This is one of my go to restaurants here in powell. The staff is friendly and the food is done fast. If you eat in, it's a clear your own plate place. They will bring it to you. They have a mix of booths and tables and it's always clean. The restrooms are clean as well For takeout: the bags are clearly labeled. They always get my order right, which doesn't always happen at other places. Price point is around $15 if you get protein on your dish and no drink. Stopped in after going to the zoo. 4pm on Friday, not busy though there was a steady stream, mainly of pickup orders. We ate there. Friendly and efficient staff. Easy ordering, and you can use their app or they will add your points at the register. We got stuff to go and to eat there, and dining in was nice. Clean, quiet. I had pad Thai with steak- not the best in the world, but good enough, and a big portion. I added potstickers and left stuffed and with leftovers. Baby K had mac with broccoli and applesauce and loved it. Bathroom was clean. Easy parking. Easy enough access, though Sawmill is nuts near rush hour. I'd come back. I don't ask much from chains. But a little help goes a long way. I walked in for the first time for a pickup, and the young lady working ignored me the whole time. I noticed the bags of food, and after checking a few receipts - found mine. I don't need a "welcome" chant (looking at you, Firehouse), but a "hey!" Goes a long way ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I guess I'm entering crotchety old man phase of life and expect too much. That said: my son loves their pasta dishes (with steak) and they are so filling. It's been a long time since I have been here, and will likely be forever until I return. Chose Noodles over Aladdin's because we thought the wait would be shorter. After 20 minutes, I can't imagine that would have been true. After 35'minutes in the place, not a single trash receptacle was serviced, despite overflowing with colossally-wasteful paper bags - they even serve eat-in orders in the wasteful bags. The same food residue that was on unbussed tables when we arrived was still there when we left. Anyway, neither meal looked remotely like the picture on the wall as you enter, and the Japanese noodles might have filled the "large" bowl 2/3 of the way up. The other dish was simply forgettable...some bland pasta that sounded spicy by the description. During our 20-minute wait, I noticed that management seemed to reply only to the more positive reviews, so let's see if they reply to this one. read more

I am giving it a one star specifically because their service. I order a Japanese noodle and 2 macaroni and cheese to eat there, 30 min passed and nothing... I was trying to be very patient but come on, 30 min? When I went to talk to the guy he said they were busy and basic ignored what I said. People were coming and going and I still didn't have my food. It was 55 min with the place almost closing that I got my food, and Guess what? They had it wrong... so I needed to wait 10 more minutes to get the meal that was missing. I went into Noodles & Company because the other restaurant I wanted to eat at was packed. Surprisingly they weren't busy here and I could order right away and get my food to go. I ordered the Mediterranean salad because I was on my "diet" day. On a normal day I probably would have gone with the Japanese noodles or pad thai. They have a lot of flavor in those dishes. Just add a protein of shrimp, chicken, steak and your set. I will definitely be back soon when it's not my "diet" day. I have a lot more "normal" noddle dishes I need to try. read more

I've always had quick and friendly service here (sometimes even overly friendly) . They've definitely widen there variety over the past couple of years. My favorite has always been the penne Rosa with chicken parm. Although I've never had anything here that I disliked. It's also less than $2 to get a side, so I usually get a side of the Wisconsin mac and cheese. Which is delicious but make sure you mix in the cheese on top right when you get it. I watched them burn my pad Thai once and the guy laughed about it and instead of immediately getting a new one to make he walked away and it took a few minutes for someone else to start making the pad Thai. Well here's the thing, I like noodles. I enjoy the company of others sometimes. But I don't always enjoy noodles and company. The Mac n cheese is good. It is, I'm not just saying that. It's cheesy, it's noodly...there's not a lot more to say about it. It tastes good. It tastes fine. Now, my only complaint is that every time I eat said mac n cheese, I'm given about 3 minutes and 27 seconds to find the nearest bathroom. If I do not locate a porcelain throne in the allotted time, I am subject to soiling and ruining my pants, if you catch my drift. The side effects are: Stomach boiling, toe curling, fist clenching, teeth grinding, wall grabbing, eye crossing bowel movements. I've ordered from this place a few times for delivery since Covid hit. I like the variety of the menu options and the choices that they've added. I've explored many of their different noodle options and their macs. Food has always come delivered hot and freshly prepared, but the last time two times I ordered from this location, I ordered the larger sized bowls and they skimped on the toppings and filling the bowls how they normally do. While I love the concept of made to order noodle bowls, I may try other locations and see if it's any better or just the same. read more

I like noodles & they have Thai. Good. It has lots of variety to choose from. But I waited a little long.

