Ordered the Pulled Pork BBQ Mac & Cheese. served with elbow noodles with cheddar/Jack cheese and smoky pulled pork, topped with tangy sauce. and the Buffalo chicken Ranch Mac & Cheese, served with noodles with cheddar/jack cheese with parmesan-crusted chicken pieces, layered with buffalo and ranch sauce. I am sure Phoenix has a place like this but I have yet to find it. The premise is simple. Noodles, noodles, noodles. Add stuff. I had the buttered noodles with grilled chicken, while my daughter had the spaghetti with meatballs and her friend had the Pad Thai. We ordered a couple of rounds of pot stickers as well. Everybody enjoyed their food greatly. My noodles were done just right and were flavorful and the grilled chicken was perfectly cooked. You may ask yourself how hard is it to cook noodles but apparently it's harder than you think because more often than not they are over cooked or under cooked at places that should know better. I am speaking to you Olive Garden. The sauce for the pot stickers was a bit too spicy for my pallet but that's alright as everybody else really enjoyed it. The portions were sized just right and the price was reasonable; less than you can expect to spend for a greasy burger somewhere else. I am speaking to you McDonalds. No wonder this location is only 2.5 stars!! I had door dashed a Pesto chicken noodle bowl and added double shrimp paying over 20 bucks for my bowl. It gets to me and there is only shrimp and no chicken. I call them and they said adding the shrimp took off the Chicken which is crap because it would have taken off 5 bucks and would have only been 15 bucks or so not to mention I remember that chicken being checked cause I was debating on switching it to a different kind of chicken but ended up leaving it. In total I spent 35 bucks just for this bowl that they got wrong and calling them they flat out said there is nothing they can do in their end! Quality sucks, customers service even worse. Food was subpar, but the thing that really irked me was the 20% mandatory gratuity that was added to my order, I am still trying to figure out what service I was provided for that? I ordered my food at the counter, brought the food to my own table, cleaned up my own table and did not once see a server or waiter or busboy of any sorts. My husband loves the penne rosa. He never gets anything else. However, I order something new just about every time I come. I love the Whole Wheat Tuscan Pasta and all of the asian noodle dishes that I've tried (Bangkok Curry, Japanese Pan Noodles, and Indonesian Peanut Saute). I tried a sandwich and soup the other day - not a fan. I'll stick to pastas. Sure, the Wisconsin Cheese-steak was good, but I think I could find a better cheese-steak just about anywhere. It just doesn't compare to DP Cheesesteaks or Moochies that are in downtown SLC. I've never been disappointed with the pasta though. This location is always clean when I come. The employees are always nice. They serve wine and beer although I stick with water. They also have one of those cool/overrated Coca-Cola machines that lets you make about 8 trillion different drink combinations. Also - be careful if you're watching calories - all the cheese and pasta turns into a full days calorie binge really fast. read more

The food here was pretty good. I got the garlic and shrimp rigatoni pasta and mac & cheese. I got it to go. It was about a 25 minute wait, which was a bit more than I would've liked, but I wasn't really in a hurry. I have had the mac & cheese before and it was very good, so when I had this, I expected it to be much better. But I am thinking because it had sat out from when I picked it up to when I took it home (about 15 minutes) and the ingredients were not mixed in the first place, the meal separated not in a good way. The noodles with cheese on top were quite chewy and all of the liquid for the cream of the mac & cheese was settled at the bottom and it took quite a bit of mixing and heating up for it to mix well. However, after I got it mixed well, the flavor was great. I do think that if it was mixed in the first place, I would've not had to spend the time trying to get the noodles a creamy consistency. read more

Poor quality and consumer experience when ordering delivery - regularly missing items!!

I went to this location and ordered to go didn't get half of my food. Ordered tortellini Rosa, a custom pasta, and another pasta. They gave us two of the same pasta we requested chicken on the side didn't get it, did not receive the Rosa meal at all. The side salad was maybe 2 bites. Customer service was absolutely horrible. I called and they said they can't give me a refund only 2 free meals when I come in next. I went In the next day we ordered the same things told them what had happened and a worker Chloe sat and argued with us about it that we were incorrect. Our meals where still incorrect and Chloe basically threw our food on the table and walked away. Overall wouldn't recommend going there I definitely won't be returning. Definitely not worth the 50$ we spent and it most definitely was not supposed to be that much. read more

