I normally don't get noodles but they had a Bogo so I got some Alfredo and stroganoff. I was disappointed with the taste of it, I think Kwik trip has better stroganoff. The Alfredo didn't have enough sauce. The noodles were cooked to my liking though. I think I should try other dishes next time. I think everyone else was also using the Bogo deal or something because they were so busy! I ordered online and set my time for 500 and don't think I even go my order until close to 530. My wife and I have tried this location a couple times and it is a sorry excuse for a Noodles. I have not been to one with poorer service and lack of cleanliness. The last time we were here, the food wasn't good or correct,i ate mine but my wife wanted to say something and got a refund. We like clean and fresh food but this place fails. Total BS. I placed an order 30+ hours in advance with this location for a business meeting. I had a pick up at 5pm. When I got there at 4:58pm I was met with confused stares and no recollection in their books about my order. I called the catering line and confirmed that my order had been processed and accepted by the location, yet no employee here can find it. So now I have no other option but wait while they quickly put together my order and I look like an ass arriving late at my meeting about customer service and hospitality. It is going to be awful quality and complete crap. Oh and to boot, there is no sense of urgency or care that they dropped the ball big time on this. No sorry, no comps, nothing. Not using this place ever again and will avoid it even for personal use. Someone asked if I used human or computer. The answer is both to double check that something like this wouldn't happen. So...I'll start with the positive. The food is always yum and the service is pretty good. When we go even if the is a line, it goes pretty quickly and our orders come out in a good amount of time. Now...the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be admired. My toddlers could do a better job cleaning. And I'm pretty understanding when it comes to a restaurant meeting things clean. But when I'm the first to come in at opening I expect the tables to be clean and the freestyle machine to not look like a sticky mess. I used to be a regular here, they knew my name and dish. Excellent service in my mind if you can pinpoint exactly who and what they are coming for. Everyone is always friendly and very helpful. I have been here so many times, and I have never had what one might consider, a bad experience. The food always comes out in record time, hot and smelling delicious. There is an array of options on the menu and prices are very reasonable. You can order ahead, get it to go, or you can eat there. You can eat by yourself or with a group, it doesn't really matter. I find it quite convenient when I'm running errands around town. The setting has an ethnic, moderate-contemporary feel. Very simple with very clean lines. I had a great experience here yesterday. I ordered pickup for 7:30. PM and it was ready right on time. No errors and the food tasted fantastic. We had cauliflower noodles, Thai chicken soup, tossed green salad, and the southwestern style salad. It all came out to $27. The inside was clean and well lit. We both ordered the small bowls but in looking at the photo, the Thai Curry soup had barely any noodles or ingredients in the bowl. I'm a frequent visitor to Noodles, about 3-4 times a month. Service is either great or painfully slow, really depends on the night you visit. One recommendation for anybody visiting the Apple Valley location is: ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS check and double check your order before leaving if you're getting it to go. (This applies to orders placed online as well.) I can't tell you how many times I've driven all the way home to find sauces missing, meats missing, a completely different order, and even one time where a pasta bowl was put into the bag without a lid! I couldn't believe it! I'm not real sure why that aspect is so difficult at this location but now I literally find a table, unpack the bag completely, examine my food, repack, and leave. Their pop machine is barely ever working; either they're out of most flavors or it isn't even working at all. Plus their entrances are not easy for disabled individuals especially those with a wheelchair to maneuver, and no one ever offers to come help when they see you struggling to get in or out of their establishment. The small order of the Bangkok Curry noodles and Japanese Pan noodles are both good portions with lots of veggies and flavor, at 250-300 calories each. There are other selections within this range, too. This location is always packed at the lunch hour, but what is nice in summertime is they have a gated patio area with umbrella tables. Despite the revolving personalities that work here, every time I visit is generally pretty good. Yes, like other reviews, they occasionally mess up the To Go orders. However, by and large, the staff is friendly and helpful. So I started this review about a week and a half ago, finishing it ends on a slightly different note. There is still the friendly staff and tasty food, however I was surprised at how dirty the dining area floor was. It wasn't busy before we arrived (also it's Sunday). There's carpeting, but a quick broom would work wonders, or maybe train the busser to not wipe everything on the floor. Also, my wife commented on the woman's room having some definite issues such as a burned out light, dirty floor and sticky door. Now I realize this ain't no fine dining, however it is a very large chain which typically has a better appearance. I would of given a 4 star (I like their grub), but cleanliness is rather important. The other night we ordered takeout, only to get home and find they gave us the wrong order. When we brought the bag back, they put it back with the other takeout orders. Seriously?! Personally, if I knew my food had been given to someone else and been brought back, I would demand they replace it, wouldn't you?? When we got home with our correct order, we found the butter packets they put in the bag had completely melted and got all over everything. As we find a table to eat, most of them are dirty specially the seats full of crumbs. This place is an interesting concept in theory. Everything noodles--from Thai pad thai to good old American mac n cheese. This used to be my go to for take out. The last few meals were not great, but tonight's was awful. We got three dishes, Tuscan linguine, penne rosa and pesto cavatappi, all with chicken. They were nothing but noodles and chicken and a few onions. Oh and one piece of spinach in the Tuscan linguine, and one mushroom in the cavatappi. They didn't even use the right noodles in the linguine, they used spaghetti noodles! This is the last time we order from Noodles & Company as we were very disappointed.
