Got some large spicy teriyaki bowls to go. They are not stingy with their chicken. I got leftovers for two more meals! The flavor is so delicious. It's spicy but not too spicy. There is a side of veggies with cabbage and broccoli that made you feel healthy. The cashier was so nice. She helped me right away and when the food was done she came over and handed me the food where I was sitting. Most people just say "your food is ready". We also got potstickers and crab Rangoon and they were just as good! This is our new favorite Asian spot!

Giving this place 3 stars because the teriyaki chicken and vegetables were well seasoned and flavorful, but don't get the rice as a side. Might as well have been a bowl of mush, as I'm guessing it was already soft and overcooked to begin with, and then made unbearably soggy after throwing the teriyaki sauce on top. Can't say I enjoyed the meal. Maybe try their yakisoba noodles instead. Service and ambiance were fine, typical fast casual vibe.

This was my first time trying this place. Prior to given this place a try I thought it was pre-made food as you order and they just dip out your food. That was not the case the food is prepared cooked to order which I perfer, that way I know my food is fresh. The food was good and I think the portions are nice size. The staff was friendly and also helpful in answering any questions I had. I will be back soon to try a different bowl.

teriyaki chicken noodle bowl the best food flavor, pipe and hot crunchy vegetables chicken egg roll with sauce to die for.

Teriyaki Madness. My home away from home. I love Teriyaki madness. I was first introduced to it a few years ago. But I've been hooked ever since. It's legitimately so good I could eat it everyday. There were some weeks where I'd eat it for lunch week in and week out. The service there is always great and the people there are kind and friendly. I usually get a rice bowl with spicy teriyaki chicken and let me tell you, it hits every time. Their spicy teriyaki has a kick, but is also very sweet so you get a good balance. Great atmosphere, wish there was one closer to where I live 9/10

We went here for the first time because it looked like good food and it's newer to the area. I was craving some good teriyaki flavor and we decided to come here. It wasn't very busy for dine in, but carry out seemed super busy. There's plenty of parking spots outside and seating inside! They offer chicken katsu, spicy chicken, beef teriyaki, chicken teriyaki, salmon, tofu, and a couple other things and sides. Fried rice and Yakisoba noodles are an extra $1. Staff was very nice and patiently taking my order because I couldn't make up my mind. Service was a bit slow, seemed like they had a lot of carry out orders. We got a large sized spicy chicken with brown rice and veggies and regular sized salmon with brown rice and veggies, and for each dish, you get a teriyaki sauce condiments cup. Overall, the spicy chicken's flavor was pretty good and I thought their teriyaki sauce was yummy! The spicy chicken tasted a bit ketchupy to me, like very sweet ketchup blended with a spice, might be Sriracha based or similar. I thought the chicken itself was very dry, so having the sauce was helpful! The veggies I got were 2 broccoli heads and maybe an ice cream scoop of cabbage. The salmon had pretty good flavor, but the salmon was also cooked too dry. Overall, I was disappointed with the meal but I would probably come back to try again! The flavors of the sauces were pretty good, unfortunately the food was just not cooked well. We spent $25 for two people and got a decent amount of food; a good amount of chicken but could have used more salmon. This would be a good place for a quick meal, lunch to go, a casual meal, or if you're craving quick teriyaki flavor.

    Streak bowl, spicy.

Mixed reviews from my family at this place. I liked the steak for the most part. The thicker pieces were chewy but the thinner pieces were nicely charred and crispy. The tofu was great, but you have to add your own sauce. There's regular teriyaki sauce on the tables, so that's fine. My husband liked his chicken, my kid said it was just ok and only ate veggies and rice. Service was good, it's counter service. The music was pretty good too.

I was invited to come by and try some of their new menu. The space is big and clean since they opened up about a year ago. There is also a spacious parking lot out front. We got crab Rangoons, chicken eggrolls, a spicy chicken bowl with fried rice, a chicken teriyaki bowl with noodles, and a side of orange chicken. Those crab rangoons were STUFFED! Super delicious with the sweet chili sauce. The eggrolls had good flavor and came with a sweeter gyoza sauce for dipping. The orange chicken was delicious. Just the right amount of zest. The bowls were good too. My favorite is the fried rice. The flavor profile is just on point. The noodles weren't over cooked and the chicken was not dry. The only thing is the spicy chicken was slightly too salty, but they put lots of seasoning on it. It does have a kick so be careful if you're not into spicy foods. All the bowls come with veggies so it makes it feel healthier :) They have online ordering too and varying sizes for the bowls. It's about $8-$11 for a bowl, depending on what you get. Overall would come back if I was in the area!

