The inside of the restaurant was very clean. The cashier was friendly. My husband and I both felt like the pizza was just okay though. The toppings seem to be put on in a haphazard manner. Initial thought for 3 medium pizzas and 12 wings, $68 was a bit expensive but given the packed city for graduation dinner options we went with it. The pizza was pretty good. Pleased with size of pizza. The medium size looks like a commercial large pizza. We ordered a meat lover, marabella, and margherita pizza with the Buffalo wings. I have 4 stars because the wings were like the breaded wings from Walmart deli with Buffalo sauce on the side in small containers. I was expecting the normal non breaded tossed in sauce wings. Marabella is without a doubt the GOAT when it comes to za. Their sandwiches are S+++ tier too (strongly recommend the Chicken Wrap or the Chicken Focaccia. I can't sing their praises enough). They've never done me or the boys dirty and are always super personable and nice. They are amazing! My Mom surprised me with a pizza from my favorite place for lunch on my birthday. I haven't seen her in forever and she wanted them to do something cute and try and write some sort of happy birthday message in pepperoni. I want to give a huge shoutout to Marabella Old World Pizza on Greenville Blvd. Last night we took the grandkids to Deadwood and after 2 hours of waiting for a table we finally had to come back to Greenville to feed them. (we got to Deadwood at 5:20pm) We ordered our food and everyone was starving. Shortly after sitting down a gentleman came over with an entire pizza for us and said it was a cancelled order and would we eat it along with our food, or he could box it up and we could take it home. Of course we didn't turn it down, they were hungry. My grandson was so excited about taking some pizza home for breakfast my husband had the cheesesteak ( sorry forgot to take a picture but it was loaded), I had the grilled chicken wrap and added prosciutto ( so good!) and the kids had chicken tenders, fries and pizza. I was told by them that they were the BEST chicken tenders EVER!. Even without the added pizza the food and service were awesome. Everyone working there was so friendly. In the ever ending quest to find decent pizza (gave up on good after trying Papa Johns), we ended up at Marabella. Granted, its hard to get good help in a down economy. After the high school counter help got off his cell phone I ordered a slice of Silician pizza. Burnt crust. Asked for another. Drat. burned again. Oh wait - the guy at the counter brought me back the original slice *thats* why it was still burned. Its tough to juggle one customer. See the uploaded photos for Marabella? I do realize that the new location for the business just opened but they also have other locations in the area, however having to wait for my online order for an hour and a half is beyond ridiculous. I don't care how good the pizza is, which was not as good as their other locations. Here is what experience was step for step: placed my order online at 6:39 pm, my confirmation said it would be ready in 35 minutes which is normal for a pizza, i get there at 7:05 which was a bit early since i knew i would have to wait, i proceed to the drive thru since there were no parking spots to be able to go inside plus i thought it would be better since i placed my order online, i waiting for 50 min in the drive thru line, i finally make it up to the window to tell the person who opened the window who i was and that i placed my order online, while she went to find my order another person came to the window she had a very dazed look on her face to which i responded with the other person took my name and is taking care of me, the other person finally comes back to the window and says that they are backed up and my order isnt ready yet... im sorry what i have been sitting in line for over an hour and a placed my order 30 min previous to that, why is my order not ready, i obviously was trying to be civil and said okay, she then said if i would pull around front that they would bring it out to me in 10 minutes. I did as i was told mostly because i had already paid online for my order and didn't want to wait in another line somewhere else since i had already wasted so much time. I finally see one of the employees emerge with my food only to not see me, i had to yell out the window to them to ask if what they had was for me. It took a total of an hour and 40 minutes to get my order that was placed online and from what i saw i was not the only one. It seemed there was no management whatsoever, everyone was running all over the place and talking amongst themselves. This is the place that made me download Yelp. I got a margarita pizza and was shocked when I saw a pie with a soggy/undercooked middle, no fresh basil at all, and only a little sprinkle of basil spice.
