This location scams customers on food. Regularly over the last year, we get half the amount of food in each bowl that we get at other locations. Then we ordered chicken...paid for two, got one...many times. The "manager" and staff seem like they're trying to lose business. Filthy. Couldn't be ruder. Don't even respond when you ask a question or order. Stand there scrolling phones with gloves on, touch the trash, their hair, and anything else they can find and then touch your food. The restaurant has plenty of regular parking, but the only handicap accessible spot is shared with the other businesses in the area. The business is handicap accessible as long as you have someone to open the door. You can order in person or on the app, they offer curbside pickup or in-store pickup which is convenient. You can eat in the store if that is what you are looking for. The menu as you would assume is very pasta forward and put together when you order it. You can add protein to the pasta dishes or leave it off. They do have a new pasta that has protein if you are wanting that option. The main entrées were good but I didn't like the rice crispy treats they were very mushy and fell all apart as you unwrapped the clingwrap. read more

I was HORRIBLY disappointed in Noodles and Company! I ordered the Korean Steak Noodles with no cilantro, substituted the cucumber for broccoli, and paid to add mushrooms. There were ZERO mushrooms, a tiny bit of broccoli, and almost no steak! What little bit of steak was there was fatty and gross. The noodles themselves weren't terrible, but they were basically flavorless, and too salty. The meatballs were NOTHING like advertised! Instead of Korean spicy BBQ sauce it was just a thick soy sauce with an EXTREMELY HIGH amount of salt!!!! I'll NEVER go back! read more

We ordered delivery tonight and the meal tasted great as usual. We've been going to the Rockford location for years and love the selection of dishes that noodles offers and how tasty they are. They are a little bit higher priced than other fast foods. Tonight they forgot one of our entrees in our delivery order. I called them up and they said we could come in and get a free entree anytime to make up for the mistake. Finally after some convincing (we ordered delivery and paid extra for that for a reason) they finally said they could refund us if we placed another delivery order. We did, they delivered it, and we got a refund for that order. So I'm satisfied for how they handled their mistake! I think that shows a lot about a company. read more

This review is coming from a person who does really enjoy Noodles and Company. We have come to this location two previous times and both times we have had to have our food returned. The first time the chicken in the Alfredo MontAmore was burnt to a crisp and the second time the mushrooms in the Truffle Mac were un cooked and when we had it re made they were still uncooked. When returned the second time the manager felt the cold mushrooms and agreed it was intact cold and uncooked. When she checked the heating, she advised the other mushrooms where heated to 142. A word to the wise, is your food isn't cooked to your liking have it re made. We will not be visiting the location again. read more

While still a cost effective option, this place is losing a bit of a step as far as I'm concerned. More recent visits has made plain "the cold center microwaved meatballs". This is something that cannot happen in this kind of establishment. It's very unappealing and probably not healthy. This is a big strike because its happened more than once read more

2nd time ordering the Wisconsin mac n cheese, never again. Dry, barely any cheese on the noodles. I've had better from the box. I thought the first time the chef was just in a hurry, but no. This is what they serve. And then have the nerve to charge you $6.00 for it. Ridiculous. read more

This new location in the Rockford area is very nice. Just swung in for a quick lunch and wanted to write them a review because the service, speed, and food was so good. Pretty typical Noodles chain food wise, but they did everything as expected which is good for a franchise. The environment seemed a little more up to date and comfortable than most, and it was nice to sit at a high-top table by some big windows that let a lot of natural light in :). Service was exceptional in that the staff were very nice, asked how we were doing just enough, and bussed our table quickly. Excellent Noodles chain location, and a great place to grab some lunch. read more

Very unprofessional! They wore no gloves while handling the food AND the cook in the back took a cell phone call WHILE she was cooking. Not only is it expensive for noodles... the dish was disgusting! My 1st visit, I ordered the Mac and Cheese with BBQ pork. When it came to me it was cold... cheese shreds didn't even melt. The center of the dish was ice cold. I'm not one to return my food after watching the movie "Waiting" so if you don't get it right the first time I usually will not come back. Meh. So IMH if you're out of staple items on your small menu, put up a note. I'd rather not stand there deciding what I want only to walk up to the register and be told you're out of it. Next - I'm an iced tea drinker. If you're not, you will likely not feel the gravity of my situation when I found out the don't have iced tea. In general, tea is tea. You can rely on it being basically the same wherever you order it. Other Noodles have iced tea...it's a chain for christ's sake! If one has it, they all should. In the interest of full clarity - they did have herbal tea. Again - if you're not a tea drinker, you may miss the gravity of my situation when I ordered iced tea, then went to the dispenser to find HERBAL tea. Ugh!! Gross (no offense to herbal tea drinkers). I don't drink pop, so I decided to give the herbal tea a try (in spite of Noodles' clear betrayal). Well, they were not redeemed. The herbal "tea" was un-drinkable. Okay...enough about that, let's talk about my dinner. My (2nd choice) supper was (wait for it...)...okay. It was warm, and swimming in sauce. Now I'm not a fan of dry noodles, but I'm not a fan of soup either. So, meh. I seemed to have found a Noodles that doesn't care that the reason chains succeed is because customers know what to expect, and the key component is consistency. Mediocre food and sauces and overpriced. We were the only two in the restaurant, so how do you mess up one order out of two? That's 50% wrong. We both ordered tofu with our dishes. Left with the food because it was near closing time and we didn't want the staff to have to wait for us to eat. Opened food...no tofu in mine, although I was charged over $2 for it. Chinese dumplings, usually triangular were flattened with little filling. Could have used more vegetables in my dish too...skimpy for the price. Called right away and waited 20 minutes to get through...told them they forgot the tofu. Said they would send us some coupons. Never got them. Called again a few days later and talked to another manager....same story. Hadn't eaten all day and really needed some protein. My dinner companion shared some of their tofu with me. Hard to imagine that tofu is hard remember to put in two orders that you are making together when no other customer is there. Real complicated, I guess. Very disappointing, but nice concept in dining. First visit there. Lesson: check your order before you leave a restaurant. It seems to be a real complicated thing for many "fast food" restaurant employees to get orders right, even when they aren't busy and the order is simple. read more
