    Buff bowl Japanese pad.

I've been here four or five times since this location opened. It doesn't wow me. The pricing is a bit high. Expect to pay at least $10 with your main dish and drink. Then she'll out extra for a side of bread or side salad. Some of the dishes are really tasty. The Mac n cheese is super yummy. The Japanese pad doesn't have a lot of flavor. The warm ciabatta bread is a good side but extra money. I would have given a 4 star but the place is dirty. When you walk in it smells, the tables are sticky and it takes staff a long time to get them cleaned off. The area where you fill your drinks is gross. Needs a good scrubbing now and should be cleaned daily. Just not a lot to keep me coming back.

First time going there. 33 minute wait just to have overpriced, moderately good food. One time and I'll never be back.

Great place for a quick lunch, the steak stroganoff as well as the Mac and cheese are very tasty. Service is also very quick.

They were busy so that was probably part of it. Let's start with the ambiance. I'm not sure what the building was used for originally. Maybe a hotel? But it is very big, historic, multiple rooms, just an interesting and cool space. All of the food was delicious. For appetizers we had the sauteed mushrooms, meatballs, salsiccia, and garlic bread. You'll want extra garlic bread to soak up the sauces in all of these dishes. Generous portions, delicious flavors, all winners. Our group had many different entrees, and everyone was pleased. Portions were large, so most people ended up with boxes to take home leftovers. We were too full for dessert. My only reservation about Brown Bottle was the service. They were busy. But the servers just seemed inexperienced. They brought all the appetizers but didn't notice we had no plates, so we had to go and ask for those. They also never refilled our waters. Pretty much every glass was empty. When we asked for additional drinks, she brought those, but we never saw any water pitchers, and she only refilled the specific people who asked for additional water. That just seems like something an experience server will notice. Nevertheless, I'd definitely go back. All the dishes our group tried were delicious!

She brought our drinks and kept everything straight. We had a variety of food and everything was delicious. I had chicken Dijon with twice baked potato, and it was yummy. I was so full from the delicious salad with creamy garlic dressing and a piece of bread that I could hardly eat it. It will be great leftovers. Husband had prime rib with twice baked potatoes and he loved it. Others had the salmon which was good with the vegetable mix and another had Greek shrimp. A friend had the prosciutto with fresh mushrooms and it was huge! We all tasted it and ended up taking half of it home. Manicotti was tasty as was the orange roughy. Good food, great service, & a great atmosphere!

Ok I tend to be a bbq critic but I love driving around the country and in my random lunch stops…read morereview a place. Unbiased but tough. Atmosphere- very busy in design, but actually not overdone for a quick stop in or small group of 5-10 people. I stopped in on a random Saturday about 6pm by myself. There were many occupying the outdoor space so it was easy to get in and go. Prolly seats 60-80 at FULL capacity but 20 occupied was nice. There's so much to take you in to look at design wise. They did a good job setting it up. Food- what you came for. I'd say for a random stop, this place was 5 star. I ordered the big sexy burger and didn't do a combo so I could check out the plain sides of meats. It's awesome that they offer a simple ala carte for all their meats but was a little pricey. (Worth it- good portion). The burger had a good smoky flavor and the brisket added to it. It's a great option. In regards to the meats I ordered the burnt ends and the pork. Usually I find places like this don't even offer Burnt ends at the end of the day because they do limited amounts. They said no problem and always have some ready which was good. However I was surprised to find them already sauced (why?). I thought it seemed a bit tough and very broken down with bits of hard in it. Not hard bits of bark, but like "we always have it available and stir it up to keep it fresh" hard with stringy meat mixed in. It was a bit chewy in places and there was huge unrendered fat pieces as well. But I will say there was good flavor there and it wasnt dry (2-3 stars) Now the pork......this was the best thing there. It was seasoned right, has good texture and was moist with great flavor. Unsauced and you can see the smoke ring and has bits of bark too. Seasoning is flavorful (more savory and not pepper or spicy). The pork gets 5 stars. Also of note was the corn bread which was pretty good too . I hate super dry cornbread and this was not. Overall the food was above average to great. Can't say it will consistently be that way and the burnt ends need work but everything else was borderline exceptional enough to win me over. Service- probably the most lacking issue. The high school kid that brought up my order didn't care to even look at me and called my number and looked at his phone. Not that simple "order up" is hard but that's just the overall vibe from everyone. The spunky order taker was clearly the bubbly personality and was nice but she glanced me over when asking questions. It was clear that I told them I was just passing thru, loved to experience new Q and asked for a recommendation. She was helpful and said her favorite was the turkey but didn't really want to engage more. And the restroom had not been cleaning for a bit. See the pic for the reference . I'd honestly say it's a great place despite all my negativity. Owners clearly put in the right efforts to set it up and the food is mostly great. I'd recommend maybe they need a little help with the brisket and maybe a jolt of motivation to find good workers to keep the service up but if they could do that, this place has potential to be top 5 of all the places I've been with BBQ. Happy travels!

All the other dishes: pulled pork, pulled chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, Mac n cheese, and corn bread were a hit. The interior is also neat and definitely pays tribute to a classic southern BBQ joint with all the lights and signs you could imagine. It's not quite at the top of BBQ places that I've tried but falls somewhere right in the middle. Juicer brisket, fattier burnt ends Will brine it to the next level!

Stopped by earlier after a day spent at the hospital (everything is ok) and the New York Strip, Parmesan Encrusted Chicken, Loaded Baked Potato, Corn on the Cob, and the warm bread served beforehand were all excellent. We'd forgotten the fact that they tend to under estimate the level of " doneness" of the steaks at Longhorn and medium-rare was slightly more rare than expected but not so much that I was just not going to eat it but just noting that it is something we've noticed over the years. I got the cevapi and my wife had the roasted chicken with potatoes and vegetables. Complementary beef and noodle soup came out which was delicious in the chilly morning. Not long after our orders came out with fresh baked bread and a Bosnian coleslaw type dish, both fantastic. Bread was soft and flavorful, coleslaw was crisp, refreshing and acidic which paired perfectly with our mains. The Cevapi were plentiful and cooked perfectly, still juicy, the bread soaked up all the juice. And the sauce was a house made sour cream and it goes really well with it. The roasted chicken was perfectly cooked, not overdone but still tender and juicy, and the vegetables went nicely with it. Nothing fancy, just very well done Bosnian home cooking.
