Was excited to treat my boyfriend to a more expensive/nice dinner at PF Chang's. Our service AND food was subpar at best. Our waitress was attentive during our order, I found the advertised "19.99 per person" feast to be perfect for us ! Only to find that there is small text stating that the $19.99 per person pays for one appetizer for the table ?? The advertisement insinuates that it includes the appetizer per person until you read the small text... I did find that people passed us multiple times with water while we sat with half empty cups for a lot of our meal. Our crab rangoon was room temp/cold and -in my opinion - completely lacking in flavor. My boyfriend didn't even realize there was cream cheese in them. The sauce was great but I felt like I had to drown every bite in the sauce in order to get good flavor payoff. We received our two soups. The egg drop soup is well made and flavorful ! The hot and sour soup was flavorful and had a lot of texture which was nice. However, at the bottom of my egg drop soup, I found an odd shaped and gelatinous blob...upon asking, the waitress wasn't even sure what it was. And I had bitten into it thinking it was a part of the soup !! Until I looked up what is in their soup out of curiosity and GELATINOUS BLOB WASN'T AN INGREDIENT. Our entrees were warm and flavorful ! I loved my pf changs spicy chicken. I loved the crunch and different textures that came with the sauce on the spicy chicken. My boyfriend's Mongolian beef was flavorful but I did find it to be a bit salty for my taste. He did have pieces at the bottom of his entree that were extremely overcooked bits of beef. They were so hard that he had to spit out a bite because he couldn't get through it. We completed our meal with a peanut butter and chocolate cream pie dessert. It was okay, truly nothing outstanding to say about it. Overall, I was disappointed in my visit today at PF Chang's - considering I have had a good experience at this location in the past. But that was over a year ago and I'm not sure what has changed since then. With how much money you spend at PF Chang's, you expect quality food and service and I found neither of those things in my visit today. read more

Egg drop soup was pretty good. I went during lunch so I did not order any alcoholic drinks, but the menu for them looked really good! I was excited for homemade pickles until I realized they were sweet. Eww I'm not a fried food person and decided to try it, it was okay. The sauces made it pretty good. We come to PFs every year to celebrate our anniversary. This time we choose this location to celebrate with friends. The good was disgusting. My husband chipped his tooth on something very hard in his salad. His tofu was completely overcooked and gross. The soup had large chunks of ginger powder that weren't even mixed in! The mojito was gross and bitter! We will never come to this location again! The brown rice was hard and crunchy! Half of all of it food didn't get eaten! Underwhelming. I'd never been to any PF Chang's before, and now that I've been, I don't get the appeal. The ambiance is nice, though. It's expensive and the menu is kind of boring. The entrees are in the $20+ range (and more with add-ons), which is more than any of my favorite Asian restaurants (and they don't have huge portions for leftovers). I am also unsure who wants a huge amount of green onions. My dining companions were in need of extra spicy sauce to level up their food. I was advised to get the Mongolian beef and was not disappointed by the beef- it was seasoned well and the presentation was pretty. Sadly, this was one of the worst P.F. Chang's experiences I've had. We went for lunch, and the Hot and Sour soup was the only standout item. The chow mein was oddly sweet, and the new Korean fried chicken was a large, dry chicken breast really disappointing, and we barely ate any. Service was okay but a bit slow. Ambiance was ok. Food was underwhelming. Not impressed. Appetizers outshined entrees a lot. Our server was great and food came quickly. I had teriyaki chicken which was drowning in sauce. Soon after receiving appetizers, fire alarm began BLARING! So loud we had to take our young children outside and those that stayed had to cover ears. Server said customer had accidentally set off and had to wait for fire department to reset. BLARED FOR AT LEAST 10-15 minutes. Recommended to server that some customer compensation was warranted. Check came ($200 +) and NO compensation. With mediocre food and poor customer service, will not be back. read more

