not last and you'll be out of your phone. I also suspect he did not properly assess the damage of the phone and only fixed parts of the problem. Take your business elsewhere. The customer service was extremely poor and disrespectful. The owner would not even listen to understand the problem before accusing me of breaking the phone again.

When we asked about it, they said that's normal. (Incredibly annoying!) Then, shortly after she got a strange color blotch on the upper right corner. Both cameras worked when I handed them to him to repair, and wasn't working 20-minutes later when he gave them back. He said it would cost $15 each to replace the cameras on the phones to make them operational again. I declined --and that was 3 months ago. Last week the front of the phone fell off because I guess the glue got old in 3-months, and I saw the reason the camera didn't work. There was a bunch of dust on the camera lens. I cleaned the camera lens, then took the phone to be re-glued at a different repair place. My camera now works on that phone. CommCentral was trying to scam me out of $15 on each phone, when all they would've done is wiped away dust --and how did it get dusty? I don't like dealing with shady people, so I'd never let them touch any of my phones again.