Outstanding spicy teriyaki chicken. I chose the mad spicy chicken bowl. I chose the fried rice and steamed broccoli as the sides. The sauce was awesome, sweet and with a little bite. The broccoli was steamed perfectly and the fried rice was tender and flavorful. I had crab Rangoon as a dessert and it was the best Rangoon that I've had.

We catered in to my work today and everyone LOVED it! Great value and everything was delicious. I love that they deliver and set it up for me.

The food taste good and wasn't too pricey. Fast service and a nice guy at the register!

Great food, fair prices, clean atmosphere, quick service. The reviews that go on and on how great this place is and then give 4 stars should really take a minute to educate themselves on how these star systems work. 4 out of 5 is basically an "average" review. People who would eat at a location multiple times a week and don't give 5 stars are clueless. Give the hard working staff the credit they deserve.

This was the first time we've had the opportunity to try new dishes before they actually appeared on the regular menu, which made the evening especially interesting. Cindy and I ordered both preview entrées and split them so we could try each one, with the plan from the beginning to take about half of each home for lunch tomorrow. The Calabrian Chili & Sausage Flatbread was excellent, with sweet Italian sausage, Calabrian chilis, tomato sauce, mozzarella, provolone, ricotta, fresh basil and hot honey. Although it's called a flatbread, it eats much like a thin-crust pizza, which I liked since I'm trying to cut back a little on carbs. The Calabrian chilis definitely make their presence known! After a few slices I adjusted to the heat and loved the combination of flavors. I think this could be near the upper end of the heat range for some people. Cindy thought it was too hot for her, while I would definitely order it again. Interestingly, although they call it hot honey, the honey itself really isn't hot. It does add some moisture underneath the flatbread, but I didn't have much trouble eating it by hand. The Meatloaf Patty Melt was another winner. The meatloaf was moist, tender and almost melt-in-your-mouth. It has caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, Frisco mayo and crispy onion straws. I especially liked getting the onion flavor in two different textures, with the caramelized onions blending into the tender meatloaf and the crispy onion straws adding some crunch. There's a lot happening in this sandwich, and I found that cutting it in half first made it much easier to handle. Excellent flavor! I chose the Roasted Street Corn Pasta Salad as my side, and it was OUTSTANDING. The pasta appeared to be orzo, along with roasted corn, crumbled white cheese, chopped green herbs and a creamy dressing. We couldn't get the complete ingredient list, but whatever they're doing works. Great flavor and texture, and definitely not your typical mayonnaise-heavy pasta salad. Then we made the terrible mistake of letting our server, Kaitlyn, tell us about the dessert options. That resulted in ordering the Coffee & Doughnut Crème Brûlée with two beignets. For uncultured people like me, I learned that crème brûlée basically means "burnt cream," referring to that caramelized sugar crust on top. Who knew? Apparently Cindy did. The crème brûlée was excellent. I could definitely detect the coffee flavor. I couldn't really identify a "doughnut" flavor, although Cindy says she could. The two beignets (basically light, fried pastries dusted with powdered sugar) were great. I scooped up some of the crème brûlée, put it on a beignet and took a bite. THAT worked! Cindy normally doesn't care much for crème brûlée, but even she thought this one was pretty good. Kaitlyn told us the Coffee & Doughnut Crème Brûlée is definitely her favorite dessert at 101, and I can understand why. More importantly, her service throughout the evening was OUTSTANDING. She was attentive, friendly and extremely conversational. We learned that she's in her fifth year serving in the Army, and has applied to get into a field that...well, apparently we can't talk about. Both preview entrées were excellent, the Roasted Street Corn Pasta Salad was a standout, dessert was excellent, and Kaitlyn made an already enjoyable evening even better. We're looking forward to seeing these dishes on the new seasonal menu October 13!

Vince was our server, and everything came out nice and hot. We tried the Smoked & Grilled Wings, Street Corn & Ricotta Dip, and the house Mac & Cheese. The wings were cooked well and had good flavor, but I definitely would've liked a little more sauce on them. The Street Corn & Ricotta Dip was my favorite. The guacamole tasted really fresh, and I loved that they put it right on top of the corn instead of mixing everything together. The tortilla chips were fresh and crispy too. The Mac & Cheese was good, but it wasn't your typical cheddar mac and cheese. It had more of a creamy white-cheese flavor with penne and breadcrumbs, so just know it's a different take if you're expecting traditional mac. Overall, it was a nice little Saturday stop while we were out running errands. Good service from Vince, hot food, and a relaxed atmosphere. I'd definitely stop in again to try some other appetizers.
