The customer service from the team was absolutely disgraceful. They were openly complaining about customers, and that they shouldn't get to have customizations. They complained about not being told we wanted to order, when we were standing next to the register. Complained when my friend paid with cash to his face. Then when we were leaving they told us to have a good night, and we replied. They got annoyed and said it again, which we looked back confused and said it again. And as we were leaving they started complaining about having to say it twice, when we don't have to respond in the first place. I've been here 3x now. The first two times were back to back. This place is really good for all your noodle needs! I've had the pesto zoodles, Japanese pan fried noodles, and Thai coconut soup. Have not been to Noodles and Company for a while, I used to go a lot before the pandemic. I went today wanting to get the chicken Veracruz salad and a side of tomato basil bisque. When I arrived and looked over the menu I saw that chicken Veracruz salad is no longer offered, instead there is a Mexican street corn salad which I ordered along with the side of tomato basil bisque. The Mexican street corn salad is basically a bowl of lettuce with a tiny bit of corn, tomato, and a lot of southwest tortilla strips. The soup was a side order and it was only filled to just under half the small bowl, and it tasted a couple of days old. All this cost me almost 13$ without the chicken in the salad I used to get. I know times are hard, but I think I can get more for my money and better quality elsewhere. I will not be returning. read more

The food is fine here at the Greenville NC location but I gave it 1 star because of the customer service. There is a cashier that works here, by the name of Autumn, that has been consistently rude every time I come here. She stands behind the register, no greeting, and as a customer I am unsure when I can order because she is just standing there. Usually people say "What can I get you?" or "Let me know if you have any questions." So when you look at her she is like staring at you and you kind of don't know if she's ready to take the order or not. Just no sense of customer service. She throws the receipt at you and lets out big sighs as she waits for your card to process (as if that is something we as the customer can help). Overall, very very poor. read more

Okay noodles of the slightly pricey variety. However, the servers are always courteous and they bus your table after your meal. This restaurant seems to be in the same vein as Tin Drum and other quick stop eateries. The wifi is a plus and makes this mid-day lunch stop an inviting place to finish up some small work related tasks, or even a a business meeting over lunch. Cleanliness is at around a 80% (you'll find napkins and various other items around the restaurant on the ground). They do tout a 95% health rating at their front door. From what I've had the food is prepared well. The parmesan crusted chicken, that you can add to your meal for $2.59 extra, is on the salty side and the tofu, an extra $2.39, is a bit over cooked. The noodles however have a nice texture and definitely can from someone's pre-made box; nevertheless they are tasty, and for the price you really shouldn't be looking for that authentic taste or Tuscany or those yummy ramen noodles you find in Tokyo from street vendors. Their wine selection or beers are nothing to rush to the front of the line for, but they do offer a small selection. I'll probably come back and so should you. This isn't a first or second date location, however a few friends going out should stop by. read more