I haven't really been prompted to review this place since they have multiple locations and everything's pretty standard. However my visit yesterday made the exception. Typically they have a pretty nice staff who know what its doing but apparently they ended up hiring a bunch of teenagers who've likely never had a job before. I don't have any problem with high schoolers trying to get a job after school- I'm a recent HS grad and I knew a bunch of people who've worked in similar positions at the nearby Chipotle and Panera. To begin, the six or so teen workers behind the register were having a conversation while we and some others behind us waited by the register to order. After about a minute of standing awkwardly and failing to catch the attention of any of the staff a notably older staff member drew the attention of one of the teens to take out order. So I don't have an allergy to mushrooms but I can't eat them- their flavor makes me throw up. I asked to get the Penne Rosa without the mushrooms while my mom got the spaghetti with shrimp. We ordered togo and after an abnormal 6-7 minutes of waiting (from out experience their togo was fairly prompt) we tooked over beyond the counter and saw one of the teen workers literally pecking out something out of a pan with tongs. Oh and at this point the conversation between the workers turned into some argument or something. People were laughing, yelling, idk. Just being unprofessional. I think I heard a "Can't we all get along" in the midst of the mess. By then I didn't really think anything of the pan thing and once we finally got our food we just wanted to leave. Forwards 10 minutes back at home and what do you know my Penne has bits of mushrooms in it.. Not enough to expect it to be in the dish but enough to verify that it was this that was sieved through by the tongs (unsuccessfully). Not wanting to bother going back out and complaining, I just cooked my own food. Aside from that- This chain used to be great. Though giving small portions the food was tasty and prepared well. Now it seems that little effort goes into their service and their food. They're just hiring anyone to work there and the quality of their dishes has notably decreased since their original location's opening. We still eat here occasionally. The food has been consistent and like I said in my first review, the Asian continent is my favorite. I love the desserts and usually get my kids a rice crispy treat. I am lowering my review because of the stupid coke machine. It's one of those computerized stations that dispatch 64+ drinks. People who have never seen one before tend to play on it and hold up the line, especially kids, and then some old people can't even figure out how to work it. Pretty alright experience as expected. Not the first time trying Noodles & Company but first time at this location. Had the new Thai Green Curry with Shrimp. It came with pineapples, snap peas, red onions, cilantro, lime, and black sesame seeds. It was very spicy. The food was mediocre overall - favorite part to me was the bouncy shrimp. I personally would much rather pay a few dollars extra to dine at a Thai restaurant for this type of dish. I placed an online order to be picked up at 5:05 PM. I got to the restaurant at 5:08 and told it was not ready and I would have to wait. Not a big deal at all.. While I'm waiting an employee was there who was not actually working (he was in regular clothes but kept going behind the counter and talking). He kept leaning over the counter typing on the computer and did not notice there was a guest waiting behind him in line. The guy working the cashier did not even acknowledge her and it took someone else saying for him to get out of the way. Fast forward 25 minutes and she already has her food and I am still waiting. They were not busy, just busy acting like immature employees who did not care about anything except yelling "Dude are you getting wasted tonight, I am! I bought a bottle of whatever...." I'm in my early 30's so it's not something I have never heard nor said, but you are working, you have guests in the restaurant, and in my opinion, it's just unprofessional. Finally, I asked if my food would be ready (I try and be a super patient person because I have worked in food service and know how it can be) and my order had been sitting there the whole time. So I spent 30 minutes waiting for an online order that had the cashier been interested in doing his job, I could have left and never had to pay attention to the employees and what they were yelling behind the counter. I will say that when I did get my food, the one employee (who was not involved in any of the above as he came out from the back of the restaurant for the last five minutes I was there) and actually asked if I was still waiting, was nice, apologized and gave me a coupon. My opinion, for what it is worth, employees should pay attention how they are acting because they are representing that place of business. I have had pleasant experiences face to face with their employees, and when mistakes are made, the managers were in with satisfying quick fixes. So I think that's great! Ordering to go is not very quick. I came here late after work, ordered my bowl, and waited. I saw my bag sitting on the counter, and expected it to be handed to me quickly. But I waited for another 5 minutes while my food just sat there in the back. Employees walked right by it multiple times, until finally someone noticed and handed it to me, adding in a "sorry for the wait". I'm very patient and willing to wait, but not for you to stop messing around long enough to notice my order sitting and waiting.
