The meals are large, the flavors are delectable, and frankly, sometimes you just want to know you are going to have a good meal. This place is always a win. They have tons of options from more Italian inspired to more Asian influenced. There is Mac and Cheese, Pad Thai, Japanese Pan, Spaghetti, Cavatappi. The sauces range from spicy to cheesy, and then there are also salads, appetizers, and gigantic cookies. The staff at this particular location deserves a lot of praise. Every single time we have visited (we come a lot before taking in a movie at Northgate) they are friendly, professional, and just really step up the customer service game. The staff is pleasant and very helpful with the large menu. I actually tried 2 dishes. An Asian spicy beef noodle dish that was decent, but it was literally sweet. I also tried the zucchini noodle shrimp scampi dish. It was decent but missing some flavor. Some kick. Noodles is such a great fast casual restaurant. I've eaten here several times in the past 6 years, and I don't think I've had a bad meal. I come here often with my mom for lunch, as we work just up the street. They have a nice variety of options. Almost anything they make can be made vegetarian. They specialize in noodle dishes from around the world. They also have amazing salads and even soups and appetizers. They have kids meals as well, for those who have picky kids. The food and service at this Noodles is always great. One of my favorite dishes here is their Med salad, which is romaine lettuce with feta cheese, kalamata olives, cucumbers, tomatoes and cavatapi noodles with a Greek dressing. It's so fresh and it really eats like a meal because of the noodles. You can also get it with chicken, which is what I usually do, and you're good to go. I also really love their soups when I'm feeling something lighter. They give you a LOT of soup even in the small size. If I'm not feeling salad, I love almost all of their noodle offerings. New restaurant that just opened up and we thought to try it out. My wife tried the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with chicken and we shared the Korean BBQ Meatballs and I had the Thai hot pot soup. It was busy and the staff kept up. The food I thought was good, much improvement from when I first tried it several years ago in Kenwood. Good portions and filling. I will be going back to try something new. One thing I will get nest time will be the rice crispy treat. For the size that you get for less than $2 it's a bargain. read more

I brought my toddler here for lunch today and our food was very good. I got the Pad Thai and she had macaroni and cheese. We had about half of our meal when my daughter said she had to go potty. As most moms of littles know, this means I had about 30 seconds to take her before I had more than one mess on my hands. I made a point to quickly clean up the food she had dropped and put all of our trash in a bag and throw it away. I did purposefully stack our meals next to her unfinished milk so that I could grab them and take them with us when she was finished going to the bathroom. If only I could grow some arms I would have been able to carry the food, the milk, the purse, and the kid. At that I failed and after our 60 second bathroom trip our food was already gone. The man at the counter did kindly offer to remake it, but I declined. I appreciated that, but the only thing I would like to offer as a take away is to consider us mommas who don't have anyone there to help. I went last week and ordered the truffle Mac and cheese and the Korean Ramen , pot stickers and a caesar salad. The truffle Mac and cheese was flavorful and cheesy. The pot stickers and Ramen were just okay, the Caesar salad was not put into my bag so I wasn't able to try it. Today I again tried the truffle Mac and cheese with chicken. It tasted absolutely nothing like the dish I had last week. I was essentially given a large bowl of noodles with virtually no cheese or mushrooms and a handful of chicken. It was flavorless, dry and frankly disgusting. I've attached pictures. After I got home I essentially had to add my own cheese to try and give it some flavor. I wasted $11 and will no longer be patronizing this location. As there is zero consistency in their menu items. Very disappointing read more

First experience was very good. Ordered online. Order was not ready, but we arrived five minutes early and they had it done by the time we requested. Amount of soup was skimpy or they should get smaller bowls, but both the Thai curry and tomato basil soups were excellent. We tried the spicy Korean beef bowl and the Japanese pan noodles with steak added. Both were excellent! Definitely will eat this again -- probably the exact same dishes! read more

We attended their Grand Opening a couple of years ago and the food was great but quality and service has been declining. Last few meals there have been terrible, usually overcooked. Most employees seem inexperienced and clueless. Used to eat there at least once a week, but no more. This place is way too expensive given the poor food and service. read more

THREE visits in... Ordinarily, we would not do this review. It is not in anyone's best interest to only hear bad things about a place, if it could potentially be good. On the other hand, we have had nothing but problems out of this location EVERY time we have visited. The first time, my wife went to pick up lunch, and her order was incorrect. Not exactly what she wanted, but not unacceptable, so she ate it. It was a brand new location, had only been open for a day, so no big deal. The second time, we dined in, and they messed up my order. I'm a vegetarian, and after ordering the stroganoff, I had to explain to them that just because I ordered the stroganoff doesn't mean it must be made with beef. She said " I didn't tell them to put in beef". Which means absolutely nothing, because I didn't have time to get it remade. My wife took it home with her. At no time with this error was the manager compelled to come forward and make apologies. He seemed not to have any idea what any of the employees were doing. We observed and Kicking utensils across the floor to get them to a place where they could be out of the way so that they could pick them up. This last time broke the camel's back I guess you could say. My wife ordered Bangkok curry with shrimp and chicken noodle soup. She started on the chicken soup, and found it wonderful. And then to the Bangkok Curry, and she found that a bit wanting. No shrimp. When I brought this error to the attention of the attendant, she turned over her shoulder to talk to an employee who had been previously kicking a fork across the floor. "She ain't ask for shrimp" was the reply. So I turned to look at this person, a girl with braids and a dragon tattoo on her arm, and I said,"we paid for it, so..." she turned around and walked away from me, and the attendant then said that they would bring out the shrimps when they were ready. This was a full half-hour after we had actually received our meal, so now we are putting hot shrimp into a cold Curry. At no time was management involved in this at all; again, the bearded fellow seemed not to know what was going on in the kitchen, the floor, the parking lot, perhaps anywhere. We have been to other locations, before and after, it's not this bad anywhere else. It seems to be in that the management, and confident staff, and the decision to stay open with those two problems that has mired this location in mediocrity wait for 2017 before you visit this location, they should have all of their Kinks ironed out by then. read more