The staff here definitely needs tips on better customer service. When a customer walks in and you all are gawking like you don't have enough work to keep you busy, it can get awkward real fast. Luckily, I read reviews from before and was able to place my order quickly. The cashier was alright, but short. I ordered a regular bowl of beef stroganoff & small thai chicken soup. When I ordered the small bowl of thai chicken, the cashier goes "what about it?" Smdh Uh I don't think so. Anyway, I dined in and while I was in, I just overheard a lot of idle conversation/work gossip. I left and not even a "thanks for coming" or "goodbye" :/ Won't becoming back to this location for sure! About the food: stroganoff was good, but flavoring was a bit off? Idk what it was but it just tasted a little weird. Like there were hints of ammonia/cleaning products? Ew. The Thai chicken soup was tasty but overheated, like in a microwave. The first time the Mac n cheeses was really good, broccoli undercooked. second time the pasta was wayyyyy overseasoned and too spicy to eat and i spoke to the manager and he just made excuses. The broccoli was raw and cold. I got it to go and drove less than a mile home. Decided to try them again since my granddaughter wanted Mac n cheese. order arrived and it was cold tortellini and cold undercooked broccoli with noodles mixed in (‍wtf?!?!) . Food is really good and they got our order right, but the employees are not quick to help you. Every time I walked up to order or ask for extra crackers, they all had a scowl on their face. There were multiple employees who were just standing around when they could have helped me. All I needed was a pack of crackers. Not great customer service. I've had so many problems with this company over the years. For a company that professes to be all about pasta, they sure do fail on every level. I've learned trial by error to always order extra sauce, because the noodles are ALWAYS just ridiculously dry. So, I was at work tonight and decided to give them a chance again, because they had something interesting on the menu, so I went through DoorDash, because we have VERY short lunches, and I wanted to have my food before I tried to break. (Retail life.) There was some Alfredo thing I read about on their site that was supposed to have tons of mushrooms and other yummy things. I also ordered the potstickers as a side, but I've never seen potstickers like that before...they were completely flat, with indistinguishable filling, and rubbery, and just not great. I've loved potstickers my whole life, and while I've always preferred them steamed, I'll take them any way I can get them. But what is really not okay? Steaming then, then searing them on one side, and then burying them in a pile of oil. They were just gross. And the sad part is, that was the best part of the meal. I ordered the "Mont Amore pasta with Parmesan crusted chicken." They dish promises tomatoes and mushrooms, and I also ordered it with extra sauce, because I know how stingy this company is with sauce. And yes, I knew what to expect from them due to previous visits, which is why I ordered extra sauce. But no. What I got was a congealed pile of dry pasta, with a little bit of sauce in the bottom. ZERO tomatoes or mushrooms. I added on some bacon, green onions, extra Parmesan and sauce, and only the bacon and barely any green onions. I literally ordered that Apparently I went o for too long. I had generally been to noodles and company every week for years. However, they must have changed their staff, or have a new owner. My thai hot pot came out with one bites worth of noodles, very little veggies, and very little meat. Our pot stickers were burned. My wife got the pad thai. I am sure that she got all of my noodles in her dish. She ordered a regular, and I got a large. We ordered a 6 pc. potsticker dish. My wife ate one, and I ate the other. It tasted burnt, and dry. I flipped over the remaining potstickers, and they were all burnt as well. We left the rest of them on the plate. They replaced their Sriracha sauce, with a cheaper Wal-Mart version. Nasty, and disappointing. I have always enjoyed this "fast food" dine in restaurant. But, I will need to look elsewhere. You may want to choose somewhere else to go as well. read more

If you keep in mind that Noodles and Company is really a fast food chain your expectations of what you're going to get will typically turn out nicely. With that said I'm a HUGE fan of Noodles and Co. I love the Bangkok Curry with extra broccoli and tofu. (Not a vegetarian, I just like their tofu.) It's consistently good, and I always feel full and satisfied after a meal. My sister is a fan of the penne with Parmesan chicken, and my mom likes the Japanese Noodles. It's not the cheapest food, but I feel like if I'm full at the end of my meal and I enjoyed it that a little extra cost was worth it. They have a nice outdoor patio with plenty of seating, and they take good care of their inside seating. Swift table clearing, friendly staff. If you're ordering your food to go, I highly recommend calling in your order to pick it up, it'll save you time and help you cut to the front of the line to pay. read more

We were looking for a place we hadn't been to in Riverdale that had some healthier options. We decided to give this place a try because they also had zoodles that you could substitute in for the noodles. I tried the Zucchini Romesco and my husband had the Alfredo Montamore (with real pasta). My Zucchini Romesco was perfectly fine and my husband felt the same about his Alfredo Montamore. Staff is friendly. Menu has some pretty exciting flavors. It is a little pricey for a fast casual, about $35 for 3 people. I was shocked to see they serve beer and wine. Wishing for a better beer selection, but glad they serve local. All in all a good lunch spot, but don't expect quick lunch prices. read more

I will NEVER return to this location. We have given them the benefit of the doubt too many times. I waited 45 minutes for PASTA and even then my order was wrong and I had to wait again. The employees were arguing behind the counter and hygiene was a problem. I watched an employee come in from their car and without washing hands started handling food without gloves. Multiple employees were touching their hair or clothes and then resuming to touch food. One employee was literally holding food in her bare hands and instead of throwing it out, she stuck it in a bowl and gave it to a customer. So nasty. Terrible service. While I do enjoy Noodles and Company for a quick bite, this is one location I would NOT bother with. The staff does not seem to care about standards at this location and the Management here is apathetic to what it means to run a business. The location is fairly new to the area so when they first opened I gave them some leeway as to the quality of the product served. There was slight improvement in the quality of the food, but that quickly went away. Burned noodles seem to be a specialty here as any time a stir-fried or pan fried noodle is called for, the flavor is compromised by the charred bits of vegetables, meat and noodle. When brought to the attention of the management, they took no responsibility in the fault of their staff and provided no refund or concession for their poor customer service. After a 6 month hiatus, I decided to give this location a try again. When I went to order, I was informed that they no longer were serving the dish I had ordered despite no fewer than 3 advertisements for the exact dish placed in the entryway and on the registers. I didn't even bother ordering an alternate option and left. This store is constantly filthy and it is an effort to try and find a clean table at any time of day. If the staff isn't busy burning food, they are standing around and not taking care of the cleanliness of the restaurant. Tonight was the LAST time I visit this store until I hear of improvement from the corporate side of things. read more