Food is sub par. Portions are skimpy considering $20-30 per plate. I won't be back. The ONLY dish worthy of mention is the salt and pepper prawns, if you're willing to pay $28+ for about 10 shrimp and a half cup of rice. My order consisted of; Mongolian Beef, it's really good. I tried the lunch portion for $13 instead of the entree at $21. 5/5 Chicken Fried rice. They do it right. 5/5 And for fun I added a pork egg roll and it was amazing. Best egg roll I've had. Flaky on the outside, yummy on the inside. And the hot mustard to dip had a sweet almost honey mix. So good, I can't believe I hadn't ordered these before. PF Chang's has always been one of my favorite places -- especially the Los Angeles location, which consistently delivers great service and memorable meals. That's why I chose the Farmington location for a work lunch. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. From the start, the service was cold and uninviting. Our server barely said a word, didn't smile, didn't mention any specials, and didn't engage with us at all. It felt like we were being served by someone who didn't want to be there -- no personality, no warmth, just walking back and forth like a shadow. Then came the food -- and it didn't get any better. My Mongolian Trio arrived cold and severely overcooked. The meat was so dry and crispy it scratched the inside of my mouth. The dish had absolutely no flavor, and I had to use sauce from a different plate just to make it edible. The rice was soggy and bland -- no texture, no seasoning, just disappointing. To top it off, no one even offered the usual "Wok-Fired Wish" at the end of the meal, which I always appreciated at other locations. It felt like they were just trying to get us in and out as fast as possible with minimal effort. This experience was far from what I expect from PF Chang's. I won't be bringing future work meetings here again -- and honestly, I'd think twice before returning at all. Farmington. The service was excellent, Becca was our server. The music was a little loud to carry on much of a conversation. The food was a disappointment. Last time we were there we had an enjoyable meal but not so good this time. I had the beef and broccoli and the meat was tough. My wife had the Mongolian trio which was dry and just so-so. Went on a 12/16 was told wait would be 10 minutes turned out to be 45 minutes. Wanted appetizers before movie ordered pan fried dumplings they were burnt! Tried pop corn chicken it had no flavor. This use to be a fun place to go but it was dirty and food not good. They really need a re-boot. We will not go again read more

Had P.F. Chang's with my parents in Station Park and the experience was incredible. We were seated quite promptly. Our server was with us at all time and gave us plenty of great refills. One of my favorite salads. The egg drop soup is good as is the hot and sour soup. Mixed together the two soups are elevated. The veggie spring rolls are crispy and flaky on the outside. A good appetizer. The crispy green beans are a MUST try and probably the best thing on the menu. Hands down the best appetizer on the menu. The honey chicken and ginger chicken are good entrees. The Great Wall of chocolate is a good dessert however I do prefer the chocolate soufflé with ice cream. It is my favorite dessert on the menu and the rich chocolate soufflé pairs well with the vanilla ice cream. A solid chain restaurant with good options. Not the authentic thing but still good. The service is good and the environment is pretty uniform with all of the other PF Changs. It does get busy due to its location so I recommend making reservations. read more

