I absolutely love my noodles but this was my first bad experience with noodles. First off my food was half cold? I ordered the alfredo with chicken... I did not get what I paid for. When you think alfredo, you think thick noodles with amazing creamy sauce. What I got what spaghetti noodles with lots of oil? I usually like noodles & company but I feel like today I didn't get what I paid for. I just realized I paid more for the regular Caesar salad , when I could of ordered a side Caesar + side grilled chicken for less and the same amount of chicken and almost the same amount of romaine lettuce. I ordered a side of chicken for the side salad - it was the same amount for the chicken Caesar (regular). Disappointed. I always go here for the Caesar salad but that might change. Also I ordered 3 kids meal and one rice crispy was smaller than the rest. The other two were the same for the most part. I'm not sure if it's just this location. This place does not have a lot of staying power. I can do noodles and pasta a couple times a year, maybe. Basically, pasta is filler. I don't like going to a place where all they serve is filler. Noodles offers a variety of options, several of which are fairly healthy compared to the other fast food fare. It's fast, but not fast food. The only reason I am giving them three stars instead of four is that out of three times eating here each time they have burned the tofu, whether I've ordered it as my protein for a salad or a noodle dish. If they got that sorted out, I would be a bigger fan. As it is, I still highly recommend the Thai curry soup. YUM! read more

I went here to eat just a few days after it opened in DeKalb, so I did keep that in mind while we were waiting 20-30 minuets for our food. Since we had waited so long we were given two free meals for next time that we would come, very nice of them to recognize our wait. I had the Japanese Pan Noodles and enjoyed it. About a week later I ordered food for pick up. They woman that took my order over the phone kept interrupting me as I would order, asking me my name after I said that i would like the Japanese Pan Noodles, and then after saying that I would like an order of the Penna Rosa she interrupting me to ask me if I could be there in 10 minuets. She was all over the place. When I came to pick up my dinners I waited in the 'Pick-Up' lane, what i noticed was 10 or more people in the kitchen, all with there backs to the register. No one ever turned around and no one was there to take an order. I waited about 3 minuets and then finally someone came. Though I was the only person at a register she looked past me, went to another register and helped someone else. I waited more...finally someone turned around and helped me. As she was figuring out how to use my free meal coupons, i decided to take a look at my meals, as I had ordered the Penna Rosa with NO mushrooms (I told her this three times while ordering on the phone) and of course there were mushrooms. inside I felt as though I should take it and just leave but I told her that I did order with no mushrooms. They 'quickly' made a new one, plated it then realized that i was carry out so they dumped it in a to-go container and I was out the door. I should have sucked it up an kept the one with the mushrooms because my pasta and sauce were lightly warm and the chicken was cool. This is a very mediocre place...hopefully the service gets better with time. I would not be running to eat here any time soon. read more

From someone who has been in the service industry for 8 years I'd give Noodles and Company a 10/10 all the way around. The place was clean, food was exactly how I wanted it, and customer service was amazing. To expand, multiple people in the kitchen helped me pick items that were vegan to accommodate me! Enjoyed a quick after work dinner with a coworker here. Cafeteria style so not elegant but incredibly efficient. Tables outside on patio and a note that you cannot take alcohol outside. I really love noodles and company mostly because it's a place I can go to get gluten free pasta quickly. Today I got the pad thia like usually with a side of gluten free Mac and cheese. Which the gluten free Mac and cheese was fine Noodle were a little under done, but it happens. What shouldn't happen though is my pad thia having noodles that are not gluten free in the mix with my rice noodles. Thank god I'm not extremely allergic and I pay attention to what's in my food because there was at least 6 stray wheat noodles in my bowl. to be honest i don't know what's happened to this location. two years ago this place was a great quick and easy spot to grab pasta. now the hours are very weird you can come by and the store is closed when it's supposed to be open. the lady named chris who works here has an attitude and does not display good customer service. perhaps this is why this location has taken a downhill turn. read more
