While there is plenty of seating to allow for social distancing but based on the number of to go orders, it seems app ordering is the primary source or business. And this location seems to have the app ordering down pat. I enjoy the Asian noodles from the menu. It's Americanized for sure, but heck, it's fast and tasty. I enjoy the Japanese Pan Noodles, and the Pad Thai. Adding in some protein is highly recommended. The servings are large, and could easily be shared if you have a lighter appetite. Good place to get good flavored noodles. I decided to try their gnnochi with garlic sauce. The gnnochi serving size is half the size of a noodle bowl, the thick gravy sauce is very garlicky which is good if you really love garlic. Customer service was absolutely atrocious. We ordered four very simple dishes via phone and were told our order would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived in 23 minutes and the three children running the front of house were backed up by 7 or 8 online orders. We waited a full 20 minutes for our simple order. The girls, who should have been hustling around to get everyone helped, we're just standing around acting like " get paid the same whether or not you get your order quickly". They are flatter than any I've ever seen, but taste great. We also split the cheesy garlic bread..which would be worth going back for that alone! Both my husband and I loved the thai chicken soup. The kid working looked like he was high on something and wandered around looking at nothing before he took my order. I ordered a regular Mac & a side of soup. It took over 10 minutes JUST for him to ring it up and take my payment. I could look past that. Then the food was up, amongst 4 other orders, and the two employees sat there talking and walking back and forth ignoring the orders leaving them to get cold. Probably our favorite family place to grab dinner. We get it at least once a week. Food is made fresh to order. Lots of healthy options for those wanting less calories. It is not all just noodles. Kids love their mac n cheese while mom and dad love the med salad with grilled chicken, med sandwich, curry soup or hot pot, pad thai with chicken, side salads, flat bread....It's all good. I cashier service was prompt, we ordered a Large Beef Stroganoff, a Large Wisconsin Mac & Cheese and a small Spicy Korean Beef Zoodles bowl. We received.......a small Wisconsin Mac & Cheese in a large bowl. We were then asked if we had everything. We repeated our whole order. Several minutes later out can a large Mac & Cheese. We pointed out we already had one. After a return to the kitchen, they came back to our table and offered it as an apology for the delay. A few minutes later out came the Stroganoff. They asked again, "Do you have everything?" We said, no we're still missing the Small Korean Beef with double beef. It's been another ten minutes and they have clearly forgotten us. Since I've had time to write this review and help a friend complete an internet search, most of the restaurant is empty. Time to talk to the manager. Update: Manager apologized, got a partial refund. For long time I wanted to try this place out. I finally did. The inside of the place has a very cool ambient look, which I thought It was awesome. Then, after you order your food and place to sit, they would come and serve you the your food. Which I thought that was a cool type of customer service. It's almost like a traditional restaurant but not. So I had order the steak stroganoff and chicken soup. The steak was good, it was not chewy or hard to eat. It was just done right. The noodle as you call it "Al Dente". Also, the sauce was good. The even better could have been, more of the sauce. The lack of sauce kinda killed it a little bit. The soup was okay. It was little bit in the salty side, combine with the meal I order was not the best idea. Both added to salty of flavor, which I could not finish my whole meal. Overall, customer service is great but the food was okay. I probably would just come once in great while. It's not something I would be craving for. Hopefully the second time probably be better. I don't know why, but I had never been to a Noodles & Company until about 6 months ago. I was in the area for a convention and had already been bored by Cafe Rio the previous day, so I went here. The Buffalo Mac and Cheese is pretty much the only dish I order here. It's really good. The sauce is the perfect amount, the spicy level is great, and you can throw some sriracha on it to make it an excellent dish. They've got the fancy coke machines with all the flavors, so that's another plus. It is on the higher price range for what you get, but the mac and cheese really does hit the spot when that is what you want. read more

Our most disappointing visit to N&C. I ordered the Pasta Fresco with Parmesan Chicken. They bring my pasta and say they are out of the Parmesan chicken, would I like some other protein or my $2 back. I ordered the grilled chicken. They left my pasta to get cold and 10 minutes later brought my chicken. I asked them to redo my pasta because it was cold.