We were sat at a table that had clean plates, but was obviously very dirty. When we asked for them to clean it, we were treated with annoyance. The cup for my saki was also dirty and had to be replaced but was done so without empathy or an apology. The staff moved very slowly and it took over 30 min to get the check after we were completely finished eating. So I called into the restaurant to ask if they had actually received three orders from me or nothing at all. I was passed around to three different people. The first two would not just write down my order manually. Those two said "oh if the website doesn't work, I cannot help you." I finally found a manager and asked if she could just write my order down ....... The food at P.F. Chang's is always good. One of our favorite chain restaurants in PF Changes, so when my family and I saw it at Station Park while we were there for an event, we made sure to book reservations for lunch. As luck would have it, a reservation was not needed, when we arrived there were plenty of tables and we were seated immediately. Our go-to is always the lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef, which we did not stray from. It is delicious and fills everyone up-with plenty of leftovers to enjoy the next day. I have been to P.F. Chang's around the country but this was my first time at the location at Station Park in Farmington. They had a special for 2 for $50 which was a great deal with your choice of an appetizer, entree which included rice, side dish and dessert. We had the lettuce wraps (always a favorite), Lo Mein with Chicken, Honey Shrimp and Cheesecake for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious with leftovers for lunch. I went last night with my family. The only thing I enjoyed was the atmosphere of the place. its very well made. However, our service and food was another story. We got our main courses before our starters. In fact, half our food tasted just off. My white rice tasted just like minute rice, my mothers fried rice was 100% microwaved, nothing was taken out of our way when we were finished, and we had to wait forever to get the bill. The egg drop soup tasted like campbells chicken noodle soup, the egg rolls were literally just two eggrolls. They were the only appetizer we got before our main food though. We had to ask about our fried green beans twice before we got them. Supposed to be an appetizer by the way. Also they just weren't salted and were bland. Almost nothing was. My wife and I ate here last night. First the positives: 1. We didn't have to wait long when we arrived. 2. Waitress was nice and attentive. 3. The dynamite roll was excellent. 4. The fried green bean appetizer was both a plus for quality and quantity. The negatives: 1. The honey chicken was over cooked and flavor wasn't great. Would not recommend. 2. White rice was over cooked and a little dry, but quantity was good. 3. The "New" Teriyaki chicken was over cooked and the overall taste was bland. Brought it home to my kids and they wouldn't even it, and said it tasted bad. Was surprised to see the teriyaki chicken was fried. My wife and I both agreed that our money would have been better spent just going to Panda Express where the entrees taste better and more budget friendly. The food was terrible! I ordered sushi and it came with these weird pieces of fried shrimp on top that tasted like overcooked cardboard. I also ordered Szechuan shrimp that tasted equally as bad. I ended up throwing it all in the trash. $60 dollar order that was a total waste of money. The quality is not what I remember. I would give this ZERO stars if I could. Just moved to Farmington and desperate for something good on a Saturday night, I ordered takeaway from PF Chang's. I ordered the spicy chicken bowl. It tasted good initially but when I was about halfway through I noticed some pieces of shrimp in the container and I HAVE A SHELLFISH ALLERGY! I quickly took double Benadryl, but spend the rest of the evening and most of the night unable to stop coughing and clearing my throat, and my throat is still raw and tickly. It was touch and go for a while about whether or not to go to the ER for an epi shot. This is NOT OK!!! I'm never eating their food again. They shouldn't even be cooking shellfish anywhere near the other proteins - some people have a far more severe shellfish allergy than I do. Someone is going to die from that. read more

Our food was absolutely delicious! We sat at the bar because they had a really long wait for tables. And luckily there were two seats open at the bar. The bartenders were great servers. Very friendly. Especially since the friend I was with has some severe dairy allergies, they went out of their way to bring her a special menu that she could order off of. And the food she ended up with, the pork eggrolls, were excellent! In addition to the sweet-and-sour chicken that I ordered. Dang it. I use to really enjoy PF Chang's. It pains me to say this locations quality has been on a downward trajectory. They don't really fry their fried rice anymore. The beef has turned into jerky and the sesame chicken has lost all flavor. The proportions have shrunk and the prices have inflated. Only the sushi seems to be about the same as a few years ago. PF Changs is a good Chinese restaurant. It isn't bad and it isn't great, it is just a solid "good." They have some original items that they do better than most (lettuce wraps and some of the seafood dishes) but nothing gives you the "wow" factor that the reputation of Chang's demands. This location in Farmington Station is beautiful. Great decor, cool vibe in the outdoor mall, plenty of nearby parking, and good Chinese food. It adds a good option of dining spots in the area and is quite close to other shopping and entertainment. Try them out. Don't expect life-changing food but do expect a beautiful restaurant, nice presentation, and a cool atmosphere created by setting. read more
