While In Millbrook, we ate at Nooch's twice. It was recommended to us by a local, and apparently is a favorite of locals. The food was very good -- especially the chili con corn (to die for!). The service was friendly and the environment had a pleasant 'pub' vibe. We definitely would return if in Millbrook again. read more

Eh. Went on fall Saturday with 4 others. Everyone got their drinks (not me, they were brewing more iced tea- it finally came warm). 3 of us ordered burgers, mine never got put in, so as every one else finished,I asked for mine to be boxed. Sister wanted the grilled veggie pannini, over salad, no bread. ( yes, just take those grilled veggies and throw them on a salad) she literally got a single slice of zucchini and a mushroom on a house salad. Beau got roast beef pannini with grilled onions. Over cooked deli meat, bland, crappy white bread. Poor hungover waitress was very nice, but had to cover bar, our 5 top, a table of 4, table of 6. Burgers looked good. We should have been comped on a tea or soda or something. Won't be back. read more

It appears that this is the only actual bar/pub in town. Just Haifa couple of drinks. Plenty of tap beer to choose from. At least 4 tv's going with some sporting event. Bartender was very friendly. read more

What a nice place! Great atmosphere! Great Staff! Wonderful food. The owners of Nooch's have done a real nice job renovating and modernizing this location. We arrived and had drinks at their bar; a very long, elegant bar which must have been a work of love by a local craftsman. We later decided to have dinner and it was obvious that there was a culinary expert in the kitchen. I had ordered the salmon and requested it to be blackened... what a delight! It was made to perfection! Nooch's was a delightful surprise from a food and drink perspective... and it appears would be a great place for watching sports! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I can tell from the jump the food was frozen not fresh, I guess they aren't about the food. But let's be honest they aren't about the drinks either, extremely overpriced... I actually did come here on Patrick's day and can you believe the drinks on special were Jameson and Guinness but there was a catch they were out of both. I don't know about you but running out of my two favorite drinks on one of my favorite days (indeed I am Irish) is almost a sin especially in this particular business... Now the owner doesn't acknowledge anyone she seems as if she is a snob but I really don't know because she hasn't said a word to me... The seats are breaking the walls need painting I am very upset about this place and I can not wait until it is yet again under new ownership!! I have visited this establishment several times since it has opened. Overall the look of the interior is pretty nice and cozy. They have a good beer and cocktail selection in addition to lunch and dinner menu's. The staff is ok, at times the bartender/waitress is overwhelmed because it is 1 or 2 people covering the entire bar and dinning area. At other times when it is not as busy the bartenders may not even pay attention to you unless your one of there friends. The food is not very good. I have had wings a couple of times and they range from under cooked to way over done. I made the mistake of ordering a Surf and Turf dish which consisted of a small piece of steak, a crab cake, and "potatoes au gratin"....you could tell the crab cake was frozen yet it was the best thing on the plate! The potatoes had the consistency of sliced apples and where grey in color, the Au Gratin part was shredded cheese that was the put on the potatoes and then microwaved! I have had the boneless chicken chunks which can best be described as small rocks with BBQ on them, hard to chew and the meat itself is bland. Every now and then they have a DJ that plays terrible music and basically shows downloaded videos from TV shows as part of his "act". If your going to have a DJ why not play songs people actually enjoy...you can see the peoples reaction when this guy plays some of these songs! For the record it is not a matter of taste...very few people want to hear old Patsy Cline or Roy Orbison at a bar...sorry! At the end of the day go there for a few drinks before the "entertainment" begins and then go eat somewhere else! read more

Stopped at this pub for dinner based on yelp's suggestions and ratings. Would not recommend if you are looking for something to eat. Nice lively bar with trivia being played (very loud and the guy with the Mike obnoxious). Did seem like folks were having fun but not what I expected. After ordering my dinner (shrimp) after 10 mins or so waitress came back to say they had no shrimp. I reordered and my dinner companion's meal came out. She completed her meal and mine didn't come for 15 more minutes. The salad I had was just blah. Sorry for a downer review but I would not come back here to eat. $27 for appetizer wings, ice tea (non alcoholic) and salad with some chicken. read more

Living in the village of Millbrook, my husband and I enjoy patronizing the local businesses and have been known to do so quite often. We had been in Nooch's several times and while not overly impressive it was alright. The staff seemed to be somewhat inexperienced in working in the industry as they were often less than welcoming however as previously stated we enjoy supporting our local businesses. However, when my husband and I went in for a quick drink on December 9th we were greeted with very unfriendly bar staff, who proceeded to ID me; while flattering this act was certainly unwarranted. When presented with my government issued ID which contained my photo and date of birth I was turned away and told it was "not an acceptable form of ID". When then informed that we are local and walked over, I was not afforded the same courtesy that I have bestowed upon them.....a courtesy that I unfortunately will no longer be providing. It's unfortunate and very disappointing that a local business such as Nooch's does not have the respect for it's local patrons you would expect from a small village pub. read more

My family's favorite place to eat!! I have never had a bad meal!! My sons favorite is the pulled pork!! I love it all!! You can't go wrong with anything you order! Great place for your family, a beer after work or hanging out with friends for Trivia Tuesday's, Karaoke Saturday's or watching the game on one of the many large screen tv!!
