Food is good usually. Customer service is non-existent. The menu lists Power Bowl (veggies only). There's a large sign in the restaurant Lose 50lbs make it a Power Bowl no rice no noodles. My wife and I both ordered Power Bowls and when they brought them the cashier told us the chef said there has to be a base so they just did noodles. Both of us are trying to cut carbs. The bowls were all noodles no chicken or vegetables. When we took them back to the counter first the owner had to search the register for our order, we were the only people in the place. They agreed to make it again. While we're waiting the owner comes out and points to the sign and says that's only catering because I think he thought the order would weigh 50lbs. The owner also berated the cashier while we were waiting. We ended up not having them remake. We essentially had 1 meal for my daughter for which we paid $53. I also gave the cashier $10 for being put in the middle of this situation. I then saw the owner make him put it in the tip jar. Do not go to this location. Greed makes people do some crazy things. I hope it was worth losing good customers over an order not wanting rice or noodles. I assume they want to load up on noddles so customers don't notice they are skimping on protein and vegetables. read more

So I'm going to hold your hand when I say this THERE ARE OTHER PLACES THAT ARE WORTH THE PRICE! I don't like leaving bad reviews but this place takes the cake baby! First let's start with the customer service! None existing baby! We asked a simple question didn't get answers!!! was told you build a bowl you can add a protein either steak or chicken add rice and vegetables and kept pointing at the wall. He didn't speak very good English or clearly enough for me to understand each other and I was getting frustrated! Then I asked for extra chicken he said it was $3 or $4 I said ok I got a jr bowl with fried rice and spicy orange fried chicken and my fiancé got a regular bowl with fried rice and steak with veggies! And crab raccoon. Then we got a med fountain drink Now they don't tell you they charge you extra for the rice which I think is dum because it should be apart of the bowl because duh! Then when I got my bowl I had maybe an 3/4 oz of chicken when I paid for extra chicken you can see clearly from the picture where is the extra chicken I asked for and not a lot of rice! A lot of places like to give u more rice them protein and if I'm paying $4 for extra chicken then I'm expecting extra chicken and I didn't get that so when my fiancé went back up to ask for the extra chicken he said that's how it comes! And had his fingers all over my bowl pointing and kept trying to explain himself when clearly there was a language barrier! I told him to come back to the table and it's fine I'll still try it out and go from there! The spicy orange chicken was good but the rice was nasty it was oily! His steak teriyaki bowl he had more veggies than rice and meat! His veggies wasn't even cooked very raw and under cooked idk maybe they're supposed to be like that, mmmmm idk. So I think working on portion control would be best when you're trying to do people's bowls especially when people pay for extras. Just a thought how about putting the extra on the side of asking the customer if they want it on the side! I tried to sign up for the rewards while ordering and it didn't work the employee didn't know either he told me to go online and my current order wouldn't count towards anything! What even at Popeyes you can have a code to redeem point for an order if the store u can't scan the app! So maybe check into that issue! The women's restroom toilet seat needs to be retightened the toilet seat was holding on for dear life! It was cocked to the side and they had the cleaning solution behind the trashcan on the floor it has spilled and no one got it up then the rolls of toilet paper was all over the floor but the rest of the bathroom was clean and the toilet was Shockley clean! So the only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because the spicy orange chicken was rly good and the fountain drink was rly good also but over all WILL NOT COME BACK AND 10/10 WILL NOT RECOMMEND! No wonder why it was empty and no one was in the restaurant or parking lot it's over priced and service was subpar! Salty I spent $40 EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK! lol read more

They've got a few locations around the city. It seems pretty popular too. Food looks kinda healthy. Their menu is pretty much just bowls of chicken, white rice, and steamed vegetables. Great combo! Not heavy at all. I already had white rice at home and just wanted the chicken and not the bowl. It's technically considered a side. But it does come with 8oz. I chose the spicy teriyaki chicken and also added some crab Rangoon. Customer service is kinda strange. Not very personable and they seem kinda rushed. The crab Rangoon was just okay. Crunchy and has the essence of crab. It looks like a small taco as opposed to the usual shape. It's not flavorful though. They have packets of sweet and sour sauce which helped. The chicken was good. It's actually spicy. Prob not something I'd recommend if you can't tolerate medium heat. But it does taste grilled and has a nice flavor. They gave me a side of regular teriyaki sauce which I later used to cook something else and it tasted good as well. It's definitely not a bad option for food around here. As other Yelpers said, it does seem pricey for what it is. Lots of Parking here though. It's kind of tucked away off a busy street. read more

This rare 5 star from me is calibrated to the fact that it is a quick service restaurant and I think it absolutely delivered on what I expected for it to be great. The regular spicy chicken was excellent with perfectly cooked chicken and veggies. I went yaki style which meant all of it was stir fried with noodles and it was excellent and plenty of chicken and food overall. My daughter had the orange chicken and she loved it. We had the chicken egg roll and it was solid. They have sauces at the table for extra if you want, which is nice. The service was excellent. We would copy and paste this same lunch again and likely will in a few weeks. read more

I have been wanting to try Teriyaki Madness for while it opened in Worthington. I got the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki with brown rice and veggies along with the egg roll. I washed it down with Pepsi Zero Sugar, I was surprised that they did not Diet Pepsi but was very happy with Pepsi Zero Sugar. My friend had Chicken Teriyaki with rice and veggies with the egg roll. I loved the egg roll with a special sauce to dip with. The owner was very friendly along with giving great service despite training his employees on the job. I will be going back to Teriyaki Madness again soon with the two meat option. It was cozy inside and comfortable. read more

Ordered two power bowls which clearly states that those come with no rice or noodles (for a low carb option). The manager didn't even ask and made our bowls with noodles and said that there has to be a rice or noodle base. When we pointed to the sign that said "no rice or noodles" he tried to argue and say that was just for catering??? Which doesn't even make sense. We threw away the noodle bowls and left. Went today for the second time at 4pm. The person working the register had to enter our Order about 4 times. She didn't understand how to input order and kept messing up It was painful. I don't think she fully understood English. The restaurant was also hot. Not sure if we will return. read more

My team and I order 2 separate bowls with 2 separate rices: 1. Had white rice. 2. Brown rice. One of our brown rice orders was not brown rice. But white rice with teriyaki sauce (**sorry Teriyaki Madness**) it's NOT the same and you all should be ashamed for NOT telling your customers that you all did/did not have brown rice. I will NEVER recommend my family or friends to EVER come here and eat. It's like you all just didn't care..it would've made a BIG difference in this review. read more
