I just love their Pesto Cavatappi!! I got it with grilled chicken to go on a rainy day!! The place was pretty packed since they were offering $3 off any bowl!! What a deal! I drove 15 min and when I opened the to go dish it was still hot!! And it had melted Parmesan cheese on top!! Definitely enough to share!! I thought the service was speedy & so kind also. We stood, waiting over 10 mins to have our order taken, while the cashier ambled around behind the counter, casually checking inside to-go orders. The employees don't wear gloves, using their bare hands to prepare food, making casual conversation with profanity among themselves in the kitchen. This is pretty disrespectful and off-putting. The garbage was overflowing and counter tops were filthy. Customers are supposed to bus their own tables, however there isn't room for any dirty dishes or garbage since that area hadn't been cleaned up. Meals are overpriced, the "regular" size portion appears the same as the "small" portion size and the food is rubbery and unappetizing. A customer approached the employees behind the counter to follow-up on her incorrect order, and they had accidentally "cleared" the screen so they hadn't re-made it for the customer after all. The customer couldn't wait any longer and needed to leave, so the employee simply said, "sorry" and turned away. How apathetic is that? I guess that is the extent of their customer service? We won't be returning to Noodles and Co. read more

Today was the epitome of "meh". My wife and I both ordered an appetizer and an entrée, and we both had specialty dishes. For me, the Korean meatball appetizer was on point, but the Japanese pan noodles were virtually flavorless. I actually added the sauce from the Korean meatballs and soy sauce to the pan noodles just to give them some flavor. My wife ordered the tomato bisque that was perfect, and the zucchini pesto that was again, completely flavorless. While I ate my Japanese pan noodles, she took hers home just to add real ingredients to it so that it was edible. In short, I would grab the mac n cheese or tortellini any day of the week based on my past experiences at other stores, but venturing out into specialty dishes turned out to be a less-than-fruitful experience that was not worth the $50 price tag. read more

The place was absolutely disgusting. There was not a clean table to be found. the floor was covered with food and papers. Soda machine was sticky with a note stating it is running slow. Got home, and found a ton of cheese and seasonings - the chicken breast was chopped so small, my grandson ate it with a spoon. The Mac and cheese was so cold the cheese wouldn't even melt. There was like no cheese in it to the point where I needed to walk up and talk for them to put more in. Potstickers we're hardly cooked and both containers were like a quarter of the way full. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Noodles & Co. will never return. I placed a big order. Overall the food was fine for fast food. It took about 20 min which surprised me but the moment I walked in I could smell grease! Not too appetizing but I went with it. This Noodles is a joke. I've been watching guests circle around, trying to find a clean table. When a worker eventually came out, he picked up the stuff off two tables, never wiped anything down, and left the rest of the tables dirty. Nice. So the guests keep looking or just choose to sit at a dirty table. There are tables that have had numbers sitting on them since I walked in 37 minutes ago, but no guests. Worst service I've ever received. The girl who took our order was too busy staring at my fiance to even acknowledge me. She was so friendly with him and completely rude to me. Then we get our food home and magically my fiance's food is all correct but my order is entirely wrong. We live 20 mins from the location so you can imagine we were not happy so I called to speak to a manger and explain my experience to him and he seemed incredibly disconnected but told me to come back in and they would take care of the mistake. Upon our arrival back we figured the manager would of came out and apologized or spoke with us but instead he hid in the back like a coward. Needles to say even when they made my food "correctly" the second time, it tasted awful and you could tell it was poorly thrown together. We will never be going to this location again. read more

I've been here a total of 5 times. The first time I had the pad Thai - veggies only and it was fantastic, at least for cheap pretend Thai food. Second time I went here I go the pad Thai - it was just so so. The carrots had this off flavor to them. I think they were cooked and held for too long or just old. And there was no lime or peanuts added. Fine I got over it. Third time I had the mac & cheese, you can't really go wrong w/ mac & cheese, however the service I received was pretty bad. Hormonal under paid teenagers = bad customer service. After the 3rd time I said I wasn't going to go back. Fourth time - my friend's birthday, she wanted to go for lunch so I went and ordered pad Thai - veggies only. What I got was a lack of veggies, I was told that if I wanted what was considered "extra" it would $.75 for each veggie! What I got was noodles, soaked in sauce, peanuts, a mouthful of cabbage, carrots and two heaping handfuls of raw sprouts. This time I really wasn't going back. Well I did, the other day b/c I really wanted some cheap pad Thai. This visit was better than the last, this time I ordered the extra veggies - just broccoli and cabbage. There were like literally 4 little broccoli flowres and they were raw and cold! There was no additional cabbage and again two heaping handfuls of cold, raw sprouts. When I walked in there were 3 teenage girls and one 1 boy talking behind the counter, it was right when the opened so they weren't even busy. I stood there for at least 3 mins while they finished their conversations and one of them realized I was waiting impaitently. This time I am serious, I am never, ever, no matter what going back. Sorry noodles, I'll pay $10 for good pad thai elsewhere. read more

So my kids and I eat here like once a month or so, and the last 3 times we have been here the place is super messy. Tables are dirty, things don't look sanitized, garbages are over flowing. Service is friendly and food is good but the cleanliness of the restaurant is not acceptable, especially during a pandemic. This is not one of the better locations. All the Noodles and Company near my home in Texas have closed so I was happy these (in Illinois and Wisconsin) were still in business. While ordering our food, the girl at the register was in training, no problem until when giving us our drink cups, put her fingers IN the cup. I usually always order lunch here and its very tasty. I order the Pad Thai and i asked for spicy, which I always do. I picked up my order and brought it back to work. It was like they dumped a whole bottle of crushed red pepper. It was NOT EDIBLE! I called the manager Kyle and all he offer is next time to ask for the crushed red pepper on the side. I just spend $30 for myself and coworkers for lunch and they didn't even offer an sorry or a replacement. I had to mention something and finally he he mentioned he would send a "coupon". I was very disappointed and hungry after this experience. UPDATE** The manager personally reached out to my cellphone the next morning and said sorry and how he should of acted professionally. two separate occasions I made an online order and walked in to pick my food up. I entered on the left where the signs direct you to go for online pick ups. On both occasions the staff members literally watched me walk in and didn't say anything to me or even greet me. Tonight I went in and after I stood there for like seven minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me, a man walked in and was greeted right away and asked if he had an online order and was given his food.
